Really enjoyed the very spacious and well laid out unit when vacationing for a long weekend. The space accommodated two families with young children really well, with plenty of hang out space for all. The game room was a hit, as well as the hot tub. Appreciated having use of the garage as well. Would recommend!

Great stay. Our family really enjoyed our time here. Had everything we needed. Location is beautiful- close to everything but feel like you are away from the town and get the mountain feel. We would stay here again.

The townhome is so incredibly cozy!!
The kitchen is equipped with everything, the rooms all have their own bathrooms!!
Views to die for, walking distance to so much and quiet neighbors.
Absolutely wonderful weekend with friends and family- we all hated to leave!
Charlotte was so incredibly kind and available for anything we needed.
The homeowners and property management has made sure this property is equipped with anything you need- and more!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is very clean, nicely updated, and comfortably slept 5 adults and 5 children. Having 2 master bedrooms was great for our large group. The home was very well stocked with extra linens, pillows, blankets and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook multiple large meals. The property manager was absolutely fantastic. She quickly addressed every need and was willing to go out of the way to make our stay great. Please do note that this home is at the top of a large hill. We arrived during a snow storm and our two wheel drive vehicle couldn't get to the property. We had to put tire chains on to get to the top. After 2 days of no snow our two wheel drive SUV was able to make it to the top without problems. Great place, we would love to stay again in the future.

The downstairs mattress had impressions - difficulty receiving good sleep. Was also missing dish towels, and broken shower head in upstairs 2nd masters and - would be helpful to have sharper knives

Had a quick ski getaway with the kids and some friends. Easy access to the condo. Plenty of space for everyone. Very nice. Would stay again.

The home was so beautiful, comfortable and well equipped ! :) From games, to labels on the light switches, to extra towels and blankets, ziploc bags etc. many of the conveniences and things that are often needed in a home, but that you don't think to buy at a grocery store when traveling, were present and appreciated. It was a place for such quality time for 3 families together. The only room for improvement we found were the pans. As is often the case in rental homes, we wanted to cook, but were hesitant, as the non-stick pans have scratches that we would consider unsafe. overall, a wonderful place!! :)

We had a group of friends on a ski trip staying here. Plenty of room for everyone and all our stuff. Very convenient location from both the town of Winter Park and the resort. Really enjoyed the hot tub, gameroom, and the shuffleboard table. Can't think of anything that was missing.

Wonderful summer mountain get-away!
We had a great summer get-away to the mountains. This property is in a great location for all the activities, restaurants, etc. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We saw wildlife from the deck and completely enjoyed our time here!! We had a few small maintenance items come up and the property manager responded immediately. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!!

Outstanding Condo Rental
This condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything anyone could want to prepare meals and appliances worked well. Thank you for providing paper goods and refrigerator containers for food. Our grandchildren children especially liked the hot tub, air hockey and shuffleboard and I liked that they played together and had fun. I'd stay here again!

Family ski vacation
Outstanding property-spacious and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and huge dinning table made our stay very enjoyable. Only issue involved the county clearing the snow on the road all the way to the property. We were very glad that our vehicle was 4-wheel drive with good tires.... Would stay there again.

Wonderful cabin
We had a wonderful experience staying at this cabin. The place was very clean and organized. The owners had clearly thought of everything that would be needed by their guests. The basement has a shuffleboard and air hockey table which were a huge hit. The hot tub was amazing.

Quiet Mountaintop Retreat
We loved this condo. Off the beaten path above Fraser, quiet and surrounded by gorgeous snow-covered pines. Condo was well maintained, stocked and so very spacious. The photos don’t illustrate just how much space is available. Our kids loved the downstairs game room and bunks! We loved the short commute to the slopes and the quiet retreat at the end of the ski day.

Beautiful house
Its a very nice house with a beautiful view and we enjoyed our stay. The host responded very quickly. The listing mentions 4.5 baths but there are only 3 showers. It took us a little longer to get to Winter Park Resort than what we had read in the description. But overall would definitely recommend the home.

Gorgeous views in well stocked home
Our two families enjoyed our stay while visiting to ski at Winter Park. This home has everything you’ll need during a stay. Well stocked with kitchen items, games and essentials. The beds were comfortable after our days skiing. The kids loved the hot tub and air hockey table. We loved the gorgeous view from huge windows on the main floor. We would definitely stay here again. The management was very responsive to our questions.

Great Vacay except for...
The shuttle service/buses to and from Winter Park were incredibly stressful and unpredictable! We ended up getting stuck in downtown Winter Park for 2 hours after a long ski day.

Excellent spot to enjoy the Front Range of Colorado and more! A large, spacious place in a good location. All the minor and major necessities included. Comfortable beds and living spaces, too.

Great location, great layout for large group, but overpriced for quality
The manager was AMAZINGLY helpful. She spent 30 min talking to me after I booked & shared all kinds of tips & places to go. She also spent another 20 min when we had a few questions whether to bring bikes or not. They had nice bedding, comfy beds & overall things were clean (bathrooms, bedding, sheets & towels clean). Overall for the price however it was not quality because the carpets were stained & ripped and the table was scratched up along with the top of a chair that was broken. The outside table was broken, and my husband had to fix it. The sliding door kept coming off the track and my hubby put it back on but it was just worn out. The hot water heater faulted numerous times & my husband fixed it. The manager had prompt replies but this was nothing that could be fixed right away. This was the most expensive place we’ve stayed & we expected it to be supreme. The kids loved the bunk room, games. The overall house was stocked nicely with things you’d have at home. Beautiful views & convenient location 5 min tk grocery store “Safeway”.

Really enjoyed our trip. Though these units are all connected, they are laid out so that you don't even notice the neighbors. It was clean and well prepared. The view out the large windows in the back is wonderful, looking out over the mountains and even white capped rockies toward the right. Very well laid out and all spaced used well. The game area in the lower level was great for evening use when some upstairs wanted to head to bed, the younger ones could head downstairs for games, movies, and some more R&R. Chatted with the property managers a few times and they were great to work with. Don't pass up an opportunity for the views and privacy this unit provides.

My kids were obsessed with the ladder and air hockey table. Already asking to go back. Convenient location for Winter Park skiing, even closer to Fraser tubing. Everything was clean and in good condition. Management very responsive.

Perfect for our Family
This place was perfect for a skiing getaway. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was very well equipped. Everything seemed super clean, and their COVID mitigation practices were clearly defined on the regrigerator. Furnishings were nice and the beds were great. We loved the proximity to groceries, shops, tubing and skiing. Thanks!

You can’t do better in Fraser!
It was a lovely property with all the necessary amenities and the luxuries to boot. We liked that there were ample linens, dishes, and seating— forget those places that sleep 12 but only are set up for 8. This was truly a large family home. Our only issue was we never got the hot tub warm enough for our comfort- it said 105 but we all were shivering in it. May just be our weak Missouri constitutions! Thanks!
