We enjoyed our day at Zany Zoo. The host provided pastries, fruit, candy and even a bottle of wine. It was in a very nice neighborhood and was in a great location for us to explore the area around Medford. We highly recommend staying here.

The team that cares for this lovely duplex in a sweet Medford neighborhood was sooo generous with the “extras” they included with their darling VRBO. We were in town for my grand son’s birthday and upon arrival we were greeted with a fruit and cheese platter, bottle of wine, stocked pantry including coffee and lemon bread for breakfast! The home is decorated with sooo many personal touches and very kid friendly.

We loved this house and all the little touches that make it so special. There was a cheese/cracker tray with wine, chocolates, mini blueberry muffins for breakfast, plus so much more! Comfortable beds, excellent showers, fenced and private yard, garage, quiet neighborhood, close to town. This host was very accomodating when we asked if we could check in one day early. We really appreciated that! We shall return!

This house is a kick with the elephant and llama themes - it just makes you smile! Kathie does a great job of keeping it comfortable and providing everything you might need...and more! We love it as a home base for theater, golf and hiking. And don't forget that it isn't just the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, but check out the Camelot and Cabaret theaters too. Both are fantastic and draw from the same talent pool. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

This property was conveniently located and VERY well stocked with anything you need. The host generously left a bottle of wine and some snacks which was a really nice touch. We stayed for a week and would definitely rebook if available. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone thinking about staying in or around Medford.

This was the cleanest, most well-stocked VRBO home we have stayed in! It was nice to have a garage for our rental car. The gift box was unexpected, but welcome. We used this home for a base to see the local area, and some National Parks in Oregon and northern California. It was very close to I-5, which made it easy to commence on our daily trips. Wonderful place! Highly recommend it!

This charming house in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for us. I loved all the animal decorations especially lots of elephants. The house had everything we could ask for and more. They even left us fresh fruit, treats and wine ( though we didn’t drink the wine). Checking in and out was easy.

The Zany Zoo is clean and well stocked. Very comfortable for my family to hang out in the open living room and dining area and out on the patio. It is a quiet neighborhood and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We especially enjoyed visiting the Children’s Museum and Bear Creek Park.

Some things seem 'heaven sent' and I know that finding the Original Zz Zany Zoo Townhome was just that! It was so close to our daughter's home for our surprise visit. Our stay reminded me of my fav movie 'Sound of Music'. These are a few of my favorite things:
♫ Early bird walks in a safe neighborhood on actual sidewalks (AZ is all rocks..haha)
♫ Morning coffee on a beautifully private patio
♫ Making sandwiches in a bright, cheery kitchen
♫ Comfy couches in comfortable living area to watch midnight movies
♫ Niagara Falls water pressure for showers
♫ Every room is squeaky clean, spacious, and uniquely accessorized with all amenities
The talented Zoo handler of the property was gracious, friendly and gave easy instructions for check in and check out. We can't wait to check in again for another 'heavenly' stay.

The host has thought of everything- to the point of making you feel you are literally her houseguest.

The townhome is clean, lot of extras (kitchen, bathrooms) and easy to have family over for dinner and use real plates and silverware. Location is perfect to get to Jacksonville, Central Point or Eagle Point. The home is comforable, easy to use the TV and wifi works great. The host responds to any questions with a timely manner. We would stay there again and we highly recommend the place. Thank you! It was wonderful!

This is by far one of the nicest VRBO homes we visited. We use VRBO several times a year, often for long term visits (3-4 weeks). The house was clean, modern and one of the best stocked homes we have enjoyed. They should all be this nice.
The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We felt safe during our stay. It is close to a main highway and several stores and restaurants. The attached garage was just the right size for a Ford Edge we rented, it was great being able to park inside. (The driveway is a bit steep)
Everything inside was clean and well maintained. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the yard, but it was a nice, fenced in area.
Communications with the host were also great. Quick responses any time we had a question.
I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Located in a really cute, quiet neighborhood just blocks off of Crater Lake Highway. Location is near shopping and restaurants, you can also head in any direction for a number of great hikes or kayaking put in spots. This was our second stay now it’s our go to when we visit the area. Accommodations are clean and well stocked.

The duplex was amazingly clean and the decorating was so much fun with elephants and llamas featured in bedrooms and bathrooms.
There is a small patio with tall table and stools plus some regular outdoor chairs with lots of green plants and a wonderful rose bush.
There was a garage with washer and dryer and again very clean.
The area was all family homes and convenient to shopping.
A great place to stay and relax.

This home is a 5 minute drive to my daughter's home so it was super convenient to go back and forth. It had everything we needed including welcome snacks and a lovely selection of red, white & rose'!

Extremely clean and well decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex. It had everything we could want plus lots of personal extras, nice reception when we arrived and thoughtful present for our son. I think it will be near impossible to fine as nice a place for the money spent.

This was a great place for us to stay with easy access to what we were doing. We were delighted with the comfort, the delightful decor, how well-stocked it was, and we even had a garage! We went to the Camelot Theater in Talent and saw a great performance of Something Rotten. We will stay here again if it is available!
