We were very pleased with our recent stay at the Emerald Isle. The condo was as advertised. It was very clean and well-maintained. It was also well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay.
The communication with the rental company went very smoothly as they were very responsive and timely with our registration and check-in process.
The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful. The only recommendation that we would make would be to eliminate the need for keys to enter/exit the pool/beach area and replace them with some type of coded lock. The keys did not work well and created a bit of a hassle.
Otherwise, everything was great and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Didn’t like the one key to share for gates very inconvenient. Condo was nice. The way it sounds on web washer dryer in unit and wasn’t. Location was great.

This was our first trip to this area. The accommodations were lovely, nice deck, and the location offered so much to do and restaurants to enjoy. We will be back next year.

This was our first VRBO rental. Everything was great! My only big disappointment was not being able to watch the sunset from our balcony. This was one of my prerequisites in looking. The unit was beachfront but two units to the right jutted out and blocked the sunset 😫. Had to go on the beach to see it which was fine. Also didn’t have much luck with restaurants. Best was Texas Roadhouse which we found on our last night. Thai and pizza across the street was pretty good too. Would definitely go back but to a unit where we could see the sunset and would cook more of our own meals. Also need to update the grill to gas! Thank you!

Upon arrival, we found the condo to be clean and ready for our week here in Nort Redington Beach! the cupbords are stocked aplenty for every type of cooking and if thats not waht you desire to do on your vacation -plenty of restaurants in the area to dine at. The master bedrooms king size bed was very comfortable. We will be returning in the near future!!!

2 bedroom units on the sides with decent beach view, 3 bed room units in the middle with spectacular beach view. 3 bed room units much bigger than 2 bedroom units. Great pool. Great beach location. Adequate parking, walking distance to several restaurants and local rental places for bikes, etc. Key required to enter building, pool and beach area. Drop off and pick up of keys located about 6-7 miles south of Emerald Isle condos. 2 bed room units sleep 4, 3 bedroom units sleep 6. Management was firm on # of people in the rooms. The sofas are not fold out beds. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Emerald Isle and are hoping to go back next year! The property was well maintained, clean, and had all the essentials one needs for a week of vacation. Beds were very comfortable, and plenty of towels were provided for our family of four. My only recommendation for improvement would be to regularly clean the balcony furniture - we had to wipe them down to remove the dust and salt residue. Other than that, I highly recommend Emerald Isle!

We loved the location. Beautiful sunsets. The unit was clean and well stock for daily useage. Quiet at night. Lots of attractions close by. First time ever we saw Manatees right in front of our unit. Would like to come back next year. Only downside is location for pick up and drop off of keys. Onsite drop box would be nice.

location is very good, nice view of gulf. Old kitchen but clean, condition of condo is fair. The pool was closed for one day , elevator was not working for short period of time. Manager was polite and solved the problem. Parking is an issue, since some quests parked not in their spots. Parking should be more enhance.

While we liked the overall size and location of this complex, it was a bit dated and the common facilities were a hassle. Having to use a key to get in and out of the beach access, pool area, and common hallways was a pain. Pool too small for big groups of families.

Beautiful beach, clean, not too crowded. Condo is beautifully updated, very clean & well stocked with supplies. We stayed in this unit a few years ago and would like to come back. However, they need to replace the twin mattresses in one of the bedrooms. My brother-in-law had such low back pain that he had to sleep on the couch. That was really the only issue. Hopefully they will replace & we can come back!

Great unit!
We enjoyed our week at the Emerald Isle condo. Our only glitch was that when arrived at the 3:00 check-in time, we entered the condo and quickly realized that it hadn't yet been cleaned. However, one call to the management office quickly solved the problem. Some mix-up in communication had caused the crew to clean the wrong unit. We went for a 45 minute beach walk, and by the time we returned, the unit was spotless. The unit was more than adequate -- comfortable furnishing, great balcony view, very quiet, strong wifi, warm pool, very well equipped kitchen. There are great restaurants within a short walk or within a 15 minute drive, and we took advantage of their take-out meals. Downtown St. Pete is only about 40 minutes away, so we enjoyed a dolphin watching cruise on one of our days. I strongly recommend Sand Key Park, on the Gulf, just before the bridge to busy Clearwater Beach. Beautiful wide beach, lots of parking, and no crowds. We had one very cool day so we took advantage of the Botanical Gardens and Millennium Park, both less than 25 mintues away. We will definitely be back.

Great way to spend cold winter months!
The unit was very clean and comfortable with amazing direct beach views of the beautiful gulf! We liked the area and the unit so we’ll we re-rent for same time next year!

Christmas vacation
Overall the Property was clean and as advertised. Access to the beach was great. I agree with the other reviews that for the price you pay, it would be nice to have a larger supply of paper towels, soap, toilet paper, laundry, dishwashing detergent, etc. Also wish beach towels would have been provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful
This condo was beautiful! Check in was a little difficult as you have to drive 30 mins south to get the keys. Would have like a little more supplies in the condo (trash bags, soap, towels). The ocean view is incredible!! You can hear the ocean from the living room. We will be back for sure.

Love the area of Indian Rocks down to Madeira Beach! Only preventable snafu was having to call the emergency rental office in order to get the address to pick up the keys since it’s off site. This unit does not have a view of the sunset since it’s recessed a bit but still has a decent beach view. Only 1 coin washer & dryer on every other floor could be a problem if everyone wants to do laundry at the same time. Well stocked kitchen for routine cooking. Beautifully decorated. We did cut our trip short a day early due to tropical storm Fred but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.

Good other than check-in
Had a bit of a difficult time checking in. We picked up the envelope at the rental office per the email communication but the team failed to include keys to the unit in the envelope. It was after hours when we arrived so that made it difficult to get in touch with someone to get the keys. Otherwise the condo was updated, clean and generally well appointed. Expected there to be more paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper) so we had to go out and buy more for our stay. Unit had plenty of beach gear which was nice. Generally a very pleasant stay and would recommend the unit.
