The condo was clean and very comfortable. The condo property was clean and well-maintained. I felt the neighborhood was safe and there was a grocery store 5 minutes away. The lake view was beautiful and during the day it was quiet and serene. It would have been a perfect weekend getaway except for the pool and clubhouse located next to the condo unit. We arrived Saturday night and there was a party in full swing. We thought it would end at midnight but it went on until 3 or 4 am! We heard everything! We thought Sunday night would be better but it wasn't. It got going about 4pm and went all night until 3 am! I'm not sure if this is a normal occurrence or if this was just a certain group of people down at the lake. Had it not been for the total lack of sleep for 2 nights it would have been great!

Nice rental furnished well. Location was close to a couple swim up bars and shopping. Quiet place.

The condo was as advertised and shown in the video walk through. It was probably the best furnished VRBO we have stayed in to date. The area was very hilly and there was no trailer parking allowed but we found a place to store the trailer and managed to find reasonably level spaces for the motorcycles. There were a few restaurants in walking distance and many, many more in easy driving distance. Dog Days made staying cool in the pool on the 100+ degree days fun. Great place to stay.

We’re pleasantly surprised by the amazing view & the interior was awesome. A spacious bedroom, with an excellent mattress & storage. The living room & kitchen is equally nice. Modern bathroom. We enjoyed the deck. We will be recommending this to our friends & we hope to be back

Was so thankful to Dave when I found his place at the last minute for work when I needed to stay in state. Perfect week-end retreat. Clean, comfy and beautiful sunrise views from the deck! Great communication and he went above & beyond for me. Thank you! Only thing missing was my hubby! :-)

Dave was helpful and accommodating. We had to extend our stay because of Hurricane Ian and He had no problem helping us out. We enjoyed our little condo and our Senior dog felt right at home. Thanks, Dave, for helping us enjoy our mini vacation at The Ozark.

Could not have been happier. Clean with an incredible view of the lake. It is close to all the restaurants and shops in Osage Beach. We will stay again.

This is a hidden gem! Place is located right on water with gorgeous views. The inside is updated and was immaculate! Plenty of dishes ,cups plates. Great towels and bedding, we slept great. Our friends and family were able to pick us up on the dock each day just a quick little walk down to dock. We will definitely be coming back and telling all our friends and family to go too!!

Difficult to contact owner. Plus was not happy with the party raging next door for 2 days.

This condo was exactly as advertised and a nice place to stay. The view from the balcony was great - very relaxing.

Overall it was the best place for my friends and I to stay. It was clean and the location was perfect! The pool next door was amazing to go to and everyone was very friendly so be prepared to meet many new friends. Definitely will be coming back.

So this cove was great, the view was spectacular but the condo itself left much to be desired. The place was super minimal, with hardly any furniture or decor. Plus it had been sprayed with bugs but then the dead bugs were left clinging to the wall in a trail. The owner only reached out to give us our door code and that was it. You can tell they are very hands off.

Great place! Sure, there are other places around the lake with more glitz and glam but this was perfect for our needs for several reasons. Great location for one. It's just one exit away from grocery stores, restaurants and ice cream! Next, it couldn't be more pet friendly. We loved the tile and laminate flooring cuz we could easily sweep up any dog hair. Next, we loved how quiet it was. Admittedly, we were worried about being so close to the bridge. I guess my map made it seem closer than it really is. The units sit on a lovely cove. Perfect. Now, I must mention that we were there Mon - Sat so we didn't get to experience too much weekend partying except Friday night. One unit across the parking lot had a gathering with some music and the Grand Glaize In next door had some event that brought out the music. But nothing bad enough that we couldn't sleep. Weekends at the lake are definitely than weekdays. Lastly, the owner was extremely responsive. Terrific to work with.

Place was beautiful. Good temp when entering the condo which helped due to outside heat. Everyone was friendly and quiet. No complaints! Great water pressure. Pictures are exactly whats shown online. Highly recommend!!
