Our stay at the Villa was spot on. Nice tidy villa with plenty of space and pool. Accommodated the 6 of us perfectly and had a friendly pub/ restaurant 2 mins down the road doing great food and drinks. Perfect walking distance down to the Marina

The villa is huge over 4 floors with a large (and deep) pool. The old village isn’t old but is pretty and a 20 min walk (or €3 Uber) to the marina. We didn’t need a car as the taxis were cheap and frequent. The bathrooms and kitchen could probably do with a bit of updating but the villa is big and airy with even a table tennis table downstairs. Plenty of board and pool games available for kids. We had a great time.

On arrival at the villa we were met by the very friendly rep who showed us round this enormous villa. The villa was very clean and cleaners came midway thru our 2week stay to clean and change the sheets/towels etc Each bedroom has its own en-suite which was great with two teenagers. The villa has loads of space both indoors and out and the gardener/pool man calls in every other day to keep the outside tidy. The location is 5 mins from a small supermarket and great restaurants. Both of which you need to book a table. We didn’t have a car but Ubers are easy to book and very cheap. Overall we loved it here and would definitely recommend.

Property not as advertised. Much farther from restaurants than promised. Pool was filthy on arrival and wasn’t cleaned until the last day. Husband swept villa on arrival and filled the dustpan with dirt. No coffee maker of any kind. Agent who checked us in was SO rude it kind of ruined our experience.

This place is located on a beautiful Street which was lovely and quiet and peaceful during the day while we were there. There are a lot of steps in the property so if that's a problem you need to look again maybe. It was great having the two fridges one in the kitchen and one in the utility room. Just on road there are two decent restaurants and a small shop for essentials. Uber is the way to go from here to the marina. Needs some updating inside but if you look beyond that it's a great spot . We've recommended it to friends who are going in September.

Stayed here half term week with 4 adults 2 young children. It was fantastic. The property itself was better than we expected with the photos not really doing it justice. The location is great. And the owner provided us with a great little tip sheet for local amenities and getting around. I think the house would be absolutely perfect for a family with older kids/no young kids mainly because the bedrooms are kind of on 3 different floors making it a bit tricky for a midnight wander from a 3yr old & the pool has no barriers so a constant eye is needed to be kept on kids when back door is open. But they are minor points in the grand scheme of things and even with those we would still book this property again on a return to Vilamoura, which we could quite possibly do.

Visited during the October break. Location in the old village is perfect with a 5min walk to amenities and circa 20mim walk to marina. Albeit much preferred the Uber option for marina visits. Villa is well laid out and was home from home for our weeks visit Will certainly be checking out availability of villa for our next visit to Portugal

For 6 golfers this was perfect for the following reasons; very spacious, every utility you could want, private pool, BBQ, very comfy beds, en-suites to all bathrooms, internet & air con + a table tennis table. What made it perfect was a 20min walk to Vilamoura marina & a couple of bars/cafes & restaurants within a 3-5 min walk (plus mini supermarket & bakery!). Attentive and welcoming management firm and excellent comms with the owner Eddie which with Covid was needed to keep trying to get there which Eddie couldn’t have been more flexible. Gary

My boyfriend and some friends of ours rented Eddie’s house for 3 nights and we definetly recommend it! The house was even better than the announcement, excellent location, a lot of terraces, all the rooms are suites. The only thing is that the Kitchen was not very clean and the outdoor areas as we’ll and there was basically no cleaning product for that. We bought it so it was fine but considering that one of that rules was that we need to give it back clean we thought they would provide the products. I would definetly recommend and rent it again!

I’ve just returned from 10 nights at this fabulous villa spent with my husband, teenage son and parents. The villa is incredibly spacious and spilt across several levels with a high level of finish in the living and dining areas. Lots of seating both inside and out. A real plus was that each bedroom was ensuite giving each generation their own space. The beds were the most comfortable we have experienced when compared to other villas or hotels and a great night’s sleep was had by all. The table tennis in the garage was a great added bonus! The main downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms - in particular the top bedroom which got very hot. There were fans in each room which worked well in the first two bedrooms but it wasn’t easy to get the temperature down in the third bedroom. The villa was further from the marina that I’d realized and we ended up using our hire car in the evening to go to the marina for dinner. However, there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket in the Old Village which was handy if we wanted to stay closer to home. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. The pool, garden and house were serviced well during our stay and the Clever Details team were very helpful and flexible. This is a great villa in a quiet and secure setting. It would be perfect with some more air conditioning and perhaps a walk in shower. We would all happily return :-)

