Resort its really nice for family, pool area its big and great. Staff was helpfull and friendly.

Pleasantly surprised with the layout and infinity pool. Staff was also friendly and accomodating.

Rooms could use an upgrade.

rooms and amenities needs touch up before endorsement (i am just being fussy about this because i work in hospitality so I know what’s going on)

The room that my friend is staying the water in the toilet is leaking that makes the floor of the toilet and the room is wet,the aircon is making a lot of noise

I stayed without being able to watch the television, the air-conditioning made a lot of noise. The food is served terribly.

so far the lighting surrounding the resort is poor and a liitle bit clutter.

The resort had some nice pools but could have been cleaner. Outside the rooms was a nice covered sitting area. There Plenty of seating around the pool.

The room was quite old but okay but the A/C was terrible very old and noisy it was vibrating and rattling all night we hardly had any sleep eventually I switched it off. In the room we had 2 cups coffee, cream and sugar sachets but no kettle which we only discovered after the staff had gone. We got a kettle delivered the next morning by a friendly lady who also gave us some hot water. I was told the room we booked would be have either a pool, mountain, or garden view what we got was a view of a old building directly outside the bedroom window of a row of someone's underwear drying. On arrival to check in we were greeted by the very over enthusiastic guards who took our bag with a few bottles of juice from my wife which after complaining at the office was returned to us they also wanted to go through our other bags with our clothes inside I refused to let them do this and told them I'm a paying guest at your resort not a criminal entering a prison I wondered how long it will be before they start issuing stripped pajamas. They asked us to wear our mask properly when we came in from the very good seafood restaurant down the road in the evening and right next to the guard not even 2 feet away was a group of people all sitting around none of which were wearing masks. You give some people a gun and a uniform and the job goes to their heads. 🙄 Included was a free breakfast which was probably just as well the quality was poor and there was a lot of flies around the open food trays with and the breakfast was basic but not great. Staff were nice but they seemed to be more interested in the day visitors than the people who booked the rooms.
