The stuff we're very nice and friendly. I love the small jungle that they have in the middle of the hotel, and the view from the shared space it is wonderful, you can see the city, the mountains.

My room was with very little light, having just a small window. The pillows are not comfortable at all. And the most important, the noise, they have this device for water (is what I understood from the staff) that every few minutes is doing a very big noise. That level where I saw having 4 rooms in total, it will be very unpleasant because of the noise. Glad I had earplugs.

The style of the hotel is very cool, friendly with all the plants and colorful paint and the view from the stairs. Nearby ample parking. Huge springy bed, good for active couples.

Shower was not very warm.

nice beds and very nice staff. we got a huge family room with 7 beds for just us.

staff didn’t know so much about tourist places or how to get places but they were very willing to help the last day the wifi didn’t work

The ARTWORK and SETTING (Garden and Kitchen downstairs) have no equal. They went all out to put in a LOT of ART & FOTOS to decorate their walls. The OWNER gave me a RIDE INTO TOWN ONCE and he is a great guy as are HIS DAUGHTERS to RUN this Location.

IF U ARE A TOURIST you shd consider one of this FAMILYs other FIVE HOTELS which is closer to the CENTRAL PLAZA. This #2 LOCATION is mainly a WORKING PERSONs HOTEL and TOURISTS tend to stay closer to the CENTER of TOWN. IF YOU HAVE A CAR then this place will work for you...Otherwise you will need to pay a TAXI DRIVER to get here. There is NO PUBLIC (cheaper) BUS transportation from the BUS STATION to this K-2 location.

Friendly staff, quiet apartments, good views from the hotel, big comfortable beds, price-quality relation. For this price it's a nice option.

Room was uncomfortable; bad smell in all room. The next day I went to another hotel......

Very friendly and welcoming stuff. I had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The room has a nice tv and Bluetooth speaker.

The only bad thing was that it was a bit cold in the room but they had extra blankets.
