The location is good even though it wasn't on the same street as advertised, the apartement was clean and we could use the fridge.

We weren't put up in the property that was booked, the address itself changed when we were on our way to get the keys. The place where we stayed was on Bank street and was very poorly furnished, with all furnishings in a sorry state. The bedroom was on a platform upstairs and nobody even bothered to check with us that we could climb. There wasn't even any toilet paper in the apartment. Had it been that we would have booked for more than one night, we would have refused to stay there.

Roof didn't leak. No rats.

Where do I start? Unfriendly host, no soap, incorrect location on map, uncomfortable couch, noisy street...

The location is convenient and close to the mall. That's about all I enjoyed.

My partner and I booked from Friday to Monday. The place was really dusty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The stove was really dirty and so that changed our plans to cook. The microwave had stains on it so we were reluctant to use it to warm up our food. The cutlery (cups, glasses, plates) were all in terrible condition. They were all stained and some were even brown inside. The couches and carpet were really filthy. One of the couches were covered in a blanket which looked like it hadn't been washed in years. We tried to turn a blind eye to everything because we aren't the type of people who complain too often, but when we got into bed, the sheets and covers had so much static electricity, you could literally see the sparks. And when you move, you get electricuted. The towels in the bathroom were completely stiff, either because they were so old or just hadn't been washed in a long time. We decided to spend the next day outside the apartment so we only at least had to sleep there but my breaking point was when we returned and saw 2 cockroaches. I immediately booked us into another hotel but we couldn't check in that night so we were forced to stay another night. By the morning, I was terribly sick due to the dust in that apartment, and there are no cleaning facilities to even clean up for yourself. The building itself is under construction and so the lifts are quite scary looking and have a tendency to get stuck (which happened to me). Eventually we checked out a day early and didn't even bother to contact the host as we were not looking for a fight, so we just silently packed up and went to the vantage (which is a great option btw).

Great location, very close to Rosebank Mall. Safe parking. They let us early check-in.

The flat is very dirty. There are food remaining from other guests in the cupboards and full of bugs. We stayed only 1 night so we thought we could close our eyes to little things but then at night we realized that the bed was in terrible conditions. Dirty, smelly sheets and cushions. Probably they were not changed for a while. We couldn’t sleep at all. There were no towels provided. But when we called, they bring some and again not clean ones. After all we noticed bed bug bites all over our bodies. That was the only place we stayed in these conditions so pretty sure we had them there. If they mind to clean the rooms, it will be a great place.
