I don’t know due of reschedule flight asking for rebook several times wasting money.

I like the room itself..spacious. .clean
The front desk lady seems like she doesnt know what to do first and prioritise..she answers the radio a lot of time while the guest infront of us is still waiting for their time to go in their room. She did not ask permission/ letting us know that she has to take pictures of our passport. When we asked her why she get confused on her answers..the kitchen cabinet and pull out need serious cleaning and arranging.

Extremely noisy as it is placed right next to a multi lane highway. I was expecting a hotel but be advised this is a private property, a condo as they call it. This was not clear in the description. Low water pressure. Did not like the choice of paintings, found inappropriate. Cheapest bathroom amenities such as shampoo.

Close to the airport, excellently clean and spacious room. Bed is comfortable to sleep in. Also, adequately stocked kitchen equipments if you want to cook.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy access to the city and mostly near the airport.
Cannot make use of the appliance inside the room. There's no socket for the microwave. Cannot use the stove and the air-conditioning wasn't working well. The Toilet doorknob was also broken; I was locked for a while.

I like because its really near to the NAIA TERMINAL 3 ..
The staff accused us that we steal there towels and we need to pay. First we enter into the room there are no TOWELS inside i didnt ask towels anymore coz we bring our own towels , only 1 toothbrush i booked for 2.. they didn't clean well the room..

The process for checking in with difficult and awkward. We had a lot of running around and difficulty getting checked in when we were very tired. But once we got to our room everything was great.
