The accommodation was right at the bus stop. The room was very comfortable, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. David picked me up from the metro station as I didn't know how to reach the bus stop, and was very kind to do it for free. There was even coffee to use until I bought mine. the Kitchen is fully equipped with everything. The bathroom was very nicely designed and new. TV had all sorts of options with Netflix subscription and others. The room had a shared spacious balcony with a seating area.

The downside of the accommodation is that it was outside the city, so it requires more than 1 hour to go one way to the city centre depending on availability of busses especially at night. But afterall, it's a good value for money.

The sleak design of the apartment and the bathroom was amazing... Credit to David the owner for having the bathroom installed this summer!

The room was a little echoey and the light from the hallway bleed through under the door to the bedroom but upon speaking to the owner he is looking to install something to stop that install and sound absorbent paneling.

we were looking for a place outside the city center of Rome as were driving around italy. we found this property with beautiful design, free parking and good price. the owner, David, was the best. It was a real pleasure meeting him. communication with him was very easy way and instant. although we arrived late for check in he was there to help us and gave us amazing recommendations for Rome.

The room is spacious, clean and stylish. It’s ina beautiful quiet block and only 10 minutes to the airport. Our host Davide is exceptionally helpful and friendly and was able to drive us into town and to the airport for a small charge. The beds are comfy. There’s air con. Beautiful brand new bathroom and a fabulous and cheap pizzeria 2 mins walk away. Great stay.

Very clean and comfortable place with big balcony, nice nature, not far from bus station and supermarket. The owner David is very polite and positive. Really recommended.

Our stay at David's apartment was very nice. The place was spacious and clean. There is a bus that stops directly in front of the door that connects you with the metro station. David was very helpful abd patient. He gave us detailed information for everything we asked him. I would definetly recommend!

Very welcoming host. Location good, shared accommodation not noisy with free parking outside. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had mostly everything needed. Bathroom nice. Good wifi.

No problems for the short time we stayed

The only thing we didn't like was we thought we rented the apartment, not a room in the apartment. However, it worked out OK.

The communication of David was great! The place was very clean and had a nice balcony. There was enough parking in front of the appartment. It was definitely worth staying!

David was super helpful and very fast to reply. He offered us transport to the airport which made it super easy for us to commute. He was generally very helpful and friendly. The apartment was really cute. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

It was very clean and the apartment is in a protected area (fence). David is a very nice host and was for everything there.

We didn’t know first that the apartment have a kitchen and a bathroom to share. We saw later that it was mentioned on Booking.com. Maybe expose this detail a little bit more.
