Pictures on booking.com and reality do NOT MATCH at all. Entering the lobby, one is greeted by a jumble of furniture, among other 2 hospital beds. Staff did not give us the room we booked and which was depicted under Superior Double Room with Balcony and were rude and unhelpful when we complained. Room floor was dirty and obviously had not been cleaned for some time. Pool is in the shade, thus cold, no pool towels or anything, not useable. The entire hotel looks derelict, unwelcoming and the room was just not worth the money we paid!!!! Very very very dissatisfied - would not recommend this hotel at all.

it was dirty and had a musty smell. there were pails of dirty water and linens outside your rooms and the doors were wooden so they creak. the metal taps were rusty it was gross I left within an hour.

unbeatable location - can walk anywhere in the city centre. its a fairly simple level of hotel but such a great price level - nice and clean and everything worked well in the room.

I booked 2 rooms. One of the room it had a problem with air conditioner and dirty, they changed the room for us but the air conditioner still didn’t working and they have no responsible. The second room, had a bad smell from wc and dirty also don’t have foot towel we just ask politely if they can clean the room for us or change a room for us. The owner responded rudely like we had a fight or blame the client back that we are too picky or something The price was fully paid and they give us really bad service, especially the rude welcome of the owner who don’t have responsibility.

The Location is great to walk around.

There are two separate buildings for this hotel, but I was not sure which build has a swimming pool. (maybe it is my fault that I did not see the information when booking)
