Great corner unit with wonderful patio and view.

The shower tub in the master bath would not drain. When we called it in, customer service said the last guests complained of the same thing. They told us just to use the other bathrooms. We paid for a 3 bed, 3 bath because that’s what we needed. They knew it was unusable before we checked in and didn’t fix it, didn’t tell us, and didn’t apologize. They never apologized or offered us a discount. Terrible maintenance service for the price!!!!!!

Very beautiful view, rooms were great. The door lock was broken on balcony, maintenance fixed timely as well.

I did ask to stay additional nights because of the bad weather we had early on in the trip, I received no response from either owners of the property but otherwise great trip!

This was by far the best place we've experienced while staying at Gulf Shores. This unit was so well equipped in all rooms. So much room and the view was exceptional the management company was phenomenal. We stayed during Topical storm IDA and felt safe and comfortable. There is an inside pool, outside pool, hot tub, sauna and game room. Home was very clean A+++

Our location was perfect for stepping right out on the beautiful beach. All correspondence from the owners was helpful. The apartment was fantastic!

Excellent location, awesome condo

The elevators were down a lot. Too many people and too little elevators.

Nice roomy condo that is a corner unit. Wrap around balcony was a bonus. The walk to the beach was the shortest I’ve had at a condo. Literally just a few steps! The condo was also cleaner than ones from my past experience which I greatly appreciate! Overall, I would definitely come back!

The elevators were the worst. It’s not fun taking the stairs every time.

The only issue was the bedroms were not what was shown in the pictures. We expected one of the rooms to have a double bed with a bunk top bed. Luckily it ended up not being a big deal because one of our travelers ended up not coming.

We loved everything about the apartment. So much room, great views, clean lots of dishes for cooking, it was perfect! Pools were wonderful too.

The elevators were a big issue. I know the apartment owner cannot control this but they need to know how bad that it was. It was ruining a lot of people’s stay at the location. One elevator was down the whole time and we heard had been for weeks. The other was down here and there. The building owners owe the apartment owners better service than this.

Loved the location right on the beach!

I loved the location. We opened up the balcony doors and slept to the sounds of the waves. It was incredibly peaceful. The condo was comfy, clean and pleasantly decorated. The room even have puzzles and games for us as a family to enjoy. As far as cooking utensils, coffee makers, laundry soap dishwashing liquid.... all of it was available. They even had an instapot! While we weren’t there long enough to go grocery shopping or cook meals there, it was nice knowing we had the ability to do so. The balcony was amazing and bigger than most stand sized. There was a table to eat and plenty of seating. Overall I highly recommend and I am already considering booking another trip for the future. Thank you for a great stay!

The elevator of course which we knew was an issue. Just makes for really long waiting times to get on. We loved the heated pool, but I think the property needs to do a better job managing the cleanliness of it. If I owned the condo and paid those HOA fees, I’d be pretty upset about how they manage the upkeep of their pools. Everything from cigarette butts to hair at the bottom of the heated pool to loose bricks outside and a film over the hot tub. I know this isn’t a reflection of the owners but definitely think it’s an area of improvement for the facility itself. I was also a little disappointed about the bunk beds that were originally posted. I have two boys and my infant girl. My plan was to have the boys slew on the bunks and my daughter slew on the pull out couch, but we just ended up having her sleep with us so each boy got a bed.
