Stylisches Apartment mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ruhig und perfekt gelegen um Wiens interessante Bezirke zu zu erkunden.

The accommodation is within easy and pleasant walking distance of the main city centre with its beautiful architecture, galleries, cafes and museums and Christian was extremely helpful. The nearby Nachtmark area has lots of lively bars and restaurants.

Pulling into Girardigasse it was a bit foreboding to see that every other building in the street was covered in grafitti but having said that we never felt anything other than safe and comfortable in the area.

Das Team von MintApartments (wir hatten mit Christian Kontakt) war sehr kulant, als unsere Tochter relativ kurzfristig uns während unseres Aufenthaltes besuchen wollte. Wir haben kostenlos ein größeres Apartment bekommen und wir mussten für unseren Gast nichts bezahlen. Das Apartment liegt für eine Stadtbesichtigung sehr gut. Man kann viele der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. U-Bahn und Bus sind auch nahe. Die Ausstattung ist gut und bis auf eine Schere haben wir in der Küche nichts vermisst. Das Ein- und Auschecken ist einfach.

Alles zur besten Zufriedenheit, aber wir waren alle zu doof, um die Dusche von Handbrause auf Regendusche umzustellen….

Apartment (Nr 25) mit gehobener Ausstattung und sehr guter Location direkt am Naschmarkt. Gute Cafés & Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht: schönes großes Bad mit Waschmaschine, Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten, gut ausgestattete Küche, Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, gutes Kingsize Bett & Schrank im Schlafzimmer. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher und auch die Hausnachbarn sind sehr nett. Unkomplizierter Check In/Out und netter Kontakt mit Gastgeber über WhatsApp. Wir haben relativ in der Nähe (WIPARK Technische Uni Operngasse) für 8,90€ pro Tag parken können. Mit unserem SUV hatten wir kein Problem dort einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Kurzes Ein- und Ausladen vor dem Haus ging problemlos.

Les - (choses à améliorer) : -Pas d’accueil physique lors de l’arrivée (les codes vous sont envoyés par messages et les clés sont à récupérer dans une petit coffre) -pas de bouteille d’eau -rajouter un 2eme torchon de cuisine -mettre une éponge neuve -mettre une rallonge dans le salon car les prises sont derrière le canapé -ajouter un rideau dans la chambre -les coussins du salon sont tachés -occulter la fenêtre des WC -changer les oreillers et le matelas -mettre une poubelle qui ferme avec un couvercle -mettre un balai à disposition -resserrer le tuyau de douche

The apartment felt new and beautifully furnished. The bathroom and toilet were spotless. It was a very comfortable stay and the kitchen provided all the cookware you need. The apartment was also very centrally located and walkable to every place we wanted to visit. Loved the experience 100%.

Nothing much to complain. The lift was small and we had to take turns going up with our luggage but it wasn't a major inconvenience.

The first apartment we were given smelled like cigarettes. They have a strict no smoking policy. Christian was kind enough to immediately give us an upgraded room where we had a balcony and a spacious, clean and updated apartment. We had wonderful air conditioning, a washer, dishwasher, very nice kitchen and a great bedroom with skylights. The bed was very comfortable. The lift was extremely helpful as we were on the top floor. The building is extremely secure. We were a little concerned about all of the graffiti on the buildings around where we stayed, but it was a very safe place close to all of the sites. The Vienna Opera House and the Albertina Museum were a half of a mile away. Many restaurants, gelato stands, stores were close by. We had a wonderful stay!

Apartment was spacious and modern. Christian was very helpful, we had a query with the washing machine and he was prompt and very helpful in getting us sorted.

No aircon in the bedroom, it was only above the door at the entrance and wasn’t very strong. The bedroom could do with curtains, blind let in light early in the morning. Approx 8-10 min walk to metro.

Great location, very clean facility, all necessary facilities, big furnished balcony, perfect check- in/out. Easy access to all places of interest! Highly appreciated!

This apartment is one block away from a major street. Fairly spacious with everything needed available. Nice balcony. No view but very quiet. Excellent sleep. Good breakfast restaurant and also grocery store next corner.

Perfect location, we walked everywhere, and it has the wonderful Naschmarkt at your doorstep full of restaurants and bars. The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable. We were there in mid-June when the temperature was perfect, however as it is a roof apartment, I would guess it gets hot inside during the peak summer. The staff were also very responsive. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

A very nice apartment in an excellent location close to the Naschmarkt and the inner ring. Bed is very comfortable and the apartment has plenty of room and is well appointed. The staff was very responsive.

Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was not adequate. It was warm when we stayed but not excessively hot. Still, the air conditioning set as low as it could go would not cool the apartment below 24 or 25C. The staff kindly provided a fan, which helped. But the air conditioning really needs closer examination.

I loved the apartment layout and location. easily big enough to fit a family of three.

the elevator is small but we really only used it when we were transporting our luggage to/from the room.

Location! Lots of amazing bars and restaurants nearby, beds super comfortable, everything you need in an apartment. Superb host who was very welcoming and easy to communicate with.
