Très facile d’accès le boîtier à clé Est immédiatement visible. Appartement soigné élégant avec un équipement de qualité. Il y a tout.
Je plains les personnes de petite taille, bonne chance pour inscrire le code du boîtier à clé la nuit les bras levés 🤣 en essayant de tenir votre tel pour éclairer !

Impossible d'utiliser la connexion pour regarder la TV le décodeur Free ne s'est jamais allumé

Excellent location close to Lille centre. Apartment was well decorated and had everything needed for a short break in Lille. Sophie was very responsive and informative.

Excellent location, very clean, beautifully decorated, projector in the living room, kept out noise well
No AC, fridge was down during our stay but she put in a mini fridge for use (we didn’t need it as we only stayed one night) so that didn’t really matter

An excellent location.
Some basic things were missing in the kitchen like salt and pepper shakers, a corkscrew and bottle opener. There was no tv or instructions on how to use the projector. The listing on Booking.com states there are 2 bathrooms but there is only one bathroom with a separate WC. The host doesn't really speak English so it's difficult to communicate over the phone if there are any problems getting access to the property. It causes unnecessary stress to start charging customers a late fee if you are running just 15 minutes late to check out. It is also unnecessary to charge the customer's credit card a guaranty equal to the value of 400% of the value of their stay.

Beautiful apartment with great facilities. Living room with kitchen. Bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Perfect location. paid parking in 5 minutes walk.
Less technical equipment would have made the stay easier. Communication wasn't easy, as we do not speak french.
