Susi’s house is wonderful. It’s very clean, spacious and in a beautiful, conveniently located neighborhood. The pool area was perfect for all of us, adults and kids alike. We grilled and made a special birthday dinner — no need to go out every night (unless you want to). My only suggestion is a notice that soap and/or shampoo /conditioner isn’t provided would have been helpful. But, that is just a minor consideration at this lovely house. We’d happily return.

The house is close to the grocery store and close to the beach! We drove because we have little kids but could easily walk or ride bikes. The house is setup perfectly! Had a great time and would definitely stay again! They had everything you needed and more!

Susanne the property manager is fantastic and helped us with an issue that popped up during her busy day very efficiently. We absolutely loved the property!

Let me first say this is a beautiful home that is amazingly clean and comfortable. Five stars to the cleaning staff for keeping this very large home crystal clean. The beds are comfortable (huge plus). The layout was great for my family. There is a nice size bedroom with an attached bath next to the master, good for keeping kids close by. There is another bedroom with attached bath clear on the other side of the home for guests. You can see the pool and hot tub from two living rooms, good for keeping an eye on the kids. You can mostly see them from the kitchen. The kinks: this property manager struggles a bit managing this home and keeping Covid safety in place. The home’s guest manual is in pieces and some of it has been lost. Our first night was difficult because there are a lot of appliances that are European high end that require you know things specific to operating (pool control, oven, steam oven, etc). Also, two propane tanks both empty. We had trouble at first communicating with the property manager and were hungry and in need of the hot tub ;). By the end of the night, we were able to communicate by text and it was smooth after that. My only recommendations are to update the guest manual, have the operating manuals in one place and have the manager’s phone number in the welcome email or guest manual. Also, visiting the home between families to be sure the hone was back in order. Susie ended up being helpful and sweet and I give her credit for keeping this home going and respecting Covid safety at the same time.

This rental property is excellent! It is spacious, clean, well stocked and in a great location. The property manager was very responsive and professional as well. We will definitely rent it again in the future.

Being from ft Lauderale, We found this beautiful home on Vrbo and could not have had a more relaxing and much needed albeit brief few days on the west coast. The coordination by Susie the host made everything seamless and the house was well maintained and superbly clean. We would recommend this home to anyone needed a nice relaxing beach vacation….. proximity to the beach is as close as it gets.

We rented this house just for a weekend to stay in to attend a family memorial service. A few family members came back to the house after the service to visit. The house was perfectly spacious but with small conversation areas to sit together. My only suggestion is that the previous guests must have used up all of the spare TP as we ran out in one bathroom and were unable to find a replacement. It would also have been nice for there to be toiletries in the bathrooms. Just minor issues not worthy of reducing our rating.

My family rented this house for a week in Naples at the end of June, and it was perfect! We would definitely rent this home again in the future due to the location of the home, layout of the home, and the fact that it was stocked with literally everything we needed to have a fun vacation. We used Uber to get from the airport (SWFL) and to go to Turtle Club and to town for shopping and ice cream daily, and the rides were quick and affordable to do from the location of the home. We also walked to the beach every day, which was a .7 mile walk each way. I loved that the home had beach chairs, towels, and coolers for us to use. The home also had bikes (but we didn't end up using them.) The layout of the home was great for everyone to have space to spread out while still enjoying family time. Our kids (10, 11, and 12) loved the pool and spent most of the time either in the pool, lounging in the chairs, or sitting at the outdoor table with snacks. Since we did not rent a car I used Instacart to order groceries from Publix, which was literally around the corner. Delivery was very quick! We were able to cook most meals thanks to the amazing kitchen, which had all the tools we needed. We were able to pack lighter because we had the washer/dryer to do laundry during the week. When we had a question about the pool temperature, Susi was very responsive via text and was able to help. The house is gorgeous, and I think my favorite part of the trip was sitting at the outdoor table with my husband watching the kids swim. The screened-in lanai was perfect for keeping the bugs away. We can't wait to rent this property again!

This house is absolutely wonderful if you want to be close to everything. It is also way nicer than it looks in the pictures. The overall stay was great although I will say when we arrived there was no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms. Not a huge deal but we felt that was an oversight after traveling all day and arriving at the house. We also couldn’t get the spa hot tub to work even after speaking to the owner several times. She had said someone was coming out to repair the spa but they never showed up which was disappointing as we would have loved to have used the spa during our stay . Saying this we would still rent this property again in a heartbeat if we were going back to Naples as it is truly fantastic !

