The location was great
The night staff was extremely rude when we called to see why we did not get the room we booked. I booked a room with a king sized bed and a pull out, but received only a king sized bed. She immediately blamed it on booking.com and refused to help.

Very outdated carpets in the hallway were coming up and lumpy. The elevators sounded like they were going to break everytime you got into them. Parking prices were ridiculous.

I like that it wasn’t too far from things, depending if you want to walk or drive. The staff was nice
The pool is way smaller than what it looks to be in the pictures. We were really looking forward to the pool on the hottest day of 96 degrees, but it was so small and full of people. The toilet was broken and constantly ran all day and night. There was a coffee maker, but no cups were in the room. There was some sort of splatter on the wall that wasn’t cleaned. In the bathroom there was dried food on the switches. You hear everything, even the neighbor pulling the blinds shut. I don’t care about this part but for people traveling and aren’t aware they will charge a $25 early check in fee.

Breakfast was good. Room was big with a cool view and bed was comfy. Pool was heated so it felt nice.
The room could have been cleaned better. There was still a little bit of trash around the room like food wrappers as if someone was just there.

Good spacious room with a good bed, good breakfast (every morning an attendant welcoming you and asking whether everything was alright with the breakfast). Parking inside the hotel was pricey but fine.
Arriving at the reception a very rude lady did not welcomed us and do not even look at our faces. An important point to be improved, how to receive and treat your customers. Also, the price for the garage is outrageous (US$ 38.00/day), why it needs to be so expensive?

Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. I can hear the clicking and banging sounds of the elevator all night. Woke me up multiple times through the nights. I did not sleep well at all for three nights.

Windows shades in the bedroom did not work. Parking is $35 per day. I requested a work order to repair the blinds on day one and they never showed up to address the issue.

Was staying here for the ease of travel to the nearby hospital for surgery. Was walking distance from the Ruth Chris Steakhouse we had for dinner, legitimately a 3 min walk. The Hyatt was having trouble with the elevators and was waiting on a service tech, was notifiedat the moment of check in. With them having their trouble with the elevators they offered us complimentary parking in their parking garage.
The parking garage can be a bit snug for bigger vehicles or ones with a big turning radiace. Honestly after how we got treated that's the only complaint I have which I'm sure they probably didn't have much say in that.

The property looks recently renovated. Room was very spacious. We loved the kitchenette and the lounge area. Bathroom as well was a very nice size. Lobby was very attractive. Access to parking is very convenient. Close to nice restaurant (one is the famous Hattie B’s hot chicken) and to bus/trolley stop to reach downtown easy in few minutes. Highly recommended!
