This accommodation is perfect! The bed and bathroom was comfortable. Comfortable mattress and bedding. Lots of hot water. The coffee/morning food service is great and consists of self-serve options of baking and fruit as well as coffee or tea.

The casa is located on a hill. But the trade-off is great parking availability and that was well worth it. Also, the neighbourhood is very quiet and lovely. We hired taxis to take us up the hill. Only 50 pesos.

SB3 is a total gem of a place. We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed the property. It’s immaculately furnished and feels like being inside a museum. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The host, Rafa, is super kind. While the location is a 10-15 minutes walk from the center, we never felt the slightest bit unsafe. Plus, it’s kind of nice to retreat away from the hustle and bustle in the center.

This place is one of the best places I've ever stayed at, and i've traveled a lot. The hosts (Rafael and his wife) are very sweet and welcoming, they are a couple who have turned the house into the most beautiful architecture, with little nice gardens attached. The room we stayed at was very clean, everything smelled so nice and homey, the lights were warm, bathroom was really big and clean, hot showers with great water pressure, towels, shampoo and soap were all ultra high quality. The room was really quiet, the touches around the house made the house even more beautiful, it was carefully and thoughtfully decorated that made people feel welcome. I really cannot compliment this place enough, even tho it was a short stay, i wish i stayed longer! The hosts are the most friendly, funny, warm people i've ever met, they radiate such positive energy that is contagious! They made the trip and this place even more unique. I've been to Guanajuato twice, I highly recommend you to stay here, if you're still looking, look no further, this will be the best place out there! 200% recommended!

Big room, lots of extra spaces for guests to relax like living, breakfast, and dining room as well as a lovely garden patio. Location is great: close to city center (10 minutes walk) on a quiet street. Historical property lovingly restored with great taste and attention to details and constant thoughts about guests. Owners are great - kind and always ready to help!

it’s a gorgeous building with large rooms, decorated very stylish. It’s a small family hotel with 6 rooms. The owners live there as well, but you have the same privacy as in a regular hotel. Coffee, thee and sweat breakfast rolls are available. It’s a 10 minute walk into the city. Highly recommended.

This is one of my most favorite properties I’ve ever stayed in. It was so beautiful, so cozy, very spacious, clean, and well decorated. The owners were also the nicest, kindest people who went out of their ways to help us out during our time here, including booking me an emergency dentist appointment at a trusted clinic. I can’t recommend this place enough - we stayed 5 nights and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Nothing - it was perfect. Even though it wasn’t right in the middle of the city center, it was within a very walkable distance, and very worth the walk.

Rafa and Veronica, the owners of this phenomenal mansion, took 17 years to make this the most comfortable and impressive for anyone to stay!! Their intimate knowledge of the city, and how to get around, only added events more to a superb experience! Staying here was truly a treat!!

this is one of the best places I have ever stayed in throughout Mexico. it’s just so beautiful and the hosts are so kind, it’s like visiting family. we had the Sirena suite which was huge, comfy beds and lovely linens, fluffy towels, everything you hope for when you are on vacation. Book it before someone else does.

San Bernabé 3 is a beautiful place to stay. It’s a lovingly and carefully remodeled hacienda, filled with art, antiques, and thoughtful details. Rafa is a gracious host, very welcoming and helpful. The location is in a quiet area just a 15 minute walk to the historic center, I very much appreciated being able to enjoy the bustle of the center and then go back to our quiet room! Breakfast was spread of local pan dulce and fruit, with coffee and tea available. Would absolutely stay again!

It was quiet and peaceful. The house is an old and beautifully renovated property. You could walk to the center or it was easy to enough to get a taxi or uber. The owners are so nice and help you get whatever you need. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Guanajuato City!

It wasn't real convenient to get a hot breakfast, but they do provide coffee, fruit and fresh baked goods. And they provide really good drinking water.

Raphael and Veronica could not have been more accommodating during our stay. The delicious pastries and excellent coffee provided in the morning were a special treat. Simply delighted with our stay!

Rafael and Verónica are great, they made us feel like home, like we were family. I bet this hotel is one of the most beautiful properties in Guanajuato, Rafael did an extraordinary job restoring and decorating this place! Room was really comfy and spotlessly clean, definitely we will come back!
