The condo is nice and very clean. Our first problem was we had 2 vehicles and one parking spot. I didn’t read anywhere in the description that there was only one spot. So it was up to us to find expensive parking miles away and figure out how to make it work.
Next problem was the listing stated that the living room had 2 couches with ample sitting or something like that… it didn’t. We had one worn couch and one soft chair. We had to sit in kitchen hardback chairs.
Next problem… the rules state that no canopies or pop up tents allowed… the beach was covered in pop up canopies all places directly in front of chairs/umbrellas you could RENT. Why rent one if all upure going to see is the pop up tent in front of it. We didn’t bring one because we thought IT WASNT ALLOWED. I took pictures for proof. Another BIG problem…. Elevator stayed broken… we had to lug heavy suitcases, food, and coolers up flights of stairs and it 100 degrees. Plus we had our elderly grandmother who struggled with the stairs. So, be aware that you only have 1 parking spot, be able to walk stairs, and bring what you need for the beach because there’s nothing there for you.

Our rental location could not have been better. Close to everything! and far enough away from the crowds. We felt like we had a private beach. The condo is dated, but clean. The outdoor Maintenace man, Gary, never stopped working! the grounds, pool, and parking area were immaculate. we loved the fact we could rent Beach chairs and umbrella for the week, right in front of our room. AND they move the umbrella around for you throughout the day! our only complaint would be the LACK of amenities. If you do not provide enough dishwasher soap, or a scrubber sponge, you wonder how well the people before you washed dishes? yuck! Beach towels should be a must if you rent a BEACH condo. those of us flying, do not have room for a beach towel! we used the bath towels, but then ran the wash machine/dryer, with our own detergent every day. waste of energy!! only complaint, We would defiantly come back!

My husband and I came with our 4 children ages 12, 14, 17 and 20. The view from our condo was breathtaking. Listening to the waves from the ocean each night to go to sleep was a dream come true. Overall it was tidy and had everything we needed for our 4 night 5 day stay. The staff was so nice and polite and always took the time to answer any question my kids had. Thank you for everything!

The rental unit was very clean. Upon arriving the view out the door wall was spectacular! The rooms were a good size. The Master suite was large. Furnishings somewhat old, one chair had upholstery on seat with a tear in it. The master door wall was difficult to lock and slide open. However, I would definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance of a lot of good restaurants, the pool was very clean, heated and fun. All in all a wonderful 2 weeks.

I was very happy to see that the bad reviews were acknowledged. They put new carpeting throughout the rental & also replaced the rusted fridge. The kitchen stools could use some cleaning but overall it was very clean.

We stayed with family 6 adults 2 teens. There was pletny of room for everyone. Kitchen was well appointed other than no blender. There was new carpet in all the bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The property itself was extremely clean which can be attributed to the gentleman doing maintenance we saw him everyday working hard and it shows the grounds were spotless and in good working order. We had a minor issue with the dryer they had someone out to fix it within hours the same day. Top notch would highly recommend and would rent again!

Asked many times for surface light under microwave to have bulbs replaced and they havent been so we did it ourselves, the price increase over ladt few years for the condo will send us renting elsewhere, hardly any wine glasses left,kitchen needs restocking

In general it’s a very nice condo. Spacious rooms, large balcony with excellent views. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. The property and the condo were very clean with the exception of the refrigerator. It was dirty and rusty and definitely needs replaced! Kitchen provided basic dishes and cook wear. If you plan to do any cooking you will need to bring your own spices, salt pepper, etc…
I was not impressed with the property manager. I stay in this area every year and have worked with several different property managers. This property manager was the least impressive of any I have worked with in the area and I would not contact them again for a rental. The little niceties that other property managers provide, was just sorely missing here.

Easy access to the beach. Parking was a NIGHTMARE! Only one spot for the unit and that in itself will keep us from ever returning to this location. Unit needs a lot of updates. Unit wasn’t very clean. Carpet was nasty. Kitchen appliances were rusted and ice machine did not work. Not enough utensils, etc. etc. I’m not sure that anything can be done about the parking. Everything else would be an easy fix!
Having said all that we still had a wonderful time on the beach and watching the dolphins in the morning.

We had a nice stay at the condo. Very close to the beach, which was most important to us, condo was clean but desperately need some updates. Carpet is getting outdated, several light bulbs were out in both bathrooms, and kitchen appliances, though functional, are unsightly due to rust areas. We stay in the gulf every year and most places provide beach towels and beach chairs. None are provide here. The weather for our stay was perfect so fortunately we spent most of our time outdoors so the negatives if the condo were minimized. We would definitely consider staying at this condo again if the updates mentioned were finished.

This was a perfect location. Right on the beach and also close to restaurants. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room. Would recommend bringing your own kitchen essentials. That is the only place the listing was missing. So bring your own paper towels, cooking basics, etc. Communication with the property were great. Anytime I sent an email they responded almost immediately. Kudos to maintenance. He made sure the property in the pool and beach area were always kept clean. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This is a great location right in front of the beach. The view is amazing! if you are into pictures, this is a good place for you. It is also close to John Pass, about 5 minutes driving. The appliances in the house are very old, expect loud noises from the washer or dryer, and long time for the range to heat up. Rooms are nice but mattresses could be improved. The checking process for us was bad, there were delays due to repairs being done close to the time I was going to checking. Also our parking spot was taken and we had to call the on call services for instructions. The on call services was TERRIBLE! They considered my call a non emergency call and did not want to page the host. I had to persist that if I cannot get a parking (other spots are subject to towing) I would not be able to stay. After a long back and forward, the on call services decided to make the page. In overall this is a good place, but there are similar options around all this area around the same price range or better

Location location location. This condo has it. 90 seconds from the balcony to the beach and your toes are not only in the sand but the water.
Beautiful view from the balcony.
Spacious living area, nice bathrooms and bedrooms.
If you are traveling with family who have trouble walking or young children who like to run back and forth, they have a good elevator and access to the beach is very good.
The wifi and TV's are excellent, no connectivity issues- even with numerous users.
Now the cons-
it was "sort of" clean when we arrived. The floors had not been swept. The couch is raised and you can see under it and there were cheerios and some Cheetos, and dust.
The appliances and soft goods need replacing, The fridge had rust around the edges on the front and barely made ice.
A closet door came off the hinges in the bedroom, a door off the dresser came off the hinges.
In major need of a soft good overhall- carpet, furniture, mattresses & bedding, kitchen appliances.

Great place to stay! Steps to the beach and the pool, along with the fabulous view was what made this place so great! It would be really nice to have beach chairs, toys and a small cooler provided for those that are flying. We ate at Salt Rock for the early special, delicious!
