Great Location. Quite Rooms. Tasty Restaurant. Nice Sauna and Jacuzzi.

Rooms look bigger on the photos. Bed is ok. A little tight moving around the room.

the tv didn’t work with chrome cast and despite best efforts from the staff they never got it to work

Nothing! The only minor comment would be that to use the spa facilities you have to turn them on yourself so they took a good 10 minutes to warm up however the spa was very quiet and both times we used it we had it to ourselves so that was perfect was us

Absolutely stunning large rooms with beautiful views. Perfect location in walking distance from shops and restaurants. The customer service was exceptional.

Spending our time in this hotel exceeded our expectation. With a great location, we can enjoy wonderful view of Paris, comfortable transportation and beautiful surroundings. The room is clean and spacious. Last but not least, all staff and services provided are so fabulous. :)

Menu in the restaurant is a bit strange. We like and most often eat vegan, but it was a bit too innovative for us. No good breakfast alternative (of coffee) if you leave early - before 6:30am

Size of the restroom, the room is not noise proofing. You can hear people talking, shutting the door, etc.

just the location, will never visit this hotel again. Big mess, I had a blocked shower, changed rooms 3 times and didn't even get the room i booked for.

Absolutely everything. This was the best stay of our entire lives and we have stayed in some lovley hotels. Cannot speak highly of this hotel and their staff. The hotel facilities on their own are 5 star but the service from the staff adds another 5 stars on top of that! The hotel staff helped me plan a proposal in the hotel and it was nothing short of perfection. Simon and his colleague on reception who had the glasses (sorry i forget her name) were incredible. I will never forget the service they gave us.
