The location very accessible

The staff her name is jonemie, I am extending my stay because i have some personal matters to attend to.. I am trying to change the room because we already stayed 3 nights on the room that has no window.. she said that she can change the room but we need to check out.12 noon and remove our luggage from the room.. I am trying to ask her if I can check out at 2:00 pm because we will be coming back at 2pm.. unfortunately she did not give us consideration to have late check out because there is no room available and I need to pay extra for late check out.. So i just told her okay we will just stay in our.room.. she is doing documentation for extending my stay when the phone ring.. what she did she answer the phone and she talk to the other person on the phone that is inquiring if he can refund his payment on the hotel.. And I am standing waiting for about 15 mins- 20 mins just to give my room key.. I am in front of her and waiting but it seems that her priority is the man who is inquiring regarding the refund.. maybe the hotel management have the time to train there staff properly when they are interacting to people specially they are in the reception area..

There was a dead/decaying rat smell in the hallways. :(

No hangers and face towels.

Reasonable, adequate hotel offering a central location to Iloilo’s newer area of downtown, roomy rooms, and all of the standard amenities you’d expect. The breakfast is a solid buffet-style with limited options, and the staff was fine albeit without the normal high level of helpfulness and friendliness I’ve come to expect in the Philippines. This is a clean, solid lodging option.

Terrible WiFi! Can’t understand why a hotel doesn’t invest in a decent high capacity system in this modern world where not having good WiFi service is such an irritant 😥
