Shuttle Bus

Service at Front Counter ,Breakfast Staff ,Rooms old and dirty ,bathroom poor quality TV and hotel should be refurbished ,totally over rated on Booking.Com and very deceiving photos

The bartenders, front desk employees, cleanliness, shuttles, and location.

Staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough to help you. Ely was the shuttle driver and very friendly. Shuttle was a great service. Hotel would have been a bit out of the way without it.

Renovations were going on and reception areas were dated. Breakfast was ok, self service and basic.

Spacious rooms. Restaurant on sight. Comfortable beds. Clean.

It was currently under renovation but they minimized the effect on guests.

The location and size of the room

It was very clean, besides the construction going on. Which I was unaware of. The rooms are a good size. We stayed in a double queen. We had plenty of room. The bathroom had a tub/shower but the water wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm our entire stay. The free breakfast is very nice. They also have a bar/restaurant, a snack stand filled with goodies and drinks. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Especially a gentleman who worked on the 2nd shift.

I booked this hotel precisely due to the pool for our 9yr old little girl. I called the day before our arrival to double check that we l beautiful indoor pool was open. I was told yes. We arrived and when I asked where the pool was I was informed that it was closed due to construction. They gave us the option to drive 4 miles to another hotel and swim in their pool. It was very much of an inconvenience.

The staff weren’t overly responsive to issues we had. I don’t understand how they didn’t have any caffeinated coffee (when I asked twice)

The staff was friendly and as soon as you walked in they told us that they didn't have water all day and that it was getting fixed. It would have been nice to have known that before I booked the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Waffles, pancakes, cereal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. It wasn't bad though. It would have been nice if the milk had been labeled. Room was comfortable and very clean which was fantastic.

I didn't like the neighborhood at all. The neighborhood was very rough. There were sirens all night and it kept some of us awake. We got food at the bar and it took almost an hour to get it because it was one of the front desk people cooking. There wasn't a hot tub which was the thing we were looking forward to the most after traveling all day. The shuttle only ran until 9pm so we felt like we couldn't go anywhere once we got there. Also, we had to pay $20 + tax to park in their parking lot.

One elevator out of order. One morning shower was only lukewarm. No fan in the room. No control of heat/ac. $20 per day to park in the hotel parking lot where you’re paying to stay already

The breakfast was great. And the shuttle was as well.

The hotel is a bit outdated room wise but overall it wasn’t bad. The elevators stopped working and the only way into the stairs was the emergency exit on the outside of the property. Then the doors were locked and maintenance could only get into some of the floors.

Shower great pressure plenty of hot water. Bartender Justin was awesome, overworked, poor bar design, too much for 1 person...but he made up for rude front desk clerk.

Rm. 203...I asked for handicap. Got to room and there was one bed, for 3 older lady friends...? Moved to std. rm., Beds were too high, difficult to get up on for older person, one with bad back uses a cane and you can't sit on them with your feet on the floor. Dangerous... Room not big enough for 2 queens, awkward to move around, can't imagine 4 people in room. Bathroom door squeaked terribly, rusty hinges. 3 friends in the room & it woke all when anyone got up during night annoyed us all.. TV remote needed batteries. Check in clerk was rude, no welcome, eye contact, or smile, nor any help w questions, Sasha..not sure of her name? had 2" long gross fingernails? ugh we were so disappointed upon arrival, after our 4 hr drive & start of our vacation. Talked to Angel, know that Holiday Inn is taking over & renovations are coming. Good,! needs it. dated & worn out looking, but good value.

The staff was amazing!

I did not get the room I booked We slept uncomfortably due to only having one bed. I have booked a room with two queens. Checked out a night early due to this problem and we told we would be reimbursed for the unstated night and have yet to see the refund.

The staff were helpful and attentive; Tiffany who was the front desk clerk made our vacation enjoyable with her friendliness and helpful assistance. The shuttle bus service, pool and fitness room were great!

The location that surrounded the hotel wasn't very pleasant; a warehouse type of environment surrounded the hotel, and the rooms and hallways could use some sprucing for a more inviting look.

The location and access to downtown Nashville was perfect. The shuttle to and from downtown was also very convenient. The bar and Justin the bartender was nice with a wide selection. The lobby and outside sitting area were comfortable and nice.

Could have been cleaner. Needs more attention to detail with the cleaning. Just a small area for outside seating.
