Very nice beach and ocean view. This is the 2nd time I visited this place.

We enjoyed our time at this quiet and cozy condo just steps from the sand. Satellite beach is a very quiet beach town, we were here during Spring Break but there wasn't any traffic or lines at restaurants. You can see the launch pad for Kennedy Space Center off in the north, would be cool to watch a launch from this condo (the drive is about 45 mins to KSC though due to low speed limits). The unit had everything we needed for the beach. The beds were comfortable and the shared laundry was super easy to use. The building management was always around cleaning and working, you can tell they really care about the property. The pool was big and heated, and the other guests were super friendly, lots of kids. Great shelling!

Our stay was great! The condo was very clean and the views we amazing! Loved that Publix was right across the street along with several restaurants and other places within walking distance if you choose to walk. I like that the host checks in with you to make sure you are doing fine or if you need anything. I’d like to add that the beds are super comfy!! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a awesome vacation at Paradise Beach Club. So nice to find everything we needed in our beautiful condo. It was so clean too. Even had beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards.They keep the sidewalks, pool, and decks clean. I saw people cleaning all the time. Convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The management is super nice. Can't wait to go back.

This was our 3rd time staying here and we absolutely loved it (again)! We call it a hidden gem! It's a quiet, family friendly place. Great location, nice pool, and couldn't be any closer to the beach! Taylor is also super helpful if you have any questions/issues before-during-after your stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Amazing views
This property has an amazing close up view of the beach. The view matches the online picture. You can spend your time on the beach or in the AC, the views are great. The properly has easy access to the beach, nice pool, no complaints. Property manager provided clear and good communications. Everything was clean and well kept up.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Beach Club for a week while our kids went to Space Camp. Super clean upon arrival, we walked toward the main feature which was the proximity to the beach. Unit 110 feels like it's literally touching the waves. Spectacular! This building also happens to be older, but well renovated inside and because it's older, it's set much closer to the beach which is a nice feature.
Inside, there's a kitchen and two decently sized bedrooms with the master having a killer view of the ocean. The kitchen has a microwave and stove/oven plus a fridge. The only downside here is that there were fairly few plates, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. for a unit that technically can sleep 6 people. We were only 4, but still had to wash everything after every meal due to such few plates and bowls.
I'd also recommend bringing your own supplies, as noted in the listing they give you beginner supplies but if you are staying more than a couple nights you'll need toilet paper and paper towels plus whatever groceries you need. I'd suggest buying clear plastic wrap, disposable containers for leftovers, and maybe foil also.
Along the same lines, if you have more than 2 people, and want to sit on the beach, there are only 2 beach chairs which I found strange in a unit meant for more than 2 people.
The furniture was decently comfortable, the beds were very cozy and spacious, and overall we were very happy with the experience.
The service we received from Zareh was incredible, any time day or night I got a quick response to anything I needed.

Great balance of it all
We have stayed at this property 2x now. It's terrific. I loved the location of this condo. It's on the bottom floor with so many windows. You go right out to the pool and beach!

Awesome location!
This place was everything the listing said and more! I don’t think we could have been any closer to the beach. We had an issue with one of the showers and management responded immediately & sent someone out to fix it. Maintenance personnel were super nice and made sure that all our issues had been taken care of. We highly recommend this condo for those looking for a peaceful beach retreat. We plan to return!

Beach Vacation
The condo is bigger than the pictures on VRBO and you are right on the beach. At times it looked like the condo was floating in the water out the windows in the living room. People were very friendly and place was very clean. People don't always adhere to the rules of washing off before getting in the pool so there was a lot of sand in the pool. We had a great time and will be back again thanks

Paradise Beach
We stayed in room 110, a corner first floor unit. It was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Bring any spices that you like to cook with. And a dish cloth. This unit was listed as handicapped accessible but it really was not. The bathroom doors were too narrow to allow a walker in. The beds were quite high, a handicapped person could not get in or out of it very well.
The vertical blinds across the large sliding glass door were broken and could not be closed. Lots of people walk by. I did call and the blinds were replaced the next morning.
The reclining chair was broken in the reclining position but could be used.
It was a nice unit with a million dollar review.
A bonus is that my two small dogs loved it. The dog runs had astro turf which was too hot for the paws in the middle of the day. Real grass would have been better.

Quiet calm in the sun
The property was exactly as described in the listing. The ground floor access made it convenient to get to the pool and the beach. By having a grocery store across the street, we only had to leave the property once the entire week we were there. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable.

Retired Golden Girls.
The property was fantastic. Really close to the beach and everything was close we needed. Not over populated like some tourists places. The heated pool was great on cooler days too.

Great Condo
We had a great vacation at the Paradise Beach Club! The condo had everything we needed for the week from a fully stocked kitchen and beach towels and beach chairs. The condo was very clean and had wonderful views of the ocean. It is located close to many great restaurants as well as shopping and fishing. We will definitely be coming back again!

Great vacation!
Our family of 4 and our little Yorkie absolutely loved our vacation in Satellite Beach! The apartment was perfect, with a fantastic view. Honestly, I have NO complaints. It was an incredible place for our family and definitely worth the money, even though the price was VERY appropriate to begin with. We will be back! Highly, highly recommended!

Great location
You really can't get any closer to the beach. Panoramic ocean views, convenient location close to everything. Grocery store across the street. Great beach for finding shells. Large unit with plenty of space and amenities. Comfortable bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to return.

