The Beachside Oasis was everything that our family needed to escape the Colorado heat this summer. We enjoyed the location, the quiet nature of the area and the easily accessible beach. Early mornings should find you looking for clams/shells just below! Highly recommend this property, beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked.

I typically stay at the motel down the street but ever since they went under new mgmt and raised their prices, I could no longer justify staying there. Luckily, we found the perfect place only steps away that feels like an oasis compared to where we used to stay. House was clean (which is hard to find), check in was easy, views were spectacular, and prop mgmt (Sarah) was responsive and great to work with! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

We enjoyed the unit as the view is expansive. We stay in Netarts a few times a year but had not stayed in this unit before. We would stay again as the floor plan works very well for two couples. Fry pans are in need of replacing but good dishes and glasses.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway - beach was very accessible and the views from the condo were amazing - would come here again. Condo had all amenities listed - we had trouble starting the fireplace but reported it to the management team

The place was clean, the view and location were amazing. However, it’s pretty clear that this spot is minimally checked in on. The written instructions don’t match the listing. The offerings in the listing (having a coffee maker for example) aren’t actually there.
The instructions to start laundry say to only use powder soap but only liquid detergent is supplied.
The walls are super thin. We heard kids next store the entire time.
All in all, for a weekend this is great. But we won’t be staying here again.

Very nice property. Amazing views from balconies off the main floor and 2nd level main bathroom. Very clean property and well stocked with the basics we needed. Just a short walk to a market and a burger place. There were two options to head down the the beach. One was a little less steep but had some rocks at the bottom to navigate. The other was easier at the bottom but a bit more steep (but had a railing). Either way it was doable for this middle age mom and her teen age kids. This is a townhouse but I didn’t notice any noise from our neighbors on either side. Such a lovely place!

Great views, property was clean and good communication. I would recommend. However I have very sensitive allergies and didn’t listen to the one other review that mentioned it. Whatever they use to clean with smells like gain detergent and the detergent as well smells like it. I had to leave the doors open all the time to air it out and also had to go buy new sheets pillows and towels for my stay because it was so horrible. I would only recommend this property if you don’t have allergies.

Excellent views, some nice updates (bathrooms, comfy bed/couch/tv) and walkable to the beach were the highlights. Cons - the cookware was very limited (rusting, peeling pans). If occupants in nearby units are noisy (i.e. children running & screaming or dogs barking) you will hear it and probably feel it.

Wonderful Memories!
Upon our arrival, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the house and spacious layout. The 3-minute short hike to the beach was very convenient and the beach was private and never crowded. My kids enjoyed the beach toys that were provided and spent endless hours playing with them. Sarah was very helpful and responded promptly to my inquires. We only stayed for 2 days but made wonderful memories and next time we will be staying much longer.

great views and it all looked nice on both outside and inside. however, things were kinda' worn out ie carpet, master bed and not as clean as it could have been. there was also a noise at nite on our last nite that occured every 30-40 seconds heard from the Master bedrm, like a drip from a distance. had to move to the other bedrm.

Cozy Condo Overlooks the Pacific
We were very satisfied with this condo. It was clean and having 2.5 bathrooms was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the spa tub was divine! We used the steps down to the beach and even I could manage it by using the railing and my walking stick (a senior with hip problems). At low tide, we walked almost to Oceanside on the beach. It's not a crowded beach, which was wonderful. We'd stay there again, and definitely with Shore Thing Rentals. Sarah was very responsive and helpful. My only suggestion is to add a few more plates and glasses to avoid doing dishes so often.

Quiet and beautiful
Beautiful views and a nice quiet town. Convenient to have a market nearby (walking distance). The beaches are not crowded and great at low tide. The in-bathroom jacuzzi tub is huge and the place is larger than the pictures convey. Will definitely return.

On Oct 29th, I received a text message welcoming me for an arrival on Saturday, Oct 30. My actual contractual arrival date, however, was Monday, November 1st. Quite confusing. It all worked out fine in the end, but only because I kept pressing for answers and confirming information. Chalk it up to an off-season stay, I guess. It certainly won't keep me from returning.

Great place to stay!
We stayed here for 2 nights on our Oregon Coast tour. Loved it! Getting down to the beach was easy - as long as you don’t mind stairs. Watching the clammers in the morning was fun - loved the decks for relaxing in the morning and evening. We did the 3 Capes Scenic Drive and would highly recommend. We also loved The Schooner, a nearby restaurant.

We had a wonderful time at Beachside Oasis. The view was absolutely lovely from the main floor and the bedroom we stayed in. Sarah was great to work with and was so considerate. There are some areas of the home that are in need of repair, primarily tile work in the kitchen and bathroom. As directed on the business card in the dining area, we pointed these areas out and hope they are attended to.
