The pictures that are shown do not do this place justice!! It’s a great house in a great location. There were 6 adults in the house and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Everything you need is in walking distance or a short car ride away. If I go back to Clearwater I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo! It is very spacious for a family and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Super quiet and relaxing. The king bed was very comfortable and the condo was very clean. I loved the huge tub in the master bathroom! Carlos is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The location is nice and within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again! The only suggestion is to replace the hairdryer as it only provided cool air and took my hair a long time to dry and fix the bathroom sink in the small bathroom as the drain appeared to be clogged and drained very slowly. Excellent place to stay. Don’t hesitate to book this one!!!

We really enjoyed our trip to Clearwater. The location of the condo in proximity to the beach was just what we were looking for. We spent more time out of the condo than in it because the weather was so beautiful. Was happy to spot a dolphin in the bay one morning. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location Air conditioning unit vibrates in master bedroom so you need to shut it off to sleep. Other than that it was a great place to stay

The location of this condo couldn't be better for our needs. We could walk across the street to 2 of the many waterfront restaurants located within walking distance. The beach and the marina are a very short stroll from the condo. The pool was very warm and also had a jacuzzi. Even though we had cool weather, the pool was always enjoyable. The gated onsite parking with two parking passes was great when some of our family visited. There are two side by side elevators that we rarely waited more than 15 seconds for. The billiards room was a useful bonus when our grandson arrived. The owner, Carlo, was very accommodating. He stopped by the first day and when he realized the cable in the living room wasn't working due to a bad cable box, he immediately called the cable company and arranged to pick up the box the next morning. That box was DOA so he repeated the same process the next morning. When my wife told him she had concerns about the bed due to previous comments, but it wasn't a big deal, Carlo suggested we try it out and if we thought it was an issue he would replace it. When he arrived with the new cable box the next day, he asked how we slept. When he got the answer of "ok" he decided to replace it with a new box spring and mattress! The new mattress arrived and was promptly replaced and the old hauled away within 15 minutes of arrival. We couldn't ask for a more accommodating owner.

My family was vacationing in Clearwater as my brother has a condo near Carlos place. We knew we’d need more space and Carlos condo was perfect

The condo was spacious and clean. The master bed is very hard to lay on Not good if you have back or hip pain. The other mattresses were great. Carlos was great, friendly and was available. I would definable stay again.

We have been getting together in Clearwater Beach for almost 25 years. Golf and Tampa Bay Downs. The condo is perfect for us. Comfortable convenient great views and affordable.

We’ve stayed in this building several times and love the location. This united was beautifully appointed, and the owner couldn’t have been more kind in ensuring we had all the information we needed and were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend!

We rented this apartment for 6 people, including 3 small children. It was spacious enough for all of us and even exceeded our expectations in that point. We could see dolphins from our balcony several times and even a manatee once. The interiour, furniture and kitchen, was well stocked. A huge table and a grand kitchen were so family-friendly. However, some small towels had stains which wouldn't go away after washing. The pool was so beautiful - refreshing and with lots of shade when the beach was too hot in the afternoon. Overall a perfect match for big families. Within walking distance in about 5 minutes from the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much. We'll definitely come back.

Wonderful condo, very clean and comfortable. Great location to beach, restaurants, marina, and pier 60. The trolley was so convenient for my elderly parents to get around while we walked. Fun family vacation. I would definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation to Clearwater.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The first day we arrived we saw dolphins off the balcony. The property is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops in Clearwater. The best feature to me is that the place has so much space for a family, much more comfortable than a hotel. The property manager is very responsive and accommodating - any questions I had were responded to in a very timely manner. The pool is small but it was never crowded so we enjoyed swimming in the afternoons when there was shade and we were ready to be out of the sun after a beach day. We had a very relaxing time staying at this property and hope to return some day.

Place was very clean & the view of the harbor was beautiful. Great location & liked that for a very small fee you could jump on the trolley & be at the beach in a matter of minutes.

Loved our stay. Host was responsive when we had a bit of an issue checking in. Amazing location and loved sitting on the balcony and even saw dolphins. Even went to eat at his restaurant which had great food. One piece of advice would be to replace the towels and bath mats as they’re a bit old and stained. We loved that there were beach chairs and a stroller to use however one chair had a broken arm and the stroller was difficult to use and could be upgraded. Overall though 5 stars and we would definitely come back.

This location was amazing! In the best part of Clwb! Carlo is an attentives host and made sure we were in position to enjoy every minute at his place. If I have a negative it was that the pool is small relative to the size of the condo development. The good news is you can walk to the beach! We loved it!

Great vacation! Was there for six weeks had no problems, short walk to beach & restaurants. Carlo was the best owner/manager we have ever experienced. He took care of our concerns in a efficient & timely manner. He is really was very nice man. He made our stay memorable.
