We had a great time in Frisco for a quick weekend with family in town. The space is great, proximity to downtown Frisco and Breck, and the hot tub was a hit to unwind after a long day. Being pet friendly was a great also! Would stay again!

The host communicated very well. House was stocked and in a great location. About a 6 minute walk into town. We went to Rebel Sports and rented bikes for the day which was awesome. The hot tub was extremely nice after a long day of hiking and biking. Beds were in great condition. Only small negatives (not enough to bring down overall rating) is that there are no dumpsters or outside trash bins on the property and the counters and dining room table seemed to get missed with the cleaning service. Overall great stay though and would recommend this house for a family of 5.

Our friends gathered from around Colorado for a Frisco weekend. It was an easy 10 minute walk to town. Lots of room for everyone. In the Winter the backyard is full of uneven snow piles so it’s not usable space and a little tricky to get to the hot tub and access the back gate. Hot tub is great! Would recommend and stay again.

The location of this townhome is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, but less than a 10 minute walk to main street. The hot tub is also a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again for a short stay (less than a week) without bringing dogs. I would not recommend staying here with dogs or more than a week due to the trash situation. There is no external trash bin or external trash service, so you have to find a public trash to dump your dog poop bags (there aren't any in the immediately surrounding area). The owner does arrange for the cleaning service to pick up the trash once a week, but there's no set window of time for that, so they could come any time on a designated day, and most of the time they didn't show up, so we had to reschedule it again for the next day. They also could come to the front door or the back door, so there's no clear direction where to put the trash bags for them. If you want to recycle, you have to take it to the recycling center yourself.

This property was fantastic! The view from the master balcony of the snow covered streets was beautiful. The pictures online do not do this place justice. It was immaculately cleaned. All three bedrooms had fresh linens as well as the 2 full and 1/2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for our family of 6. All adults. Communication with the owner was seamless. He was very helpful and responded anytime I needed directions or had questions. It’s a short walk to the town of Frisco where you will find some great places to eat. If you’re looking for a winter retreat we highly recommend this property!

Stayed with our family of five humans, two dogs, for the night, everything was great. Very well stocked and comfy accommodations. Outdoor deck and hottub were a big hit. Walkable to town. Would stay again.

It was a wonderful weekend celebrating family birthdays. The weather was fabulous and the location of this property was very convenient for any mountain activity you wanted to enjoy for the day!

We really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a highlight and like new. The new deck they are planning out back will make it even better. We will be back. So close to everything we love to do.

My family and I stayed at Geoff's place for Spring Break '23. The house was extremely clean and functional! The hot tub was excellent. Kids played in the snow in the area, was a convenient and safe walk through the neighborhood with our pug, and a short walk to town. It was quiet, no noisy neighbors etc. The kitchen is totally functional and the full size washer/dryer was a big plus. Short drive to Breck and Keystone. We loved it! We'll definitely be back to spend time in the area during the summer.

The house was exactly as expected, clean, comfortable, with almost everything you would need. Only lacking, (or may be we didn’t figure it out?), was streaming services such as Netflix. We appreciated the toiletries. Beds are very comfortable. There is electric heat in every room that can be individually adjusted. Overall, excellent place.! And Geoff was great and accommodating.

We loved the location of the property as well as its layout! Over all we really enjoyed our rental. However, the beds could really reallyyyy use some new mattresses. We ended up sleeping on the living room couch the last 2 nights instead of the master bedroom.

We went skiing at Vail and Breckenridge, so it was a great location. Lots of room for all if us. The hot tub was relaxing way to wind down after a day of skiing. Close to down town and shopping.

This property was adorable but could have been a bit cleaner. It is perfectly located near the main drag, hiking and biking trails and the landlord is responsive.
The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The bedrooms were quant and could have been fresher. Sheets were clean but the comforters and pillows were not. :-/
The front porch had a great seating area and the large dining room area was great. Lots of games available for hanging out. Parking is super easy and convenient but the back entrance is tricky to navigate with a double step and a carpeted entry.

It was a comfortable place to stay, enjoyed our time together cooking a couple of good meals, walking to the local business, and taking our golden retriever to the park!

Dirty - Health Hazard
Unacceptable. The "cleaning" of this place was a joke. The carpeted areas in particular and moldy shower. The place was covered with dirt and hair and dust. It was very apparent when we arrived just breathing the air inside, but it just got worse the longer we were there. We tried vacuuming (after cleaning out the clogged vacuum filter) and picked up what seemed like months of dirt and dust that had accumulated on the carpets. It was just plain gross. When multiple of us started developing coughs (including my 2 year old), we knew we couldn't stay. Booked the place for 2 nights and left after 1. The host refunded the cleaning fee and said he would pass the information onto his cleaning crew. I would not recommend risking staying here and ruining your trip like ours. There's a difference between "pet friendly" and just plain dirty. Who wants to clean on a weekend getaway?

Great location with a few drawbacks that could be resolved.
When we arrived, there was a very strong bad odor in the kitchen area - we never did figure it out, but think that it may be the dishwasher. It was horrible! Otherwise it was very clean. The other thing that was bothersome was that there was so much snow in the way of both entrances! This was listed in the write-up, but it really makes it difficult to get a lot of luggage and ski gear into the condo. Due to this I probably would not rent again unless the owners could come up with a solution, like pay someone to remove the walkway snow!! Location was great! Beds and rooms comfortable. Everything else was just fine.

The property was awesome - perfect for our family of adults of all ages. The home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The upstairs sleeping quarters were great and the spacious downstairs was perfect for our whole family to gather while cooking, eating, or relaxing and enjoying our time together. Frisco is a beautiful, quaint little town, just a short walk from our place to visit shops, restaurants and bars. Also, just a short drive to Breckenridge. We would all choose to stay here again!
