The interior design was very impressive, with authentic Khmer furniture. The AC was strong and the extra fan helped the ventilation. Water temperature was pleasant. And they have 2 very cute small dogs.

No pool was available, and it seems like it hasn’t worked for some time now, maybe years! Very disappointing to be misguided in this way. When we arrived, at 8pm, at the reception and in the main hall the lights were off, there was only one young girl who spoke no English, she had no access to my booking, she could not change money or break down a bill (to pay the taxi) we were put in a room that had nothing to do with the description of the room we had booked (no bathtub, no desk, no 2 beds, no wooden floor, no bath gown, etc). The next day we managed to be moved to another better room, although far from the booking description. We invested in making the room reasonably comfortable because we were staying for longer, and then it was ok, but have no expectations!

Nothing that we liked. As soon as we arrived and saw the rooms, we decided to leave and find a new hotel.

We felt like we were in a haunted and creepy hotel. Our kids got scare and the restroom were not clean. There was no swimming pool as it stated in this booking.com.

Staff were absolutely beautiful. Cute puppies at reception. Air con was excellent. Large room. Lots of storage. Extra towels and water given. Nice pillows, bed sheets. Restaurants and food very close. Supermarket 300m away. Good water pressure, sink and shower.

Location 2km from town, unwalkable due to dust along road and no sidewalk. Cold shower over the toilet. Pool advertised but unavailable and advised only after paid and on arrival. Room cleaning inconsistent. Cockroaches. The room was not properly cleaned, and the side of the bed was filthy. The bed was too hard for me. Other guests' noise could be heard, eg talking and tvs.

I love the fact that it is very valuable and plus it is full of facilities that I love: hot shower, AC and especially SWIMMING POOL!

The first words to welcome us were that they charge us with 10 percent extra fees. After asking for what the fees are they suddenly can't speak English anymore. FUUUUU Ants in our room. The pool is so ugly and dirty that you can't use it. The ground floor is a construction area and the people there can't speak a word English. Also very far from the center. Just close this hotel

The pool was not clean. The room we stayed in was next to the elevator, so we got to hear it ding multiple times while trying to sleep, as well as the traffic outside. The mattresses were also quite hard and not very comfortable.
