The property is very well located; close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.

The condo was dirty and the garbage disposal didnt work.

The room was beautiful.

The key pad on the door was not working and would not lock so unless we were in the room with the pad lock locked anyone would be able to enter the room. I contacted security on the property as well as vacasa. Vacasa took my number and said they would call back but then never did. The pool also ended up being closed for maintenance which we were informed about after we were already on our way but I understand that these things happen.

the location and condo is perfect so nice and clean!!

the only problem was the pool was being repaired which was supposed to be done so we could enjoy it for a few days it was not and that was a huge disappointment as I do not go into the ocean. the pool was 1 reason we booked this condo.

The tile floor grout was filthy

There was no breakfast that I was aware of

Price of renting chairs on beach should be lowered way too expensive

Breakfast was great ate at waffle house

Clean, spacious, large sliding glass doors in both living room and Master Bedroom, wet bar. Liked master Bedroom furniture and decor., except the straw hat hanging on the wall. I liked the contrasting blue and white paint. Liked walk-in closet, large master bath with tub and shower. Liked large kitchen. Liked the ease of the lock box on front door.

The living room furniture does not meet the standard of the condo. If not replaced The sofa needs throw pillows it is very uncomfortable without throw pillows at your back. The two white chairs are just plain ugly. And the wooden cane looking Rockingchair does not need to be in this condo nor the little table that sits by the side of that chair. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced you can just look at it and see the big slump in the mattress where a persons behind would be when laying down. And in another spot there’s like a lump. The mattress absolutely needs to be replaced. In the guest bedroom The overhead light is missing a bulb. The lamp on the side table does not work either the switch doesn’t work or the bulb is blown out.
