Nice property 2.4 miles from the WP ski resort. Property was clean and has all necessary amenities for a short and comfortable stay.

Great space for our party of 9. We had 7 adults and 2 teenagers and the space was more than enough.
Split living room was very nice - great kitchen space- big bedrooms.
The stop for The Lyft is right outside the house and makes pick up and drop off very convenient.
Make sure you understand The Lyft system - it can be a little complicated depending on the season.
The house had everything we needed and we would recommend and stay there again.

Winter Park fun for 5 families
This place was the perfect fit for our families...we comfortably enjoyed each nook and cranny from the hot tub to the deck to the treehouse (which is not listed as an amenity, but should be!).
We struggled working the fan in the main living room, there were issues with the shower drain in the lower bathroom and there may have been some spiders in the basement bunk room. The silverware situation could be improved - low number of forks and spoons; not enough toilet paper and Kleenex provided for 5 families...I still give this place a five star review because all of those things seem like simple fixes to a great spot/location!

This house feels like a 'cozy home'. It is beautiful and very spacious. There were 8 of us - we were hopeful that another family of 4 would be able to come, but they couldn't work it out, but it certainly could've handled more easily. One queen and 2 of the bunks weren't used.
The house is spacious enough to easily accommodate 12. There are 2 bedrooms 2 baths on main floor with kitchen, table & chairs, a printer that we did use, 3 br, 2 baths downstairs and another living area with a TV. The refrigerator downstairs was locked, which is understandable, because it, & a couple of closets have things that the owners (3, I think) keep there for their use.
There were dozens of games, and the kitchen had every pan, knife, large spoons, slow cooker necessary for cooking big meals. It did not have a Keurig coffee maker, so our son brought his from Denver. I didn't know if it would have the usual cooking pans, utensils for cooking, pans, mixing bowls - they had an OVERABUNDANCE of it all. You may have to look in every single drawer but it's there!
The hot tub was great in the 6 +/- ° temp! The sauna is broken, but we knew that before we went, and we didn't miss it at all. I was tempted to give a rating of 4, but the company brought 3 portable heaters for the 3 bedrooms downstairs, which were very cold. There is only one thermostat for upstairs, and we can't figure out how they manage downstairs when it's so cold. Our DIL said that the heater 'kicked in' about 2 am. Upstairs thermostat was all the way to the left, and still so hot that we had to open windows. There were fireplaces upstairs AND downstairs.
We made happy and fun memories there that we will never forget. You can't go wrong with this house, with large TVs, cable, wifi, & I'm sure I'm forgetting something.

Had a blast at this home. What is perfect because it had to kitchen one upstairs and one downstairs. Love the hot tub and being able to spend the time with my extended family all in one home. Was a great price as well thank you so much

My ole home
I havent been in 6 years since my family sold this property. My grandpa built this home and my handprints are on the drive way (hopefully still) I think about this home at least once a week and dream of returning but sadly as a 23 year old cant afford the nightly price alone. Dreaming of everyones days in my favorite place on earth and hoping I get to be back there soon.

Wonderful for families
Wonderful property with gorgeous views of the mountains. Plenty of space for our group of 10. It was really nice almost all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Our kids loved the wooden fort outside as well. Management was very attentive and responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend this location for your next mountain getaway!

It had everything you needed to cook meals for 10 adults along with a well stocked spice cabinet. The beds were comfortable, the grandsons loved the hot tub and the washer and dryer came in handy. Being close to the grocery store was a plus as well. Our SIL described it as 'perfect'.

The house was arguably the most stocked property we have ever rented and all the little touches from the property management company really enhanced our stay. 2 fire pits, spotless hot tub, and even a fort in the back yard for kids to play in. We saw several fox each day and even a moose on our hike to the Cascades. House is bigger than the pictures. We will be back.

Great location - nice place
House is was conveniently located just a 1.5 miles from the Safeway in Fraser and short drive to Devils Thumb resorts where our group was attending a family wedding. House was clean and adequately appointed. Spaceous open concept kitchen/living area on the main level. CheckIn/CheckOut was easy. Our group ranged from 6 to 11 people over a period of 4 night and had plenty of room for everyone.

Beautiful view , spacious rooms, very clean and close to everything : Devils Thumb, Winter Park Ski Resort, and shops. Really nice place. I will come back next year and stay at the same place:)

We rented the house for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our time there!! It is very spacious, we LOVED the open concept and the cheap daily rate for such a large house.
Very roomy, clean and so close to town and the Devil's Thumb Ranch.
We highly recommend the house and will be coming back on a yearly or possibly a bi-yearly frequency!

Great House!
Beautiful house with great amenities. Expansive kitchen and living area upstairs plus big family room downstairs. Great walkout basement to hot tub. Perfect for our group of 7 adults and five young kids.

Spacious, comfortable, and Convenient
2 minutes from Safeway, nice view, well appointed and plenty of bed rooms. Everyone enjoyed and we’ll be back next year.

Location, size, and amenities were good
Overall the property was great...functional, clean, spacious, etc. Kitchen utensils were plentiful, towels and bedding were available and in good shape. Painting the trim and walls are the only recommendation.
We all agreed we want to come back next year. Thank you.

Great Place to Stay
This house was great for a group to spread out - lots of room and great outdoor space for summer with family time. Great location - easy trip to Winter Park and to Grand Lake.

Great location, lots of space
We had a great time in Winter Park and this place had everything we needed. Hot tub worked great (although the sauna was broken). Lots of bedrooms, plus the bunk room. Everybody could spread out and we had no problems cooking for a large group on multiple nights. Safeway is close, easy to catch the shuttle to Winter Park. One thing to note is that you have to transfer at the Safeway on the shuttle if it isn't weekend/peak season. Not a big deal, but the direct express only runs on certain days. Great place, would stay again.

Lovely Home with lots of space to spread out
Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Plenty of room to get together for meals and board games, but also space to find a quiet area to relax and chill. Kitchen was huge with plenty of space for cooking and serving large meals. Did not use the hot tub and I believe the sauna was not available. The bedrooms were roomy and decorated nicely. It is easy to find and had a Safeway that is only 5 minutes away. AWD or good tires are really needed to make it up the large hill, but only during heavy snow and ice. Most streets and roads are well maintained during the winter months. Would stay there again.
