La cabaña del jardín de Kaleana
AVISO si te has alojado en nuestra casa en el pasado ... ahora somos un alquiler de dos habitaciones en el pasado teníamos tres habitaciones disponibles pero ha cambiado y solo tenemos dos habitaciones en este momento. Algunas de las revisiones mencionan que duerme 6 pero ese ya no es el caso.
Venga y quédese en el corazón del viejo oeste de Bend en una linda casa de estilo artesanal. Le encantará la ubicación de la casa tan cerca de tantas cosas. Venga y disfrute de todo lo que tiene para ofrecer con el hermoso Drake Park a dos cuadras de distancia y un corto paseo por el parque hasta el casco antiguo con todo lo mejor para comer y cenar que Bend tiene para ofrecer. Desde la cervecería Deschutes hasta el pub Mcmenamins Brew. O camine dos cuadras hasta cafeterías, panaderías y varios lugares para comer en el lado oeste. What an absolutely lovely place. This quaint space offered serenity in the lovely yard and walkable access to Bends awesome downtown. My only suggestion would be an AC unit in the lower level and a new mattress. Other than that…wonderful! Hope to stay here again someday even if nothing changes!

This lovely mill house in perfectly situated for enjoying downtown Bend, and is wonderfully cozy and private. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We loved staying here! The house was very clean, close to an amazing coffee shop/bakery and grocery store. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The backyard and landscaping was very enjoyable.
The only downside was no air conditioning downstairs. But there were fans and it cooled down enough in the evening to open up the house.
We definitely will be looking to book again next year.

We have visited Oregon since 2018 but Karen and Doyle's cottage is now on the top of our list for future travels. Karen's Cottage is a cozy, living home, with all that is necessary, especially for relaxing, easily accessing Bend restaurants, beautiful downtown and river walks, shopping, etc.

Had a great stay, feels like your staying at a family members house, house was clean and well stocked. Karen was very responsive and even mailed us back our charging chord for my wife’s phone. Location was perfect as we wanted to be close to downtown.

This is our 2nd stay at this lovely cottage. It has everything we're looking for in a spot. It's a great location in Bend, the kitchen is well-supplied and the cottage is very clean. It was a quaint cottage with two bedrooms. The top loft had an open shower which was interesting, but my husband and I were fine. The fireplace was nice, controlled by the thermostat on the wall. The solarium off the living room was quite nice, a beautiful touch of green in the winter. The kitchen is small, really only one person at a time but well equipped. Overall a nice place to stay and I would come back.

What a cozy, beautifully appointed cottage. The grounds were as beautiful covered with a blanket of snow as I can imagine that it is in the spring and summer.
Location provides walking to dinner, downtown, even down the river to the Old Mill District and Winterfest.

Overall the place was comfortable and pleasant for our ten day stay. I would stay there again as the location is the best in Bend. You can walk to two coffee shops, numerous restaurants, Newport Ave Market, Sunnyside Sports, and you can easily walk to the River, Drake Park, downtown and even the Old Mill district. We’ve stayed in many similar cottages in Bend. The renovations here are above average and the owner has made an effort to make the place nice with a greenhouse room next to the living room, dining area which lets in more light as these cottages are often dark. The dishwasher and stove are great and the kitchen is tight but fine for one person. The upstairs bedroom is very nice with places for clothing storage and a wonderful walk-in shower with glass tile surround. The downstairs bedroom has a 9” step down from the front hall. There are also small single steps between other rooms. Cottages like this are inherently quirky and this one is no exception with the refrigerator in a separate room from the kitchen. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Check in and out couldn’t have been simpler. I would highly recommend staying here for people without mobility challenges.

Perfect location to all things Bend. Walking distance to local breweries, food trucks, coffee shops, amphitheater, and floating the Deschutes River. The house is located in the Orchard District, with a small back yard that has a beautiful apple and plum tree. The house is small but enough room for 4 adults. The upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom, it also has the only window air conditioner. Downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom. No air conditioning downstairs or screen doors so it got a little stuffy in the afternoons. The backyard has plenty of shade though. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future.

This adorable cottage was the perfect place for our Bend getaway. The location can't be beat....a short stroll to Drake and downtown. Comfortable home stocked with everything we needed and the gorgeous garden backyard was our favorite afternoon spot. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the vrbo accommodations. Probably the only two things to know before booking here. There is no 1st floor A/C. We used the 2 fans while downstairs to keep the temperature tolerable. The upstairs bedroom has a window conditioner that is loud for sleeping. There are step up/step downs throughout the first floor. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

The cottage was perfect for 2 active senior couples. The steps and stairs would have made it not accessible for someone with walking challenges, but no problem for us. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby. Easy driving to our conference location, and a great home base for trips to the High Desert Museum and Crater Lake. We loved it, and had a great time!
