Sabrina was extremely helpful from booking to checkout. She was very accessible and welcoming. She provided a bottle of wine for our anniversary celebration. The apartment was small but clean and well appointed. We would recommend this unit for your stay on Saint Martin.

Wonderful stay! Lovely apartment with beautiful tropical garden and mountain view. Private beach is the perfect place to relax. Wifi is excellent. Outdoor running track right across the street along with little market that has everything you might need for cooking, also beverages, sunscreen, etc. Shops, boutiques, and restaurants in Marigot less than 15 minutes walking from the apartment. Sabrina is an outstanding host -very responsive and available to assist with whatever you may need: questions about the neighborhood, directions and referrals to pharmacies, assistance with reservations, etc. Magical place! Highly recommend.

This apartment is a dream come true -full stop. The little private beach behind the building is a quiet, lovely place to relax. The apartment is charming, very clean, and very pretty. Wifi is outstanding; never was slow or went out the entire length of my month-long stay. Picture having breakfast or a glass of wine overlooking a tropical garden in the backyard with a view of the mountains -you can do this every day. Neighbors are very kind and friendly. For those interested in fitness, there is a running track for the community right across the street available for use for free -great benefit for both short and long-term stays! Little market with everything you might need is right across the street, and the shops, markets and restaurants of Marigot are less than 15 minutes walking. - Sabrina is a wonderful host. From beginning to end of the booking process, during my entire stay, and after, she was very responsive and went above and beyond to provide a beautiful experience -she provided references for pharmacies, local flower shops, assisted with restaurant reservations, and much more. Simply magical.

Enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and everything was a short walk away. Lots of places to shop and tons of food choices within walking distance.

My partner and I stayed here for 15 days and we had a fantastic time. The apartment was so clean with additional amenities like chairs, beach umbrella, coffee, travel guides etc. We worked here remotely for the first week and the wifi was as fast and reliable. Sabrina could not have been more hospitable. Any questions we had leading up to the trip and while there she answered quickly and with impeccable detail. The private beach was perfect for lounging, snorkelling and we with respectful, kind neighbours. Marigot is a short walk into town where there is no shortage of restaurants and shops to visit. We loved our stay and cannot wait to return.

A lovely studio walking distance from downtown Marigot. It has its own beach, pool, and easy parking, but best is that it's walking distance from all the restaurants and shopping in Marigot. Sabrina was a lovely host, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. Although it doesn't have an ocean view, it's on the water and views the garden with resident turtles and the neighbor's friendly cat (the neighbor is nice too). We were here for NYE weekend and while road noise might have been loud outside, it was perfectly quiet for sleeping. I can highly recommend it.

We spent 5 days in Sabrina's apartment...the first guests in this newly renovated place. It is very well equipped, there is a grocery store across the street, and it is just a short walk into town. A rental car is a good idea to get around the island...we enjoyed Mullet Bay for swimming and relaxation. If we needed anything, Sabrina was very helpful. Highly recommend.

Pleasant to deal with owner and the property was as advertised. It was well equipped with what is expected and everything worked as expected. The beach was wonderful to sit on with great views. We would definitely go back again.

Communication between Sabrina and I leading up to our stay was nothing short of perfect. Many of my questions I had she would respond to within a couple hours. Sabrina was more than accommodating with the check in process, for we had arrived in St. Maarten the day before our scheduled stay date. We were greeted by Sabrina outside of the residence and immediately felt welcomed. The residence was exactly as described, not big and not too small. It was perfect for a getaway that we were looking for. The location in Marigot was great as well, for there were plenty of shops and cafe/ restaurants to try that were within walking distance. The French side was also perfect for us because we were looking for a more relaxed setting and loved the feel of the Cafe's and people watching. The Beach was very easy to access and we never saw more than 2 people on it at any time. It felt like a private Beach just for us. Sabrina also supplied the Beach chairs and umbrellas which saved us a few $$ in the process. My only complaint is that we were not able to stay more than 4 days. The checkout was smooth as the check in and our damage deposit was refunded within a day. There is no doubt my wife and I will be coming back to St. Maarten and its nice to know we have a new friend as well in Sabrina. merci beaucoup Sabrina

I'm so happy we stayed here instead of a hotel. I felt like I got a more real feel for the island. The villa is cozy and definitely big enough for a couple. It was nice that the kitchen had supplies and towels and linens were supplied. We stayed longer than a week and it really felt like home. There's a beautiful beach out back, a huge pool out front, and it's within walking distance to a small supermarket and Chinese restaurant. I recommend both. Also a little walk to the marina where you will find a good variety of restaurants for every meal. Besides being in a good location in a lively part of the island, Sabrina was a wonderful host who gave us some good tips on what to do while there. It was perfect for my first trip to St. Martin

We loved the location, which was walking distance from Marigot and not far from the airport. We walked into town to eat a few times, and we loved that there was a quiet beach right behind us that we didn't have to drive to. The flat was cozy and clean and had almost everything we needed. Sabrina is so helpful and friendly! I would have liked a few more towels because we were showering so much due to multiple events for a wedding that week, but that may be an American preference. The shower was a little small for my wide-shouldered boyfriend, but again, that's probably a preference based on our home experiences. I would stay again.

Sabrina was an excellent hostess and communicated promptly and provided accurate information to assist us upon our arrival. She also ensured if you were a first time visitor to the island she was happy to provide maps, info, etc. Location is great off the marina with easy access to all surrounding areas and restaurants. The studio is well appointed and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. A great value for the price!