The Villa was in a great location very near to The Old Village which has a lovely bakery, bars and restaurants. It literally was home from home with a pool which actually was bigger than expected. There was plenty of outside space to eat and there was lots of comfy sun beds. The large living area and dining room looked like it had been upgraded both with air conditioning and the kitchen was more than adequate to feed our family of seven. The three bedrooms were all en-suite which was a massive plus. The two upstairs bedrooms had the added advantage of a lovely balcony/patio area which had the sun all day long. All the bedrooms had fans which kept the rooms cool. The roof top terrace also gave stunning views. Overall a great relaxing holiday was had by all in this large spacious villa and would definitely recommend.

The pool was unusable for the first two days. Maintenance people came every day which gave us no privacy. The property was very tired and in need of repairs. I tripped over a loose edge on one of the steps. It was a good job that it was me and not my disabled dad. There was only one channel that was in English on the television and these programs repeated.There were some good points though, everyone who came to do work or solve problems were all very nice. The food and drink, left for us was great, as it meant we didn't have to shop immediately. Clever details were very helpful. It would have been useful to be able to open the garage door to store the mobility scooter.

Spacious villa with all the home comforts

The villa was great, very big, quiet location. The 3 bedrooms all have ensuite with showers. We found the downstairs bedroom the coolest, there is aircon but only in the living room and dining areas. There is a lovely roof top terrace which was great for breakfast and early morning sun. The private pool was lovely and clean, we had to scoop flowers out every morning but I think this was only because of the time of year we visited. The barbecue was clean but out of gas which was quickly rectified by the girl at Clever Details. The only gripe would be the boiler is a little small and only 1 shower at a time can be used. The old village is about 5 minutes walk down the road and has delightful restaurants and cafes, the walk to the Marina is straight forward but about 30 mins. There is a supermarket in the old village and a larger Spar on the way to the Marina about 15 mins away.

The villa is situated in a very good location, right next to the old town. The pool was bigger than expected and the sunbeds were very comfortable. The villa needs a bit of modernisation but it was very clean and spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This is a great 3 bedroom villa located within the beautiful old village of Vilamoura. We were a family of 8 including 2 small children. The villa is spacious inside and out (pictures do not do justice to external space) and has all necessary amenities within. The pool is a bit small but perfect for the number of people who can occupy the villa. Some rooms are air conditioned but the ones that aren't including the bedrooms are cool enough. Very clean and comfortable. It's about a 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of the old village and about 20 minutes to the marina. Perfect really.

Spacious villa in a lovely village atmosphere. Suited our family of three generations. A bit of a distance to Villamoura a good 20 minute walk but enough bars and restaurants on site.

The villa was fantastic, the pool was lovely, everywhere was spotless and well maintained Short walk to the marina, Wonderful restaurants, bars and nightclubs, local taxis for return trip! Local cafes restaurants and a shop are all really close. The agents were really efficient and arranged airport transfers and luggage storage. I would highly recommend apart from the dates that I want to go!!

The villa is absolutely fabulous. Everything we needed was in the villa. Very quiet location, best sleeps ever. Went down to the marina most evenings, (O vitoria restaurant very good). Walked down and tended to get a taxi back towards the end of the week, as the Old Village, which is a 5 minute walk, was very quiet but can imagine it gets very busy high season. The villa is so close to Pinhal Golf Club we got our bags on our back and took a short cut to the clubhouse without even needing a taxi. The weather was also perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed here again this year. Very comfortable and in a great location. A few minutes walk from the villa there are a good selection of bars and restaurants and a small shop. It only takes 25 minutes or so to walk into the Vilamoura Marina area. The company looking after the Villa are very well organised they sorted out all the transfers to and from the airport( there were 3 couples all arriving at different times ), the property was clean and the towels were changed twice during our stay and the linen once. The gardens and pool were clean and maintained during our stay. Very comfortable Villa in a lovely location suitable for 6 people
