Everything. It was sparkling, clean, spacious, with a wonderful balcony, view, and a great vibe. The staff, especially Adele in the office were lovely. We were able to cook our meals and also go out where we wanted to. It was the best being able to go in the pool and then walk right onto the beach and back-and-forth all day long. Of all the places we stayed in our Costa Rica trip, this apartment was by far the family favorite. Also take a surf lesson from Julian, the resident instructor! Pura Vida!

Nous avons tout aimé de l’emplacement. La propreté de l’appartement comme du site. Le fait que ce soit excentre par rapport au cœur de Jaco, donc très calme, sans être trop loin. La gentillesse de toute l’équipe sur place. Le stationnement sécurisé. On y serait resté plus longtemps si notre circuit touristique prévu nous l’avait permis.

We loved the property and enjoyed the location and the staff on the premises.

The electric was turned off 2 days into our stay. Vacasa arranged for us to stay at another location; HOWEVER, the relocation services and time that it took for all that to happen was seriously unacceptable. On Monday, we came back from an excursion at 4:00 to find we had no electric. After 45 minutes trying to connect with someone to help, we had only an hour left of light before the sun went down. After a few hours of waiting in the dark, with my 2 kids (who were crying and scared) we finally got an email offering options. I was told to reply to the email (after talking with Charmaine) and she said she would be able to help. Again, we waited for 2 MORE hours, in the dark, trying to stay in a wifi spot for contact, with 2 very upset children and a husband who was very frustrated. I finally called to find out that no one bothered to read my email. This was extremely frustrating and scary. We were in a foreign country depending on someone to help us. …in the dark. We were finally given the relocation details so that we could take a cab to our new spot (Diamonte del Sol) and got into that location at almost 10 at night. This experience was extremely upsetting and stressful. We were able to stay at that location for 2 days and then had to check out at 10 in the morning, managing all of our bags and not able to check into our new location until 4:00. This made it so that we had to spend taxi money and miss out on a day of fun so that we could figure out where to stay. During that day, we were finally told that they might be able to take care of the situation (pay the electric bill) and that maybe we could return to La paloma Blanca. This happened at almost 4:30 that afternoon. This was nice to be able to return to our original location, but all of this could have been avoided and fixed in a more efficient way. We spent additional time and money trying to deal with a stressful situation that was not of our doing.

Las instalaciones están muy hermosas, todo bien cuidado y limpio. Bien equipado y muy confortable.

Demasiadas restricciones. Cobran el parqueo adicional. El check out es demasiado temprano, me parece que las 10am es una hora inadecuada. Ponen muchas trabas y requisitos para alquilar el lugar, se vuelve tedioso y molesto.

The La Paloma Blanca complex is beautiful, it has three pools, is quite and in a good location. Our apartment B3 on the third floor had great views of the pool and the sea. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also all the staff onsite were really lovely and very helpful.

The apartment is well used as a rental and it shows. A little attention is needed between stays like checking if all the lights work and that no bulbs need replacing. The tumble drier has a split in the vent pipe causing condensation to run down the walls, thus making the appliances rusty. Finally it is really overpriced. The listing on booking.com was $467 then on top of that there is 13% tax 18% service charge 9% location fee (what on earth is that) and a $65 cleaning fee totalling a whopping $715 so bookers beware. Perhaps Booking.com should advertise the total price from the start. We will not be caught like this again

Loved the newness and cleanliness! The pool is huge! We were in B3 and the Oceanview was spectacular! The kitchen was well stocked including wine corkscrew and blender. Staff was wonderful!

The living room a/c was warm but it got fixed so we were comfortable after that.

The guards were awesome. They helped us get the door code, fix the A/C, fix the WiFi and kept an eye on us. Loved the pool and the gardens.

The dishwasher was broken. The water never got hot in one of the showers. The wifi went down for a half a day. I emailed my contact to get the door code and they never got back to me.

Everything was great, the condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The pools were also great and the security guys were very nice.

The only negative thing was that the TV remotes were not working.

Location location. It was beautiful balcony that overlooked the ocean. The king size bed was wonderful. The units themselves are spacious and luxurious. It's far enough away from town to be safe.

The Wi-Fi had some challenges that were easily sorted out. It was quite lacking in storage for food such as containers for making drinks and a bread knife. Bring your own water because the water dispenser didn't work in the fridge.

Big apartment comfortable for four persons. Two bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen with all you need. So many small things are provided. Soap, salt, washing machine etc etc. we would definitely come back. Not to forget the ocean View from the spacious balcony.

Bed a bit hard.
