Thanks to the owners for making our last two days' visit in Boston a unique and memorable visit. We rented their yacht for two nights and enjoyed every inch of the vessel - early morning coffee on the upper deck, watching boats sailing by on a lazy Saturday afternoon and being rocked to sleep on the bay harbor dock.
What a fantastic visit and the owner even stopped by to check on how we were doing.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful boat with us and we hope to back again on our next trip to Boston!

It was a very nice stay, bathrooms a bit small and a little tough for older folks to step over tub , but was very nice.

Two main berths with two bathrooms. Great location in a marina in Boston harbor. Easy to get anywhere in Boston, just park your car and use the ferries or Uber. Great restaurants and USS Constitution in walking distance. Jon and Karen are great hosts who check in with you make sure you have everything you need. The kitchen is packed with coffee and tea, fresh made muffins, juice, milk, butter, cream cheese and water.

Family celebration for our Mom's 80th birthday. My Sister and I and our Mother stayed for 2 nights. The location is everything! Staff top notch. Pictures don't do it justice. The interior could use a couple minor updates, nothing major and not a deterent. Beautiful views and we were surprised with a full rainbow on our last day. Easy access, check-in process, quick response to any questions. We highly recommend and would do it again and again. Our Mom said "we can't top this one".

Its an older yacht that has been renting for many years but..its in great condition and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The views, the gentle waves rocking you to sleep, and all of the extras Jon and Karen put into their place was amazing! They made sure we knew everything needed about the yacht, the area, and free transportation. :) Would definitely stay again.

Spent a few days over 4th of july. Walkable to good restaurants and close to downtown/Freedom Trail. Able to view fireworks from this boat. VERY RELAXING VACA!

If reading the VRBO ad it indeed notes a kitchenette…. In reality, there is no heating devices of any kind allowed on the boat per owners insurance. This includes a toaster or electric grill. We brought food for dinner but were unable to cook anything as the grill on the dock was out of gas. We did go out nightly for dinner but we were looking forward to a dinner or 2 at home with the grandchildren. The boat and host otherwise was great! Jon was interactive and knowledgeable.

We had a great stay on the boat. Jon showed us everything we needed to know to make the most of our stay both on the boat and in Boston. Beautiful, safe, well-kept marina property. Ferry to Long Wharf just a few piers down. We had a blast. Great way to experience Boston!!

My husband and I booked this yacht as a fun change from a hotel on our last night in Boston. Jon is a wonderful host and took the time to share tips around the area and his wife had made us delicious muffins on top of several other nice touches. Our boys (ages 9 and 11) thought it was the coolest experience ever. The only bummer is we wish we had more time 😊. We hope to be back and highly recommend!

We took our son and his girlfriend to Boston for part of their college spring break. We wanted to stay somewhere unique and had never done a boat before. I was a bit hesitant but it ended up to be so much fun and the kids loved it. The pastries provided and little items in the fridge were a special touch and much appreciated! Great location!

Great location for a family trip in Boston. Jon was a pleasure to work with and gave us his local knowledge. Transportation was convenient and the North End is walkable. The kids loved sleeping on the boat. The boat is spacious enough to hang out on a rainy day. Would gladly stay there again. Logistics - laundry at the top of the pier. Boston Water Taxi can pick up or drop off on the face dock of pier 8 if you call them ahead of time.

What an experience for a summer visit to Boston. We stayed on Green Turtle II and our friends stayed on Green Turtle 1 for a weekend getaway to Boston. The location was perfect to see a concert at TD Garden, eat in North End and explore Charlestown. Our hosts Karen and Jon were fantastic in sharing all the best local spots and ensuring our stay was perfect including homemade baked goods. Ditch the hotel and plan your stay at Green Turtle.

So much more fun than a hotel! Proximity to Downtown Boston and the North End in particular. No need for a car and battling traffic. A great experience that our friends are already talking about doing themselves. See you next summer!

What a great place to stay in/near Boston! Wife, kids, and I were rocked gently to sleep in Jon and Karen’s yacht. Jon met us at the parking lot on the pier, walked us to the yacht, and showed us all the ropes. He is extremely gracious, kind, and patient. The boat has great accommodations including queen fore and aft bedrooms, and a pull out in the living room. There’s a kitchenette, back patio, bow, and top captains area. There’s tons of room! We walked a short distance into Charlestown for dinner, which was super convenient. You should consider making meal reservations ahead of time. We walked right past the USS Constitution, a nice outdoor bar, and a playground on our way back.
The surrounding boats and well-lit dock are very peaceful at night, almost as amazing as watching the sunrise while drinking fresh-brewed coffee from the yacht on the water! Hosts also included cereal/muffins for breakfast for us. Shower was hot and with quality shampoo (as opposed to most hotels). Check out was easy. We would for sure come back! Thanks Jon and Karen!

This was the best part of my Boston stay, even though there were torrential rains while we were checking in! Jon met us in the parking lot and assisted with our belongings. He went over everything thoroughly on the boat and gave us pointers on how to get around town. The yacht was impeccably clean and stocked with everything we would need for our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something a little different and away from the overcrowded streets of Boston.

First, Jon and Karen are superb hosts. They supplied paper products, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, and water. Spectacular! And…the best muffins and blueberry bread I’ve had in quite a long time!
Second, the location is great. Easy to walk to downtown or the water taxi. In 4 days we walked over 80k steps!!!
Third, you’re on a boat! How unique! Very relaxing to sit on the decks and great rooms to sleep in. So cool!
Thank you Jon and Karen for a great experience and VRBO stay!!
