Modern holiday home in Prainha Village on the beach with pool + WiFi
Desde nuestra moderna y típica casa de vacaciones portuguesa "Casa Prainha", se encuentra a solo cinco minutos a pie a través del complejo bien cuidado, tranquilo y apto para niños, hasta las playas de arena fina del Algarve con impresionantes formaciones rocosas. Pero no solo en el Atlántico, también puede nadar en las tres piscinas bellamente diseñadas (abiertas desde principios de abril hasta finales de octubre) del complejo vigilado. Uno de ellos está a la vuelta de la esquina, pero no al alcance del oído. Solo lleva cinco minutos caminar hasta la fantástica piscina del Atlántico con vistas al mar en un complejo tipo terraza con un bar en la playa. Nuestra casa tiene un pequeño jardín protegido con una terraza bien cuidada, muebles de jardín estables y parrilla. En general, lo hemos equipado con amor y comprensión para que sus vacaciones sean simplemente hermosas: acogedora sala de estar con TV vía satélite / DVD, WiFi, comedor, cocina bien equipada con muchos platos y electrodomésticos de alta calidad, así como una silla alta y una cama. La planta superior tiene dos suites con amplios armarios empotrados y baños modernos. El complejo cuenta con un pequeño supermercado, una pizzería (abierta desde principios de abril hasta finales de octubre), un excelente restaurante con vistas al mar y restaurantes cercanos en la playa.
Deporte: el complejo ofrece 1 pista de pádel y 2 pistas de tenis + raquetas y pelotas, 1 campo deportivo multifuncional, un gran campo deportivo con red de voleibol, 1 parque infantil de aventura con un gran trampolín y 1 parque infantil para niños pequeños.

Great base to start explore Alvor and the wider region. Property has 2 double rooms both en-suite. Small garden with a built in bbq but ideal for outdoor dining or just to sit out and have a cold drink. Access to all the amenities in Prainha resort was a big plus. Also 5 mins from the beach.

The location of the flat is within a quiet and secure holiday village. The nearby pool was just great for our kids (6+8). There's two more pools to use, one the marvelous Atlantic pool. The beach is just a 10min walk away and one of the best in this region.
The little house has everything, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a parlor room, ideal for four persons. Kitchen is well equipped and you can easily cook your own meals, market is nearby.
Contact with Agency was easy and uncomplicated, even if you arrive late in the evening. Easy access with car and own parking slot.
Can highly recommend this spot and house to families, who want to have good and own accommodation.

The location was nice and the pools awesome. The garden is ok but not much sun because of the high walls.
The appartment it self is correct but there is nothing basic (no oil, no salt, no pepper, 1 toilet paper roll). Some of the glasses were cracked (dangerous). The lady who welcomed us could not describe the meeting point on the phone. We got to arrived earlier and leave our luggage’s, very nice !

What a nice parc. Superb location with beautifull beach and cliffs on walking distance. 3 great pools on the site, one just next to the house. Our kids (7, 10 and 12) loved it. Kind host and good communication.

Férias Sossegadas
Gostámos muito!! Da casa (bem equipada, limpa, tinha de facto tudo o que nos era necessário), do espaço de jardim, do sossego do bairro... acho que quem vem com o conceito de férias sossegadas, consegue efectivamente usufrir!
A unica nota menos positiva é a falta de manutenção das piscinas: falhas de azulejos e piso desnivelado, potenciam acidentes, sobretudo em crianças.

Familienurlaub in Alvor
Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Alvor verbracht.
Das Appartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und fuer die ganz Kleinen waren Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden.
Insbesondere der kleine Garten und die Naehe zum Pool sind mit Kindern toll.
Der Kontakt, Anmietung und Schluesseluebergabe liefen ohne Probleme und auch bei jegliche Fragen/ Problemen waehrend des Aufenthaltes, wurde Schnell und unkompliziert geholfen ;-)
Wirklich eine tolle Anlage und ein tolles Appartment. Wir koennen uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen mal wieder zu kommen :-)

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful, clean, well stocked home. The photos actually don’t do it justice it’s even better in person.
There was everything we could have needed for a 5 month old and a 3.5 year old so we didn’t need to bring anything extra, other than a portable stair gate to keep the bigger one contained at night!
The complex it’s brilliant for families with everything you could need.
The proximity to the pools and beaches were such a bonus and having the onsite restaurant and supermarket was brilliant.
Highly recommend they house and the resort to anyone looking for a family holiday in the gorgeous algarve!