Awesome Trip
We had a great time at this place. The Rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The only comment I would make is you may want to bring more towels and washcloths and a washcloth to wash dishes with. Other than that the place was great. I just wish Satellite Beach did not have rocks in the water. Loved the pool.

First thing I always check is the kitchen and bathrooms, both looked like new! The king size beds were comfy and bedroom space was perfect! Condo was perfectly located for watching a morning sunrise on the deck! I would recommend to anyone. Linda

Outside ocean view-beautiful
From inside the condo you can not see out any window because they are caked with sea salt. The sliding patio door does not lock, it is locked with a pvc pipe and a board that you lay in the door track. Sliding screen door only opens a little, if you jiggle it open almost impossible to close. None of the curtains open in the living room. Was disappointed that none of the previous guests mentioned any of these things. The condo was clean, conveniently located and gorgeous view if outside. Would I stay again NO.

Very Dissatisfied
We had been looking forward to this trip for several months. The pictures looked great on the website. We thought the corner unit beside the grassy area and next to the pool would be great for us. However, this was not the case. We were very disappointed when we arrived. This unit gets all of the foot traffic from folks going to the beach and the pool. We had no privacy on the patio and felt like we couldn’t enjoy it. The pictures are deceiving. It looks as though there is an enclosed area for the patio. People were constantly walking back and forth right in front of us, not to mention the smokers constantly using the grassy area to smoke which we had to breath and were disposing their cigarette butts in the grass. The beach was not appealing at all, it looks as though erosion has taken much of the beach away and being right next to a sea wall is not enjoyable to look at. We ended up not spending any time at the beach, except to take a walk.
The unit was not very clean, we felt sand and grit all over the floor and the sofa. The front bedroom didn’t even have a view, instead you are looking at the wall of the building! The windows are so fogged up and dirty from the moisture that it looked like they had not been cleaned in years - we could not even enjoy the view of the ocean because they were so bad. The building itself looks old and unattractive,not to mention some questionable looking characters that were staying there. I am sorry to give this review, but I have to be honest about our stay. We had booked it for 4 days but actually left a day early because we were so dissatisfied. I would not recommend this rental.

New favorite vacation spot!
We LOVED our stay at this beautiful condo! The beds were so great that I’m sad to go home haha. The beach was beautiful and we loved how quiet it was. Satellite beach is a little hidden gem. We wanted to stay in cocoa beach but we were so glad we didn’t. There’s so many more tourists and kids around cocoa and we wanted a nice quiet escape. Our only complaints were the sand fleas and the tv remotes. The sand fleas were EVERYWHERE, although I understand there’s nothing really that can be done. I’m an avid Destin vacationer and I’ve never seen fleas like this. We just learned to go out early in low tide to avoid them as much as possible. We weren’t in the room much so the TVs weren’t a huge deal but the remotes for the bedroom didn’t do anything so we ended up using the living room one which was awesome. Then the remotes in the living room decided to stop doing anything and disconnected themselves. Again, not a huge deal but those were my only complaints! We loved it so much we can’t wait to come back and stay in the exact same room!!

2nd time around
This is our second year in a row that we have stayed in this condo. We still love it. The location is truly the best we have seen. You can sit on the porch and throw a seashell into the ocean during high tide.
The condo is well stocked in the kitchen as well as beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.
Warm pool. The only drawback is not being able to be in it after 9pm, I assume due to the turtles and needing to turn off the deck lights. It would be nice to be able to enjoy the pool after the little ones go to bed.
The condo itself has had some updates over the years, like the bathrooms, but could use some cosmetic face lifts in some areas. But these are strictly cosmetic, as noted. Functionality is superb. The second bedroom doesn't have a TV. We brought our son's TV/DVD from our camper to remedy this. Problem solved.
Overall, we love this condo and will be returning next year, or sooner.

Amazing!
The pictures on the website don’t tell the whole truth, because the property is even better than you would hope. Watching surfers in the morning while drinking your coffee, and then the beach is yours all day long. 50 miles in either direction you have Melbourne or cocoa beach with the finest restaurants anyone on vacation would need.

LOVED IT!!
Let me start by saying, STAY HERE! Probably one of the best vacations we have ever taken.
The condo was perfect in every way.
- LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. You can throw a seashell into the ocean during high tide while sitting on the porch.
- Right beside the grassy yard (bring bug spray though, lots of bugs in the grass). Great if you bring your pet. Easy access to the grass and fenced in pet areas.
- Beyond fully stocked kitchen, complete with tea kettle, blender and cutting boards.
- Super clean.
- Grocery store right across the street and just a few miles from a multitude of restaurants and shops. (good sushi, thai, subway, donuts, cinemas, just across the street).
- Quiet beach.
- Comfy furniture.
- Great pool. Roomy, warm, clean.
Many thanks to the owners and staff of the condo complex. We will be making this our future vacation home from now on!

Great proximity to beach and pool!
This is the unit to rent here! Condo is well appointed, with a comfortable master bedroom, and nicely stocked kitchen. The proximity to the beach could not be better, as is the proximity to the pool. We were here with our 14 month old, so being able to easily access the unit for nap time and not going far with all of our gear was helpful.
The unit is due for a fresh coat of paint, and it's important to note that the washer and dryer are common to the building. But overall this was a great experience for our family.
