The location of the unit was convenient.

Besides the issues with no bathroom or kitchen supplies that was finally taken care of at 9pm, the water in the toliet ran and stopped over and over, about every minute or so, we had no hand towels, 1 washcloth and only 4 bath towels, some of which were tattered and no bath mat. There was nothing to actually put the toliet paper on, no toliet paper holder. Couch is in need of replacement, pretty beat down. They need something besides a broom to get rid of the sand that is constantly tracked in due to the location. The attention to details just seems to be missing.

We were lied to about the location. We were supposed to be beachfront. But it was not. The parking was awful. Maintenance people should not be parking in paid parking overnight when you make your customers pay for it.

Location was excellent. The view was great. Very quiet. Outside well kept.

Room over crowded. Kitchen table and chairs too much for the space. Bed not comfortable. Wifi not great. Shower curtain rod about to fall off. Room smelled of stale cigarettes.

The place was convenient to walk to the beach

Furniture need some updates. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

The code i had received didn't work. I sat in the floor outside the room for almost 2 hours waiting for help. It took two different representatives to work to get us into the room. It was after a 10 hour drive. This was awful! The only employee we could find was the gentleman at the entrance giving out parking permits. He was nice but not helpful, referred us back to the phone number to call for assistance.

The door code was a little too long, the door would open each time turning the handle in the opposite direction last time it oped was a little difficult, Unit could use some upgrades small with too large of furniture. The ceiling had a crack in it.. The kitchen sink had a small leak when you ran water..

That I had shelter

Seemed way outdated. Holes repaired in the shower, cabinet, the bathroom was rotting off it was so damaged. Bugs under the cabinet. There was a salmon wrapper from a previous guests dinner still stuck to the side of the "clean" refrigerator. Highly disappointed for the money paid.

I like the location of the resort. At night it was quiet and you could hear the ocean

Kitchen was not well furnished. Needs scissors,pizza pan, potholders,salt and pepper,. The sofa needs to be professionaly cleaned It would be super helpful if the resort we could make a information booklet. Like telling where the restaurants are on the resort. Etc we were all sick the whole time and slept a lot so that wasn't fun. But that's not your fault.

I have spoke to the property management team.

It was secluded, very clean, great access to the beach!

The hour extra drive we had to take past our destination was aggravating because of the address online saying Gulf Shores but it being in Fort Morgan.

The beach was family friendly. The pools and hot tubs were clean.

The fact that I am 8 months pregnant and I had my 4 year old with me and I couldn't get into my room because the door was messed up. My child and I were practically homeless for a night. I paid TOO MUCH for this place to be stuck outside in the middle of the night with no assistance! There was not any staff there to help me get in. Security had no access to any rooms. Any customer service calls were not helpful in any kind of way. When I was finally able to get in the room the next day. I put groceries in the fridge. The refrigerator froze my food (eggs cracked, milk froze, etc.) There was not a bottom glass in the fridge. A dead roach in the bathroom. There should be more dusting done. The TV network barely worked. The room had a broken beach umbrella. There was also no can opener. Luckily, someone else was supplied with a can opener in their room and opened our food for us. Really was unsatisfied with my stay.

Got in at night after 12 hour drive, person at gate pointed us in the direction towards several buildings. Spent 20 minutes trying to find room. No numbers on buildings. Had to get out of car twice in cold & wind and walk around looking for room, finally found number on a door in the dark! Need to put reflective numbers above doors and numbers on buildings!! Need to answer calls also! Tried to call 3 times about registration because website says you need to fill out registration and parking 35.00 and print out & present them to security guard. Can’t do that when you are traveling so had questions, called third time, was on hold 20 minutes so hung up. When Inarrived, was given the form at the gate to fill out. That would be helpful to know, need to update website. Room advertised at a price & more than doubled with added fees.

said heated pool our area wasn’t allowed. said on website. pool and other amenities but got there. our side did not have access to the heated pool. false advertising especially vercasa. very disappointed pay for parking. really people.
