The hotel is very well-located in Zona 10, with plenty of handy amenities nearby. Our room felt pretty palacial and was equipped with a mini-kitchen. Hotel staff were very helpful and the wifi was good and fast!
Reception staff were very helpful in person, but my enquiries via Booking.com (before we arrived) went unanswered. (Asking for a taxi transfer from the Litegua bus station in Zone 1 to the hotel, and asking about transport from the hotel to the airport.)

There was a terrible chemical smell in the room. However, I was given a different room with no smell. Otherwise it was as good as usual
