Doorknob on upstairs hall bathroom was loose and fell off. Tried to repair but the screws were too short

I visited with my husband, children ages 3 and 4, and my sister for Thanksgiving. The property was clean, inviting and served its purpose. However, the beds are awful. The twin beds downstairs are fine. Basic pot set, utensils, coffee pot, etc but we didn't do a lot of cooking. There was tissue in every bathroom that lasted for our 4 night stay. Plenty of towels for us. The location was convenient to the Disney parks and Icon park. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again if available on my travel dates.

Can’t beat the 10-15min drive to Disney. Liked that it is a gated community and allows pets (for a fee).

Location was great. Easy to get to Disney. The place was nice, stairs a little steep for us. We have bad knees. Smaller than I expected but worked fine for us.

This is our 2nd time staying in this property. The price is right and the location to Disney is perfect!

The condo was as advertised...short drive to all Disney properties. Great value for the money and this is coming from a family that has spent the last 20 or so trips on Disney property! We were able to use the extra funds that we would have spent at a Disney resort on two character dining experiences. Definitely will be staying here again!

Our vacation plans to Orlando were interrupted by Hurricane Dorian. The owners were accommodating and helped us reschedule the stay to another week. The communication over the phone and in emails were cordial. The rental is cozy and had the amenities as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay. We live in Florida and visit Orlando often. We will stay there again if available.

Our summer vacation was beautiful! Thanks to you Manny our stay was extremely comfortable and such an amazing experience. The location was convenient as we were minutes away from theme parks, shopping, and restaurants!

Check-in was great. The only issue we had was the grass, it looks like it was not cut in weeks both back and front of the property. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it is conveniently located. Overall we had a great stay.

I didn't like the neighborhood, but it was super close to disney parks. the townhouse is huge and parking is easy.

This property was more than what I thought it would be. The house was clean and immaculate. It is in a gated community and there wasn't any trouble getting in and out. My family and I would use Manny and My Orlando Stay again. It s down the street from the restaurants and 2 miles from Disney World. We enjoyed our stay.

Super close to Disney, quiet neighborhood. We have stayed here a few times and always had a good experience.

The pictures posted of the condo were exactly what we walked into. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and compared to other places we have stayed we actually had enough towels for everyone in our group! In the few days we stayed, Manny’s condo quickly felt like home. We were close to many shopping areas which was nice, and were only about a 12 minute drive from Disney. I would definitely recommend renting from Manny, and hope we can do so again soon!

Manny was a great host. Very responsive . Any time I called he picked up . The house was beautiful.

We stayed at Crestwynd for a month in March-April 2019. We found the townhouse to be clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and perfectly located. The gated community is safe and very well kept. The people are friendly, the pool is clean and the entire area is gorgeous!! The MyOrlandoStay staff is courteous, available and very friendly as well as helpful in a timely manner. I would recommend this place for families and couples. It is quiet but kid and dog friendly!! We traveled with our 2 dogs, one of which is a 95lb bernedoodle. We were graciously accepted into this home and community. They have dog stations scattered throughout the community and the grounds are clean and well maintained. There is a lot of space to walk your dogs!! I certainly give Manny and his beautiful house a strong recommendation!!

The townhouse was in a great location and I felt very safe walking my dog everyday in the community. The townhouse itself is in good condition. There are areas that show some wear and tear but overall we enjoyed the stay.

This house was located at a very prime location. It is very spacious and lot of Sun light. Small park attached to the house allows kids in and out. No issues for 2-3 car parking for guests. Also the community pool was icing to the cake. Walmart is also very close by for any groceries. I'm giving one star less only because when we arrived the floor was dusty and found lot of pet hair. Rest no complaints everything was fabulous..

The place we stayed was not what we expected. Pictures on website were misleading. Beds were not very comfortable and the place was not very clean. Smelled like bleach but when you touched surfaces they were tacky with residue. Be sure you wash all the dishes before you use them - they were put away dirty. We had to go out and buy sponges to wash the dishes because the ones left were gross and stinky. Bunch of teenagers drinking, smoking pot and playing loud music at pool - not conducive for relaxing. Location was convenient.

Nice property. Quick response time when messaged about problems. Only complaint was that there's a neighbor who allows his dog to poop all in front of the unit and does not pick it up. Otherwise, great stay.

Not only was this property in a perfect location, it was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to all friends and family.

The place was new, and clean. Kids room decorated with Disney characters. Beds where comfortable! All we did was bring our groceries. I would absolutely recommend and stay there again!

Why spend the money for a resort hotel when you can stay in a roomy 3 bedroom townhome for much less? We enjoyed being able to stay at a home as opposed to a cramped, resort hotel room. The cost was also substantially less and we were able to bring along our small pet. The location was just a short 5 minute drive to all of the Disney property access roads and restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Manny was also able to accommodate a special request without hesitation. Looking forward to our return to this nice townhome.

Minutes from Disney. Great location and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The owner was responsive and refunded the security deposit within 24 hours. Perfect for family stay.

The listing description was accurate, and the owner was available to handle any problems. Two king size beds are a real plus, plenty of room for 6 of us. Unit could have been cleaner, but we enjoyed our stay, a very convenient area.

Easy to access. Mostly clean. Lots of towels! Master bed comfortable. Good communication with owner. 2 & 1/2 bath. Master has its own bath. Other 2 rooms share one in hallway. Toilet/sink downstairs. Remember to bring your own toiletries, paper products, etc. Would rent again.

My family loved this townhome. There are flat screens TV's in every bedroom and the living room downstairs. The Wi-Fi service is exceptional(important to my game playing teenager) in this unit. This unit is on an end so there is only one wall that shares with another unit but there was no noise. A pool table is also in the unit. The purpose of our trip was to go to Disney World and this is the closest off property we have ever stayed. We were literally less than 5 minutes away from Magic Kingdom. The homeowner was quick to refunding the security deposit and that is always a plus. We will definitely rebook.
