The property was in a great location and the property owner was very helpful supplying us with information regarding the area. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great location, charming, well appointed beach house. Decor was beachy, fresh and simple. Kelly was very responsive and provided helpful, well organized information. The wedding my husband and I and adult son and girlfriend attended at the end of our week was in early May. Would love to return with our entire family (including a toddler grandchild) in the summertime.

Simple and quaint cottage in a good location. It is in Middleton within walking distance of a few restaurants and a short drive to the center of Newport. We were two couples and the house allowed a lot of privacy but also comfortable meeting spaces.

The whole stay was great. The house was clean, GREAT access to the beaches, restaurants, supermarket and local gems. We had a great time and would recommend the hosts and the house to anyone looking for a great getaway.

Our stay was lovely! We celebrated the Easter holiday with family including our daughter to attends college nearby. The property was clean, spacious and accommodated all six of nicely. The home was fully equipped with all items needed in the kitchen as well as extra bedding and linens. Location was awesome! Close to local eateries and beach. Downtown shopping just a short distance away. We enjoyed our time together and definitely hope to return! Highly recommend

We stayed here for two nights with my parents and two young children. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well appointed for our needs. It was only a 5 minute walk to the stunning First Beach and we were lucky to have the weather to enjoy it. Absolutely lovely place to stay, would highly recommend!

Everyone other year the ladies in my family travel to a different city. This year we chose Newport. I found this property and I'm really glad I did. The house is small but has plenty of room. You can see the water from the kitchen window and it's a very short walk to the beach. It was the perfect location, close to many things we did. The owner was wonderful, very responsive to all my questions. We'd definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at this house for the Newport marathon weekend. Walking distance to starting line, easy to get back to and take nice hot showers after the run. Back yard is perfect for hanging out around fire pit. Bedrooms were distanced from each other for privacy. Would definitely come again. Hostess was very responsive.

We had a great stay at this beautiful, clean, convenient and comfortable home. We also greatly appreciated the owners accommodating our request for an earlier check in upon arrival. We were close to all that we wanted to see and do In Newport and close to the rehearsal dinner at the Tennis Hall of Fame and the wedding at the NYYC. We loved walking up to Flo's to meet friends and family and also the ease of getting to the Cliff Walk. We highly recommend this property and would definitely book again!

We had wonderful spring break trip to Newport! Thanks to Kelly and Ben for sharing their lovely house! The house was clean and comfortable. My 12 y/o loved having her own space in the downstairs room. The beach was so close and we spent hours in the rocky area looking for crabs and seaglass. An easy drive into downtown area as well. Don't forget to try Clementine's ice cream... we visited many times during our trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s property! The house was perfect for us, especially for my grandma (minimal stairs). The location is great, right in between Newport and the area we wanted in Middletown. The whole house was very well stocked (we just needed to bring a small blender as there wasn’t one in the kitchen to make smoothies). It is also so close to the beach! We will definitely consider staying again on our next trip to Newport!

Loved our short stay here. The house felt more like a home. Very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Location was great, especially if you are looking to spend time in Newport. We stayed with another couple to celebrate a birthday and made it more special. Would definitely book here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Easton's Point. Very clean. Plenty of very comfortable beds. Property owner was very responsive and welcoming. It was rainy and foggy most of the time we were there and yet we were able to enjoy walking to the beach, walking to restaurants, and driving to Cliff Walk and Bowen's Wharf. We would love to vacation in this home away from home again!

This property was wonderful! It was the perfect location, so close to Newport as well as the beach, cliff walk, and great restaurants. This property was very clean and just as described. It was our first trip to Rhode Island, and we can’t wait to come back. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

We needed a place that could comfortably accommodate six adults and pet for a long weekend wedding event in Newport. This house was perfect. Plenty of space, very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. And so convenient to downtown Newport which we had to travel to and from a few times. The yard is beautifully landscaped and peaceful and fully fenced in which was terrific. The beach was just down the street. Too chilly and no time this trip to use. Maybe next time! Kelly the property manager was on top of every communication from the start. It was a pleasure.

We came for our daughter’s wedding. The VRBO was in a great location and had everything we needed.

This was the ideal property for us. The backyard was fenced in and spacious, allowing us to feel comfortable with our dog off leash. We were 5 min walk to the beach and not far from Cliff Walk. The set up with two rooms on the main level and one room in the basement gave us the space and ability to comfortably house the whole family.

This property is absolutely beautiful and so very cozy. The beach house decorations and total theme is perfect for this areas. The yard is stunning. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy Newport!

Perfect location for the beaches and pretty good in relationship to Newport. Several good places to eat within walking distance. The house itself is very nice. We would surely return.

Cute, clean house in a great location. There was plenty of room for our family and the house was well-stocked with everything you could need - kitchen, beach gear, games, movies, toys, etc. Owner was very responsive. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

This house is a "gem". It was sparkling clean, fully equipped with basic household needs as well as extras in terms of toys and beach supplies. It is in a great location just around the corner from First Beach. There is a large private back yard with a patio area, fire pit, large table and chairs, hammock where we could relax. The house is much bigger in person than it appears in the pictures and is very comfortable in terms of space. The layout of the house allows for privacy as well as areas where we could all be together. We are a family of 7 - 3 adults (parents and grandmother) and 4 children ages 5 to 12 and we had a wonderful time together making memories to last a lifetime. The owner was very accessible and communicative and did everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this house or to rent it again in the future.

Even though we have stayed here previously, the owner continues to make excellent improvements. This property has everything you could ever need for a perfect beach vacation!

3rd time visiting. Kelly is very responsive. everything you need is there. clean home, 3 bathrooms a plus. kids toys, great backyard to relax and kids to play. walk to beach, quiet neighborhood, perfect location. outdoor shower to rinse off sand from the beach is a plus. sunny front porch. 5 stars
