staff was accommodating and pleasant. amenities were comfortable.

it didn’t smell good on the elevators or throughout the place. not sure if it was musty carpets but, just had a bad smell. off to the side in a Walmart parking lot.

They called me the afternoon of my stay and cancelled my stay even though I had received a confirmation email. Didn't think that was very good. Left me scrabbling to find another hotel that accepted pets and was in the same area so we wouldn't have to drive even longer. Was not impressed. Not much point in making a reservation if they can just arbitrarily cancel your booking

Staff was very courteous and friendly.

It was run down and not so clean, but no bed bugs so that's a plus. If you like the smell of diesel and cigarettes this is your place

Locations and breakfast were both great.

At check in the front desk staff was busy moving out a TV to her car so we waited for her. She was friendly though. Then we got to our room and didn't have any soap. Front desk staff gladly gave us some but it was inconvenient. Wonder if they are short staffed?

Ordered 2 queen beds. Got a king and a pull out couch. Couches are not good when you have a bad back. There also were no sheets on the pullout. When we asked for sheets they were dropped in our hands. No offer to even have the bed made.

Breakfast was okay, location was good.

Better if dogs were designated to one floor or area.

I did like property that’s why I booked again but this time the two rooms I got checked into had people in them already so two hrs later I finally got a room at a whole different hotel yes 2 hrs I waited worst experience ever

It was close to my work. Breakfast and Coffee service were great. Staff was so friendly at reception desk. Manager Andrew was so helpful.

Housekeeping could be better. Carpets were dusty and AC filters need to be checked regularly.

The staff was wonderful. I like the complimentary breakfast in the morning. And the location was good right next to Walmart. I like that they had cable TV. And had a great time on our anniversary. I move mine having my anniversary then again or bringing my children along this time.

I would like to know when the pool will be up and running. That will seal the deal with five star hotel.

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Morning breakfast options were excellent.

Sink plunger wouldn't release to allow sink to drain. Contacted staff. Told that would need to have manager check it when manager came in which was after our planned checkout.

Good breakfast. Fresh interior. Close to fast food and supermarket.

The pool was closed.
