The location was great

The night staff was extremely rude when we called to see why we did not get the room we booked. I booked a room with a king sized bed and a pull out, but received only a king sized bed. She immediately blamed it on booking.com and refused to help.

The property was quiet

Very outdated carpets in the hallway were coming up and lumpy. The elevators sounded like they were going to break everytime you got into them. Parking prices were ridiculous.

The staff were incredible, so so friendly Also gave us a free room upgrade on arrival

Pool a little small but still a decent pool

Parkhaus sehr teuer aber wir haben aufgrund mangelnder Alternativen trotzdem einen Parkplatz genommen - der Preis ist nicht angemessen

I like that it wasn’t too far from things, depending if you want to walk or drive. The staff was nice

The pool is way smaller than what it looks to be in the pictures. We were really looking forward to the pool on the hottest day of 96 degrees, but it was so small and full of people. The toilet was broken and constantly ran all day and night. There was a coffee maker, but no cups were in the room. There was some sort of splatter on the wall that wasn’t cleaned. In the bathroom there was dried food on the switches. You hear everything, even the neighbor pulling the blinds shut. I don’t care about this part but for people traveling and aren’t aware they will charge a $25 early check in fee.

Breakfast was good. Bathroom in lobby/breakfast area had toilets that were full of bodily functions.

The room service. There should be cleaning of rooms every day (not just trash removal and new towels).
