The best condo we have every stayed in. The pictures and description accurately describe the actual property.
The building was in good shape, parking was simple, security was on duty, and it is in a terrific location walk back bayside for food and activities. You can walk less than 10 minutes and be at multiple restaurant/bars, grocery store, souvenir shops, and gravity park.
As far as the actual condo it was in incredible shape. The upkeep is fantastic as it was clean and very well appointed. The bedding (all three) was incredibly comfortable along with the couches and chairs. The condo has everything you need. We forgot multiple items and each one was supplied at the condo. There is no reason to stop and get anything aside from food for the stay as everything from batteries to coffee was provided along with a variety of beach toys/chairs and a wagon. I honestly could not find an issue or complaint with the condo if I wanted to.

This place is amazing. The host literally thought of everything. Place is great to drive or fly to. It’s steps from the beach and the pictures are very accurate. You can get some great pics of the beach and gulf from the balcony. And the staff and tenants in the building are very friendly.

Our unit had more amenities than any place we have ever stayed, on the island. Perfect location, beautiful view. Beach not overcrowded. Everyone very friendly. We will most likely stay at Ocean Vista next year

We had a great week! Love that the kitchen is labeled and full of useful items because we cook most of our meals. Watched the fireworks, walked to shops, felt the Space-X launch (!) and strolled/sat/read/napped on the beach every day. We hope to be back next year!

The location and view is what gives this property 5 stars. They had all the chairs, umbrellas and beach toys anyone could want. By the end of our 4 day stay we had too much sun so we played ping-pong, used the tennis courts and swam in the pool. Depending on the time of day, all activities could be done in the shade. We also played games that are provided by the host. Very quiet building. If you are looking to party, go somewhere else! Any "issues" that I saw with the unit could be taken care of with a Magic Erase and elbow grease. Also they need 4 new pillows in the queen room that are not foam. We will book here again, and look forward to returning to the same unit.

We fell in love with this place! All beach necessities were available, so we didn’t have to bring or buy anything. Balcony was great to have our morning coffee and dinner looking at the Gulf! Bed was so comfy! We will definitely be back! And we got engaged here! This was our first trip to South Padre and so glad we found this place!

My husband and I surprised our 4 kids (ages 16-25) w/a trip to SPI and the condo was perfect for us. We enjoyed waking up each day to beautiful sunrises from the master/balcony and sunsets from the front door area. The condo was equipped with absolutely every amenity you could need. Bathroom toiletries, paper goods, laundry products, beach items, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. Everything was covered. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions and welcomed our early arrival allowing us to check in before 4pm. The entire complex was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was within easy walking distance to many restaurants and activities. We crossed into Mexico (Nuevo Progreso) which was an easy hours drive from the condo and a wonderful experience. I'm so happy we chose SPI to visit, so our family could enjoy culture, beautiful beaches, delicious food, and lots of relaxation. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

We had a fantastic spring break week at this property! Everything is as promised-- plentiful kitchen, bath, and beach supplies. There was abundant toys, chair, umbrella, boogie boards, and nice big and thick beach towels. Comfy beds and pillows. The unit was well maintained and it was so lovely to be able to sit on the porch to eat and have a separate area to lounge. The beach was also great and not crowded even during spring break. The kids enjoyed collecting shells and playing in the sand, not to mention the kiddie pool which was heated. We were able to easily walk to the grocery store, and many other restaurants we wanted to go to. We could not have asked for anything more. One of the best properties we have stayed at in South Padre and we hope to be back! Thanks!

I was here with my friend from London, England! I live in Austin and thought it would be great for the two of us to go to the beach for a few days during her 3 month stay in Texas.
We had such a great time! The condo was so Wonderful! The views and the closeness to the ocean were priceless!

Great location and well-kept condo and property. The condo stocked everything we needed to prepare meals, have fun at the beach, kick back, and tidy up. The only hiccup was a water outage for a few hours with no communication about it. Other residents were confused as well. Otherwise, we're glad we chose this condo for our family Thanksgiving vacation.

This is our first time but won't be the last time we stay on this well-kept and equipped property. The view and sounds of the ocean simply do not get any better than what we enjoyed from the balcony. Just steps away, the beach was incredible and wave jumping was great fun for old and young alike. Short walk to Kic's for ice cream, but that didn't stop us from renting a golf cart for cruising the boulevard and visiting the sand sculptures at Clayton's - a highlight for our 6-year-old granddaughter!

My daughter and I escaped Austin's heat for a beach weekend and it couldn't have been more exceptional. The condo is beautiful, extraordinarily well maintained, stocked with anything you could imagine wanting, quiet and restful. We are already looking to come back!

This condo was amazing. Very clean and modern. Extremely close to the beach and great balcony. The common areas were always spotless and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As to the host of this condo unit, they provided everything such as chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, spices, oil, etc. I would recommend this place to anyone and would give it a 5 star rating. Fabulous place to stay. I would definitely return to this place.

What a great escape to this ocean side condo! We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony listening to the waves crash. We loved being walking distance to many restaurants and activities (we visited grapevine cafe many time- delicious!) Beach equipment was very nice to have, we all boogie boarded frequently. All the little details (beach towels, spices, laundry detergent, ect.) were taken care of.

This condo was just as listed and absolutely beautiful! We loved the view from the 11th floor, the beds were super comfortable and the balcony was awesome! Due to our flight being delayed we had to move down to the 3rd floor the last two nights which was a big bummer but the rental company was SUPER accommodating in making this happen for us. We would definitely stay here again, we love SPI!

Condo was very clean and comfortable . We slept in the king bed , very nice with great memory foam mattress/ pillows . They provide the coffee , shower products , and spices to cook . Well stocked kitchen . Amazing gulf view . We had all we needed here , hosts thought of everything . If I could add anything to the place it would be an ice maker . Fridge didn’t have that which is rare . Full size washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided . Nice pool area . Would highly recommend staying here .

The only thing you need is yourself and beachwear because everything else is provided. Beach chairs, umbrellas,coolers, toys if you have kids with you and a cart to take it all to the beach.
Views and sunrises are awesome and property is just as pictured and clean and quit. Plenty of supplies for your stay. One of the finest properties I have ever stayed at!

Unit was pretty close to as advertised…nice, lots of amenities and stuff already stocked! Could’ve used a couple more rolls of toilet paper, more garbage bags and some Kleenex…had to pick up extra for our 7 night stay. Lots of beach toys, towels, chairs, etc. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for us this year, so didn’t get to do much beach time. So close to everything the island. Lost power during a storm one afternoon, and had to do the 11 flights of stairs, but maintenance got the elevator back online later that evening! Would consider staying here again for future return trip!
