Lovely place in a good location for Da Lat. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast made fresh each morning between 7am-9am. Room was cool in the day and not cold at night when the temperature drops suddenly after sunset.

Room was a little bit small for 2 people and luggage.

Good value. Convenient location, lots of restaurants nearby, 10 minute walk to the night market, 15 minute walk to the lake. Helpful manager for bus tickets. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was on the small side but still comfortable and a good value for the price. There was construction noise from next door during the day and one night it continued quite late, but that is no fault of this hotel.

Minh and her staff are very kind, helpful and flexible. The hot water was great - it can get chilly up in Da Lat! Minh even offered us a heater (which we declined). The villa/garden is lovingly decorated. Excellent beds. Great location - about a 5-7 min. walk to the Da Lat Market - and there are countless foodstalls, restaurants, shops, etc. nearby.

The roosters next door are noisy - sometimes even at 2.30am!

Beautiful rooms in a quiet spot, close to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

Fantastic home stay/hotel was super friendly staff. We were very welcomed and every evening chose a yummy breakfast for the following morning. Wifi was good. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot. Very cute aesthetic. We extended our stay here.

A must when visiting Da Lat. The price is extremely reasonable and breakfast is delicious. You must try the Vietnamese meatball soup, it’s 10/10. Everything is so accessible from this accommodation and the lady who runs the place along with her family, are extremely helpful. We booked a private car with them which was handy and excellent service. The triple room is very spacious and comes with a fan above the two beds. no air conditioning is required up in Da Lat. The homestay is on a little hill just fyi but great for exercise everyday! Large waters + laundry are also provided here at a good price

The interior is aesthetic. Clean toilet and feel like new. The owner is very highly responsive even I contacted them via booking.com message. Very friendly owner and feel like we are so welcomed there even if we reach a bit late to the hotel. There was a time the toilet locked from inside at 2am, so I just contacted them at that time. They respond very fast and efficient. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality.

bath was a little small

Staff were friendly, good location. Nice outdoor area for sitting. The room was clean. The only thing I would mention is that if you have mobility issues you may struggle with the steep ally that you need to walk down to get to the hotel. It is excellent value for money. The rooms are not air-conditioned but you honestly don't need it as it seems to cool down every afternoon.

Bed was very hard but that is very common in Vietnam.

It was an amazing stay! I really loved the fresh flowers. Also the bathtub with massage. It is really such a steal for the price. They also allowed me to leave my luggage at the lobby. Also, they let me in earlier than the check in time.

everything was superb and I can say this was one of the most comfortable stay of our SEA trip the owner is also so lovely and helpful, you can ask for her to do the laundry and they also rent nice bikes.

This is a newer building with good quality windows and doors. That's important because it keeps the room warm at night and cool during the day. The location is convenient and also quiet. The shower is wonderful.

It would be great if they provided a bottle filling station or at least knew where to get drinking water in a reusable container (to avoid plastic waste).

The villa is set back from a fairly busy street and as a result, is quiet and peaceful. Good location for exploring Da Lat with plenty of coffee shops and street food options nearby. Rooms were very clean and there are several outdoor seating areas with beautiful plants and a fish pond to relax in when not out and about.

The hot water for the shower ran out very quickly and the extra firm beds may not be to everyone’s taste.

A quiet, cheerful room and delightful host for my weeklong stay in central Da Lat.

Minh runs a great hotel. Great sized rooms and communal courtyard for sitting, cooking etc. Real quality furniture and fittings in rooms. Best place I've stayed in. Really recommend, it's a perfect location, tucked away from city noise. Minh is a lovely lady.

The staff is very helpful and so nice. We got to early check in.. And late checkout. Thanks a lot. This is so good to refresh ourself before the long journey. Just walking distance to the night Market and cho da lat. Perfect place to sleep without noise. Very peaceful stay.

Everything!! The room was very well equipped, cosy and comfortable. The fixtures and fittings were all of a very good quality, the room and bathroom was the cleanest we have experienced across south east Asia so far and the bedding was very soft and comfortable!! The owner and host, Minh, was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and very quiet! Can’t fault anything about it!