We had an excellent stay in this beautiful, clean, well stocked home. The photos actually don’t do it justice it’s even better in person.
There was everything we could have needed for a 5 month old and a 3.5 year old so we didn’t need to bring anything extra, other than a portable stair gate to keep the bigger one contained at night!
The complex it’s brilliant for families with everything you could need.
The proximity to the pools and beaches were such a bonus and having the onsite restaurant and supermarket was brilliant.
Highly recommend they house and the resort to anyone looking for a family holiday in the gorgeous algarve!

Zweckdienlich und komplett
Anmietung, Übergabe und Abnahme waren unkompliziert.
Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgesstattet, es fehlte an nichts, größtes Plus sind die beiden Bäder. Die gesamte Anlage ist gut gepflegt mit einem tollen Strand der in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
Es war unser erster Urlaub in Portugal aber sicher nicht unser letzter und wenn wir wieder kommen werden wir versuchen wieder in Prainha unterzukommen.

A good place for a family with kids. The house has a very nice small garden. The nearby pools are normally not crowded but the other bigger ones from the place are a long walk away. The “três irmãos” beach is very good and close enough to walk there daily with kids.
The negative points is the internet access is limited, so no Netflix, the tv service is satellite and the air conditioning is a bit noisy.

A casa é muito espaçosa, muitíssimo bem equipado e bem decorada. Foi perfeita para a nossa família. O terraço permitiu recebermos amigos para jantar.

This house lived up to our expectations. Friendly and service minded owner made our planning and welcome to the house easy and plesent. Maybe not the best location for the house but it did not matter as we spent most of the days at the amazing Atlantic pool and the belonging beach to the resort.

The villa was tastefully decorated and well equipped. The owner had a representative who met us and walked us through the property to ensure we knew how to use the facilities. The property was very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my sister's wedding which was held within the resort.

Location is a stone throw from the beach (3 mins walk) and the fabulous Cancio restaurant bar, built within the cliff rock (stunning! I could have stayed all day!) Property is about 20 mins walk into the village with so many restaurants to choose from! although we opted for Uber transport at night and it only cost about 3 euros. Great communications throughout our stay and particularly with the owner's friends when we had issues with the key safe. Had a lovely holiday, and will be back in the future. Many thanks

Wir waren jetzt das 4te Mal im Prainha Village und sind jedesmal begeistert.
Sehr nette Vermieterin, reibungsloser Kontakt u Abwicklung,
auch Fr. Verschuur die sich um das Haus und das Wohl der Urlauber kümmert, ist sehr nett. Könnte einem auch vieles über die Urlaubsregion erzählen und Tipps geben.
Das Haus ist in einem einwandfreien sauberen gepflegten Zustand.Alles Nötige ist im Haus (sogar Staubsauger) vorhanden.
Zum Strand sind es auch nur ein paar Gehminuten, ebenfalls ist in der Anlage ein kleiner Supermarkt der eigentlich alles hat.
Auch die Pizzeria (Miss Pasta) kann man empfehlen.
Wie immer ein 5 Sterne Urlaub der sehr gelungen war.

Urlaub in Alvor
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren sehr begeistert.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, verfügt über eine komplette Ausstattung (die man so in einem Urlaub braucht) und ist in einer sehr sauberen und angenehmen Anlage lokalisiert.
Der ruhige Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und ist sehr schön für das Auge.
5-Sterne für einen gelungenen und einer unserer schönsten Urlaube inkl. toller Bleibe! Bis bald!

Óptima casa, que muito contribui para umas excelentes férias. Muito confortável e limpa, muito bem equipada, um óptimo frigorifico e congelador e um churrasco excelente.
Preparada para crianças, cama para bébé e brinquedos disponíveis.
A juntar a tudo isto, a simpatia e disponibilidade dos proprietários é excepcional.
Foi uma agradável experiencia e certamente a repetir.
