¡Este condominio en alquiler en Maui tiene dos dormitorios más un altillo con vistas al océano, al jardín y a la piscina! El dormitorio principal tiene cama king. La unidad cuenta con televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de rayos azules en las dos habitaciones, una gran pantalla plana / reproductor de Blu-ray en la sala de estar. Esta unidad tiene 3 AC para un enfriamiento máximo. Cuarto de abajo tiene dos nuevas camas individuales. El área del loft tiene un sofá con una cama queen-hide y un escritorio. La sala de estar cuenta con hermosos muebles tropicales, un cómodo sillón y un sofá envolvente con una cama tamaño queen. Los baños han sido renovados con duchas y gabinetes renovados. La cocina ofrece encimeras de granito con amplios gabinetes. Azulejos y pisos de madera desde la entrada hasta la puerta de lanai. Bien equipado

Conveniently located. South of restaurants so a little quieter but walking distance. Also a short 5 min walk from the beach. Comfortably slept 7 adults. They had beach chairs/towels/games and a cooler so we didn’t have to buy those. The front desk was easy check in and very kind.
Only had salt pepper and olive oil so if you want more spices make sure to check or grab some at the store!

Our 5th stay at this property, in as many units. This one was basic. Enough beach chairs and towels for 4. We bought and left two boogie boards as there was none. Two broken umbrellas in the lanai closet. Enough dishes but asked management to bring up dish cloths and dish towels. Cookware needs some updated pieces. Could use a good deep clean. Great view. Comfortable stay for two weeks.

Overall we had a lovely Maui vacation, although Covid-19 sent us home early. The condo had enough space for us, our son and his wife and two small children. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds and never missed a beautiful sunset. The condo was clean and well equipped however, “tired”. It could use some up-dates.

#271 was great for our family of 6. Lanai overlooks the lower pool and grills. Condo within 2 minute walk to beach and within 8 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. There was some sidewalk construction going on at the Hale Kamaole exit but it was a minor inconvenience. Definitely planning a return soon!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed. We never had any issue finding parking and the grounds and pool were very well maintained. There was a nice breeze when the windows were open and we only used the air conditioner one day. The wifi worked great and was easy to use. We never even turned on the tvs but it was nice that there was one in each bedroom. I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Great vacation rental.Lots of room for our party of 4. Condo extremely clean; well-maintained. Quieter end of Kihei. Great beach right across the street. Kitchen very well supplied for cooking meals.Close to nice restaurants--Loved Café O Lei & Fred's. Management office great to work with.Really enjoyed Air Maui helicopter tour,Atlantis submarine trip, Valley Isle Rd to Hana trip & snorkel trip. The only negative is that we felt we should have been notified when booking that lower pool was being re-surfaced during the 2nd wk of our stay--could not use pool, lanai & needed to keep sliding glass door closed throughout the day due to jackhammer noise & dust--necessitated using air conditioning non-stop. Bedrms were cool/comfortable with ac on. But main living air & especially the loft was still very warm even w/ ac on. Would definitely return to this unit & would recommend to friends.