Sabrina is the perfect owner. The place was mmaculate. The pool was out of commission, but she made it up with bottles of champagne!. The location suited us well too. All in all the perfect spot for us.

This flat is great. Very comfortable for 2 people. Access to beach and a tennis court. The folks on the Island are wonderful. Sabrina is wonderful. I can't say enough about her kindness. We enjoyed meeting her. The location her is perfect , 200m to Sunrise market or a short bus ride to the Super U market. Great walk to Fort and downtown for some great food. The building is in a great area very little traffic to deal with when driving to the beaches. The unit is well equipped with all the kitchen tools you need good supply if towels .the owner is very friendly. The building is secure not that we saw anything to worry about there is parking right across the street. We had an awesome time would recommend it no problem.

This was a great location it was convenient for walking to shops and restaurants; The condo was nice, clean, well stocked with nice amenities. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. She gave awesome advice on local customs and dos and don'ts. The condo faces the street but it wasn't a problem at all because there is a nice garden that provides privacy and pretty much blocks the view of the parking lot and passersby. We had no complaints. The private beach was also really nice and quiet. The only reason the stay wasn't given five stars is because we weren't able to fully enjoy the nice waterfall shower head but instead had to use the shower wand. We had really looked forward to a nice waterfall shower after a day at the beach. This was really a small thing AND I would definitely stay here again.

Sabrina was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions very quickly, gave us step by step directions to the home from the airport. Met us at the gate upon arrival. Everything from supermarkets, food, dining, shopping etc. within walking distance or a quick turn around the block in the car. The home is very nice, it faces a terrace but 20 steps around the corner inside the building and you're outside to the beach!! There is a pool on the front side of the building and on the back side is the beach. The scooters are very noisey throughout the day and night, but it didn't bother us much. We kept the door open and had a nice fresh breeze flowing through the home. My husband and I spent our anniversary week in the home and enjoyed every single minute. Sabrina was always a text/email/phone call away if we had anything we needed (but we didn't because it was perfect!) We went and got groceries our very first day there, and cooked our meals at the house during our stay. Pots and pans, cups and all were perfect!! Thank you Sabrina for opening your home to us, and we will most definitely come see you again upon our return!! :)

Wonderful beach - snorkeled every day. Great access to dining in the Marina, shopping, super market, Ferry terminal and Marigot. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back.

This studio is a dream come true. I arrived on 04/29 with my husband and two kids and stayed for a week. We were so excited. Sabrina waited for us in the front of the apartment complex. She was very sweet and helpful. I feel we clicked immediately. She showed us the place, explained couple of things, pointed out the places where we should do shopping at, etc. The first day we got acquainted with the pool and the beach and our surroundings. We had a little mishap with our rental car and Sabrina was nice enough to drive me around to talk to the police and had everything set up. The studio is fully equipped. The supermarket next door was amazing. It was so familiar and cozy. To be honest, I read the reviews about the noise but I don't even remember it. We were in the studio just to sleep and rest. I love this place and I am looking forward to go again next year. My kids keep on praying at night to be back to "their house in St Maarten". lol. Thanks, Sabrina! You was wonderful!

This studio was close to all , it needs a few updates pots & pans ,towels ext. we stayed there for 3 weeks Sabrina was very nice ,the only thing is that no one writes about is the noise. When you want to relax & sit outside the Bikes or Skotters are very loud & its all day & night. If you like noise you will be O.K.

Nice small studio with a fully equipped small kitchen corner (full size fridge/freezer/microwave/coffee maker/stovetop, basic spices/oil/vinegar). Very nice owner, Sabrina, met us and showed us around the residence. Ideally located 10 minutes walking from downtown Marigot, including excellent authentic French bakeries (our favorite was Sarafina's, for amazing traditional French baguette, croissants, pastries, coffee, sandwiches - they open at 6 every day, perfect for the early riser). 5 minutes walking a good size French supermarket (Simply market, has all food essentials). The residence is safe, has a semi-private beach with beautiful sand and of good size. If you have snorkeling gear, this beach is great for that! A lot of coral and other marine life, be careful if stepping in the water without shoes. Great views from the beach too, right next to the Marigot marina, so lots of boats around. Calm waters. The beach is basically used by the residence owners/vacation renters, we felt very safe there. There was a good AC in the apartment, some French TV channels, all the essentials. A nice balcony facing a little garden, nice for breakfast. Only downside was the street noise you could hear from the balcony. The weather in St Martin was simply the best you could wish for - always between 26-28 degrees, sunny with some clouds, but no rain, and a perfect refreshing breeze. Not too many mosquitoes, but some sandflies (ubiquitous in the Caribbean). Bring sunscreen and insect repellent!

Very pleasant apartment! Adjacent to nice beach. Next door to the Beach Hotel; you may go to the lobby to do reading or computer work next to the waves. Close to Marigot center, with taxis to all parts of the island. We went to Maho, Grand Case, Orient Bay, Philippsburg. (Mental note: we couldn't do the boat to Anguila, because it's a British island -- they wouldn't let us on the boat with my wife's Chinese passport. :-) The Marigot waterfront is also very nice for an early morning walk -- you can climb the hill to Fort Louis if you're up for some exercise! Sabrina is a very kind and welcoming host, and nearby if any problems. Thank you Sabrina!

Furnished studio, small but comfortable, great location and good value. Most liked its comfort location, and privacy.The studio is well located being within walking distance of all of Marigot.We didn't have a vehicle so we walked and took buses to various parts of the island. We enjoyed our stay.Sabrina are nice,helpful and very friendly.
