Una hermosa villa sustancial amueblada con buen gusto, distribuida en 3 plantas con 5 dormitorios y 4 baños con un bonito jardín aislado, piscina y terraza. Estacionamiento disponible para 4 autos.
Ubicado en el área de Falesia en Olhos de Agua / Albufeira.
La villa tiene puertas electrónicas y estacionamiento privado y una puerta principal automática. El bonito jardín es muy privado y está vallado. La gran terraza y patio están decorados con muebles de jardín para cenar y tumbonas para relajarse y tomar el sol junto a la impresionante piscina de aprox. 11mx5m. Esto se puede calentar (solo bajo pedido). Esta villa de lujo está orientada al sur y recibe el sol todo el día.
La playa más cercana es la maravillosa Praia da Falesia millas y millas de playa de arena blanca con un maravilloso telón de fondo de acantilados de color naranja rojizo y pinos.
Corre casi todo el camino a Vilamoura. El alquiler de autos no es necesario a menos que quiera ir a la playa todos los días y explorar más partes del Algarve. Para viajes cortos, un autobús o taxi es muy conveniente y no es costoso.

Excellent villa , good location and excellent communication with the host.
Would highly recommend especially when holidaying with family and all age groups of children.

Myself, my 3 adult children their husbands/ wife and my 6 grandchildren age range 2yrs to 13yrs all stayed together in this most beautiful villa. Everything had been thought of by the agents and it is situated in a lovely location close to all amenities. I highly recommend the Villa and the letting agents.

Accommodation was great, recently renovated so everything was spot on. Good location to get to places. Shop/bars very close.
Great communications between booking and check in and answered any questions. Was allowed to check in early once the Villa had been cleaned
Only one thing which can be improved is check in. Once it was ready I had to walk a mile to the office to pick up codes to the lock box. Not ideal when waiting outside with suitcases etc in the heat. I think they should meet you at Villa to give the details and show you around etc

A week Family stay with all different ages. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the villa was beautiful everything you could need was available. Easy walking distance to supermarket & restaurants and uber is very easy if want to go in to Albufeira.

This property is wonderful! It has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen/communal area are all beautiful. We all enjoyed the pool, which has plenty of space in the shallow and deep ends. PortugalGo, the agents, we’re responsive and sorted any minor issues quickly. The villa is in easy walking distance to several restaurants, La Lagousteria was excellent for seafood. The beach is about half an hour walk or a short drive.
We were a family with children aged 8 & 10 and young adults in their early 20s and there was something for everyone here!

Excellent well equipped property. Plenty of room and privacy. Beautiful spacious pool. Location is great, close to beach and restaurants. Property is well managed and maintained, managing agent excellent. Happy to recommend, all family had a great holiday.

We had to buy scented candles to get rid of the smell.
The oven we could t use as all the numbers had been wiped off and we had no idea what temperature to turn the oven to.
Eventually after 2 days we contacted the property manager to asked to be moved. After the 4th day they found us another villa down the road which was amazing.
Much nicer property, nicer villa, newer appliances and overall great.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa, which had some really nice aspects. The Lower ground floor bedrooms were a little stale in smell and the furniture was a bit past it. Fortunately we didn’t have anyone stay in the large lower floor room as this isn’t a great room/limited windows, a bit of a cupboard. Otherwise the upper ground was nice and pool area was great. Not far to the beach and a short walk to a couple of restaurants/ shops. The vacant land to west of the property isn’t too pretty.
Overall a nice villa just with a few points that let it down.

We stayed here with 6 adults and 5 children to celebrate a 70th birthday - it was perfectly located, within walking distance from two supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and bars. We paid extra to heat the pool which was lovely and warm and the kids loved this and the games room. Would stay again :)