My group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) had an amazing time at this house! There was plenty of space, the pool was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked. Everythign we needed for a fun beach getaway! We ended up taking a short Uber to the beach because it was Memorial Day weekend and crowded, which was very easy. Overall an extremely positive experience and we hope to return again next year!

Becoming a favorite home base in Naples - fantastic property!

It's a nice house in a great neighborhood. For a three bedroom, the floorplan is terrific. The outdoor space is large and the home is well furnished. However, the homes behind it are hidden by landscaping but are actually VERY close. We could hear the neighbors most nights and I'm sure they could hear us. Overall, the landscaping has been neglected. In addition, we encountered a number of problems when we arrived and during our stay. Many lightbulbs were out. Rugs were dirty as was the pool deck. The screened enclosure over the pool had many spider webs. We cleaned everything, bought and replaced lightbulbs. Some kitchen appliances were broken. Undercabinet lighting in kitchen did not work. The light fixture was missing and wires were exposed. Sink drains in Master Bath were partially clogged. It was advertised as having two king beds when there was only one. We were told we would have 4 bikes to use but there was only two. We spent $420 to rent two additional bikes for the month. Beach umbrella was ripped. We sewed it and bought a base (none at house) to secure in sand. Needed trash cans outdoors so bought them too. We were told the pool would be set to 84 degrees, but it was set to 82.While we were there a toilet did not flush. The rollers on a sliding glass door were rusted and broke. The main AC Unit did not work the first three weeks. It ran but did not cool. Repairman came out and added Freon. He said it had a hole in it that needed to be fixed but could not get approval to do the work. And certainly, most frustrating was the heat pump for the pool/spa is old and does not work properly. It took 4 hours to go from 82 degrees to 100 degrees. Should take only 45 minutes or less. I pointed this out to the house manager the second day we were there but she said she was too busy to deal with it. Because of the problems with the AC Unit and the pool/spa heat pump, the electric bill for the month was higher than normal (we were told) and they are trying to charge us an additional fee. We will dispute this through VRBO and Visa.

The house was wonderful. Took us awhile to figure out how to get the hot tub to work but once we figured it out it was great.

The house is much bigger than it appears including 4 full baths and a big private lanai. Susi was great and everything was very smooth.

This home was fantastic. Short walk to the beach. Close to downtown. Beautiful pool. Tons of space. The outside dining area was probably the coolest part. 10/10

This was a perfect place for a long girls weekend. House was clean, up to date and had everything we needed. Suzi was fast to reply with any questions we may have had. Would recommend this house to anyone. We really spent most of the weekend in the pool and outside area! Loved it.

We really enjoyed this house, the screened in pool was perfect no mosquitos in sight, kitchen had everything we needed and the location was perfect quick 2min drive to the beach, 7min from old Naples, or 10min walk to the beach. Book this house you won't be disappointed.

The house exceeded the expections of everyone in our family of five. A beautiful house in a very nice area with beach, restaurants and shopping comfortably close. An outdoor area with pool that was perfect for the kids and for relaxing after a day at the beach or shopping, well organised information and the little nice things to borrow that allowed us make ourselves comfortable directly. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property is well maintained, clean and beautifully furnished. Fantastic well appointed kitchen. Wonderful pool and screened in pool area. Conveniently located, close to all the good restos and a short walk to a very nice public beach. I can't say enough about how nice this place is and would recommend it in a heartbeat.

You'll love this home from the moment you walk in. The pool area and outdoor dining area is fantastic. We were 3 couples staying there in Nov 2016. It was clean, the appliances are great, the pool was heated, the air conditioning was cool and we loved our stay. Struggled with the BBQ the first night but a call to Susi promptly solved it. The bathrooms towels supplied were good but might need some spares if we'd stayed longer. Lowdermilk beach is a 10 min walk and has white powder sand. Take your drinks down there to watch the stunning sunsets - lots of people do the same. Coastal Mall is a short walk up the road - so is Publix supermarket and Marshalls. 5th Ave is 3 km's away and an easy drive with lots of parking. Coquina Sands where the home is situated is a quiet attractive neighbourhood. If I had to suggest things that would improve my stay - maybe a couple of bicycles to roam around the area since many roads have bike paths. Would definitely recommend this home to everyone.
