Clean and fancy room, central location, very polite and helpful staff.

Прекрасное расположение , хороший ресторан, прекрасный персонал, убирают номера каждый день, полотенца и тп тоже меняют каждый день , всегда две бутылки воды в номере!

Завтраки однотипные каждый день, время окончания завтрака в 10 утра это очень рано, приходишь в 09.30 на завтрак мясного уже нет, салатов нет все закончилось и никто не приносит то, что закончилось

Το πρωινο θα μπορουσε να ηταν πλουσιοτερο και η καθημερινη καθαριοτητα των δωματιων περα απο αλλαγη στις πετσετες θα μπορουσαν να γινονται περισσοτερα πραγματα οπως για παραδειγμα τα σεντονια.Στα 5 βραδια που μειναμε δεν αλλαξαν καθολου.

המלון מיוחד ונחמד …הרגשה של שלווה ושקט במלון. הצוות בסדר …מציעה קצת יותר לחייך ,ולהראות יותר נכונות להיות לעזר.כל מה שביקשנו מהצוות הם ממש היו לעזר😊

היתה ארוחת בוקר טובה והיה מאורגן מאד…ציפינו ליותר התיחסות של אחראי חדר האוכל ויותר נכונות להיות לעזר…אנחנו זוג מבוגר וזקוק לעזרה, ויותר התיחסות.

Het ontbijt was goed. De locatie ligt gunstig. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

We kregen een veel kleinere kamer dan wat we geboekt hadden. Dat vonden we wel jammer. De vitrages in onze kamer was gescheurd.

- Great location - Bed was decently comfortable - Room itself is spacios - Windows soundproofing filters most of the noise from Magheru boulevard - AC works well and isn’t loud - Hotel staff does their best - 24/7 front desk

All the bad things here are mostly related to poor management in my opinion. This hotel definitely does not offer a 4 star experience so please do not waste your money here hoping for something decent - The photos on booking for the deluxe king room are extremely deceiving. The rooms in the photos are probably the few they actually put some effort in and ours really did not live up to that standard. I had to ask front desk twice if they really gave me the correct room according to our reservation - The wallpaper in the room is peeling off in multiple places, looks like nobody cares to do any maintanance on the rooms (I expect better for the 4 stars and for the money they charge) - Overall, the detail work on the room was bad: poorly mounted light fixtures, crooked frames, bubbles in the wallpaper and so on - There were stains on our bathroom door(dirt and what looked like aging stains) and the tops of the doorframes was exceptionally dirty, the closet was also pretty dusty inside - The mirror in our room was broken. I notified front desk about this and they made a note to fix it. For our stay it wasn’t a necessity and I didn’t want to be disturbed by the process to fix it. When we checked out I mentioned it again to front desk and that maybe it should be fixed before next guest; the receptionist said she has no ideea what I am talking about. I think that mirror will not be fixed anytime soon and it’s pretty embarassing that nobody from the staff makes proper note of these things and just wait for guests to complain (once again, this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel) - The door to the room (and I saw this issue with a lot of other rooms on our floor) doesn’t properly close in the door frame. (see pictures) As a result - You can hear everything from the hallway and other rooms. Depending on the other guests it can get pretty noisy, especially in the mornings and evening. The rooms are supposed to be soundproofed.
