Great place and location! Very easy to access to the beach as well. The main floor is plenty big to have everyone around and hang out together. Jackie was very helpful and responsive when you need things or had questions. Would rent again!

Everything was as shown on the website. Check in and communication was excellent. The only shortcoming was the kitchen was not perfectly clean. No cleaning supplies were provided so that we could properly daily clean the kitchen and bathrooms.

Between Rachel, Roy and Jackie being available from the time it was booked to the time we went and left, we had an amazing stay. The only suggestion I will have is to put screens over ALL windows especially the ones in the bunk bed rooms. 😳 Other than that WE will definitely come back.

Great place, easy access to beach. Kitchen and living area were very open and good for our big group. Two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two trashcan cabinets came in very handy. Wish it had two stoves. Kitchen had plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. The size of each of the eight bedrooms were perfect for our group. The only critique that I have is that the parking was somewhat of a challenge for our group because of the space limitations and our different schedules of arrival times. We really enjoyed our stay and will possibly book again in the future. Jackie the property manager was very responsive and kind.

Lots of room, clean, great AC, good communication with property manager. Wonderful for a large family like ours. The kids loved to play on the beach in the morning and then hang out at the pool late afternoon. It is a little walk to the beach, maybe 600-800 feet, and the beach there is a little bit busy, but it was all worth it and the walk was good exercise. We managed to book for five days in June, Sunday through Friday and traffic was very light compared to a Saturday through Saturday check in. We have done 7 days in the area twice before, and the 6th and 7th days we were a little "beached out", so five days at Beach Music was perfect for us.

We had my parents, siblings, and our children all together for the week. The house was amazing! There were enough bedrooms that we could all spread out and the great room was large enough that we could all hang out together. Just a short walk to the beach and had our own private pool. The kids were asking when we could come back before we had even checked out.

The cookware is not equipped to cook for the amount of beds. one stove and 1 oven for 28 people. you need a big electric griddle or something similair to cook up a breakfast. we had all 3 burners going try to fry eggs & pancakes. we cooked the bacon in the oven. So glad I cooked ahead of time and just had to warm up.

The house is beautiful inside and a great location. The elevator worked properly for our disabled party that was with us. This was a necessity, so we appreciate this. Only 2 issues with our stay. Our pool was not cleaned or running but other pools there were. They worked on it after we were there 4 days but it was still not real clean. Also, the dryer is struggling to dry and took up to 3 hours for some loads of towels. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our time together.

This was a great house for a large family. Plenty of room and very spacious. Easy access to beach.

Thought it was beachfront but besides that it was wonderful and fit our family great.

This property was great. Fit all 24 people comfortably. Very spacious and family friendly. The private beach was perfect didnt have to fight crowds to find a spot. A definite must have for large groups and I will be tell everyone I know about this place. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our annual family vacation with 16 adults. The space for meal prepping and the two refrigerators and dishwashers were wonderful. The pool had plenty of sunshine or shade depending on what you were looking for. Short walk to the beautiful private beach where we never had to worry about finding a place for all of our stuff. The property managers were polite and quick to answer questions. We had a wonderful stay and would consider coming back next year.

Our rental was spacious. It provided for all our needs. Room to play or rest without disruption. It was a bit of a walk to the beach from our building and did not have a handicapped accessible ramp from the boardwalk to the sand. A problem for one of our party. But we loved our private pool. Great kitchen spacious enough for all the cooks to gather!

We filled the house to the brim (every bed taken and a few blow-ups). The house was perfect. The king and queen rooms had room for baby beds and/or a standard size blow-up. We arrived and the house was clean and in shape (even after the Claudette storm - a few windows broken on outside but everything inside was good). The washer/dryer, which was going all the time, worked great. Loved the kitchen with its icemaker, several sinks, view of TV, large bar and table, and two refrigerator/freezers (refrigerators did have some broken shelves). Elevator was a life-saver for our getting luggage up to the second and third floor. FYI - You have a private pool; however, it is not separated from your neighbors pool (you share the loungers with your neighbors). You get six parking spots. Management was great to work with through the whole booking and stay. Only wished we had a better view of the gulf and more dining furniture on the deck.

It worked well for our family of 25. The living area and bedrooms were great. Property manager was fantastic in her help. We would love to stay at this location again but rent one of the units closer to the ocean. Maybe 2023. thanks for the good time. Ron

Got tegether with 20 old college friends for an annual fishing trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is very nice and we had no issues. We'll stay here again!

The property was excellent. Plenty of space for the entire family. We rented one of the 8 bedroom houses. The online photos gave us a pretty good idea of how the property looked. But wow, seeing the property in person exceeded our expectation, everything was modern, clean and of high quality. The elevator was an added plus because we had a handicapped family member, which made it easier for him to get around and join the family without having to struggle with the stairs. The beach is only a few steps away from the house. Beach Music is where we would love to stay if we ever come back.

If you're looking for a place to accommodate a large crew, Beach Music is the spot! We rented the 2 8 BR houses and were pleasantly surprised that they were ajoined. This made it easy for everyone to be together. The pools are gated, which was a relief due to the large volume of children we had. The beach is only a few steps away from the houses. The houses were super nice, and we loved that there were two sets of refrigerators, dishwashers, and washer/dryers! All in all it was the perfect place to vacation with our friends and the growing number of children we have:) We plan on making it an annual trip to Beach Music:)

The property was excellent. Fantastic pool for a relatively small number of guests to provide for. Parking was great, easy, covered. Beach was close and not crowded at all. One of the best qualities of a beach condo/house is its owner. Ian was a pleasure to deal with. Had a minor issue with wifi when we got there (one of our guests had some college homework that needed to be finished). I called and Ian showed up to check on the issue within a couple hours. Really nice guy. The only reason we're not returning to this location in 2015 is that our traveling party is smaller this year and doesn't need this much space. Otherwise we'd be back.

We just returned from our family spring break vacation at Beach Music and we are totally thrilled with our choice! The house is exactly as pictured-everything was in great condition (not always the case as we have found with previous rentals!) and we had a wonderful time. There were 8 adults and 8 children (5 teens and a 5 year old) in our group and there was more than enough room for everyone. The 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and ice maker were extremely handy for a large group-as was the elevator for groceries and luggage! The walk to the beach on the boardwalk takes 2 minutes and the view is breathtaking. The weather was beautiful, the Gulf fabulous and the pool refreshing-we couldn't have asked for a better time! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation and can't wait for next year!

We booked this place for a family get-away over Christmas. What a treat! The house is beautiful. The location is perfect. We loved that there were 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. It was perfect for our family of 15. Each of the king bedrooms has it's own bathroom and then the queen and bunkbed rooms share a jack and jill bathroom and that worked out great. We had such a great time and Ian was available for any and all questions. Loved it!
