Habitación amplia y baño con todo lo necesario.
Café gratis durante toda tu estancia e incluso una sala de estar amplia para poder comer.
Le falta aire acondicionado, en verano hace mucha calor y llegar a la habitación y solo contar con un ventilador es axfisiante.

La ubicación es excelente. Muy fácil para movilizarse a través del tranvía línea D. Así mismo un supermercado muy cerca. Zona linda, llena de restaurantes y acceso a todo. La habitación siempre limpia y el check in es fácil de hacer.
Hacia mucho calor los días que fui, la ventana que hay y el ventilador son insuficientes. Entiendo que en Austria son atípicos los veranos calurosos, pero teniendo en cuenta el calentamiento global deberían considerar poner aire acondicionado. Igualmente eran claros que no poseían AC.

É già la seconda volta che alloggio e anche questa volta il portone di ingresso la sera e la notte non si riusciva a chiudere. Non essendoci custode o reception o lobby questo crea un grande senso di insicurezza

La extraordinaria limpieza y orden. La ubicación cercana al centro y plena de buenas opciones gastronómicas
Pienso que hay que advertir que el hotel no tiene facilidades para adultos mayores. Yo tengo 67 años y, al no haber ascensor, tuve que cargar las maletas por 4 rampas de escaleras. Tampoco hay personal que te ayude o dé alguna información que necesite el visitante. La posición de la ducha también resulta poco apropiada para adultos mayores.

Alles sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Freie Getränke (Wasser, Kaffeepads) und Kühlschrank/Eisfach auf dem Zimmer sowie in der Gemeinschaftsküche (dort neben Kaffeemaschine und Küche auch Getränkeautomat). Reibungsloser Self-Checkin. Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung mit der Ringlinie D in direkter Nachbarschaft.
Die Bewertungen zu hellhörigen Zimmern kann ich nicht bestätigen; konnte selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.
Sehr penetranter Fischgeruch bei Öffnen des Kühlschranks. Leider keine Steckdose in Bettnähe.

Very clean and comfortable room. We liked the location, which was quiet and a welcome relief from the crowds of the city centre, while also being within very convenient walking distance - 15 mins or so. Nice neighbourhood restaurants and cafes nearby
We got a little confused about where the key box was on checking in. It’s upstairs but there was no info about this

The location was great and there was lots of storage space in the room. The shower was good and I appreciated having a coffee machine and fridge.
The light switch by the bed didn't work. The curtains didn't cover the window fully. It would have been good if I was given a clean coffee cup when the housekeeper came in.

La camera è molto pulita ed accogliente, completa di tutto il necessario. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

The room was very clean, warm, and spacious with a big wardrobe and quite big fridge. In addition there’s a kitchen fully furnished. It’s a very quite neighborhood beside the hotel is close to a main road. The hotel is in a short walking distance to the city center it’s about 20 minutes.
No reception at all, so if something happen or someone needs anything I don’t know who you can contact.

Great location, very close to city centre, clean room, comfortable bed, coffee machine in the room, lots of storage space. Washing machine and dryer available, big kitchen with dinner table. Great value for the price.
There is no reception, you’ll need the code you get before check-in every time you return to the hotel.

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient if you’d like to explore Vienna. It is kept very clean, check in and check out are self-served and super easy!
The only thing we were missing is air conditioner. :(

the self-check-in, I had problems both at check-in, THE CODE WOULD NOT WORK, HAD TO CALL, and wait for a long time and the same for check out, plus it was an international call for me and had to pay roaming for it, would be better to have a phone there or a fee collector tool.

The location was great, station just outside to get a tram, underground nearby as well. it was really easy to get to main tourist attractions from there as well.

The walls are paper thin, we had to listen to a person next door snoring the whole night. We were also able to hear them shower, pr flush the toilet. On our last day, I suppose some works were being done in the place, so they were drilling something, and that started at 8:20 AM. Not a good timing at all!!

It has not lift and there were not less than 60 steps. With a bag, heavy or not it was very inconvenient
