Advertising as a villa but definitely not a villa more of an apartment. Raised tiles by the pool side dangerous for children.

Air conditioning didn’t work in one room, raised tiles by pool side. It’s advertised as a villa but is more of an apartment so should be advertised as an apartment.

The villa was lovely everything you needed

It wasn't cleaned as well as I would have liked. The pool in particular was not clean enough or well enough. The bedside lights didn't work and there was no attempt at fixing them

Nicely furnished, clean and very comfortable beds.

Few items of crockery broken/chipped and initially not enough coat hangers. Lovely views from balcony but potential customers need to know that there is a large hill leading up to the villa and a steep lane down to the entrance. Property would not be suitable for elderly or those with mobility issues unless they have a car. Also had to wait some time to access the accommodation - I would recommend they send the main access code and then at least you could leave your luggage until staff available . Additionally, a little more attention to detail would be useful ie checking condition of crockery etc

Villa itself inside was ok and suitable to our needs

Didn’t realise we would have others staying in first and second floor you think you are getting the whole place from the pictures on the website. No internal security whatsoever. Cannot lock doors from outside so other residents could easily gain access to our villa. Fag ends that were not ours left outside our villa after we had been out so someone walking around which was unnerving. Underhand host asking residents to say they only stayed one night if asked and then booking.com sending us a cancellation for the rest of the week as that is what the host told them. However we stayed for the whole week. Overpaid massively should be 100 euro per. However we got charged 1448 euro go figure!! Complained to booking.com. Dodgy dealings beware. Was not the privacy we wanted and it just felt underhanded. Other residents also said they were disappointed as didn’t get what they thought they were getting on arrival.

I loved the privacy of our own pool for the smaller children and it wasconly 10 minutes from las americas and the location was had lovely views and all the family loved it

the host has been so helpul ! reponsive, quick and sorting issues well.. the villa is extremely modern, the heated private pool with the led light and the balcony view .. nothing to dislike.. thank you so much !
