Not much to say here. It's a cool condo near the center of Mammoth Lakes. Some reviewers have complained that the pics make the place look bigger than it is, but that seems like a silly complaint to me. It's not like they were photoshopped or anything.

So all the pictures were nice but the truth was there was painted over mold coming thru and the caulk had mold in the shower. The floors were all sticky. The loft is a sauna and does not have any ventilation. 6 people upstairs dying of heat. 83 degrees. Company told me they would bring fans to get a response that "sorry, hardware store was out of fans" burner on stove didnt work and screens were missing so we couldnt vent out the heat upstairs. the spiral stairs to get to the loft area are steep and tiny. This stay was not cheap as we paid for 3 days and 2 nights. Glad we got to get away all day but def would not go back here. Bathrooms always smelled do to not being able to flush toilet paper cause they are on septic. So the fans ran all day.

The place was great it has plenty of extra beds for large groups everything is what you would expect from a home. Our only concern was the first day when the heater was not warming up the place, you kinda have to mess around the dial on the bottom right of it to fan out the heat. But overall we had a great time and the location is only a couple stop from Eagle Lodge.

We had a great time, the skiing was EPIC! This Condo fit the 9 of us perfectly, you could even squeeze in a 10th if needed. 4 minute drive to the mountain or 15 minute bus/shuttle trip 2 minute walk to the bus. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the Host!

Great spot with easy access to green line shuttle. Walkable to bar and food. The beds were comfortable but a little soft. Pillows were great. The best part was the mud room for the ski gear and every room had a TV and heater. The house uses the fireplace to heat the main space. Only bad part was there isn't a table big enough for a big group, the 2nd floor is creaky, and the showers need to be re-caulked and cleaned.

The bedrooms are all fine but the common area space is very small. Looks much bigger in the photos than it is. If you had filled every bed with people it would feel very small. Also, no bathroom to serve the upstairs bedroom and loft is not ideal. We made it work, but two bathrooms for six beds is stretching it.

It was clean and decorated cute. There where 6 adults we went for thanksgiving The common area was small kitchen was also small for cooking large meal. Stove does not have numbers so we had to guess temperature. Make sure if your going to cook to bring stove mittens. Water pressure was was light and beds where to firm for us. But the beds rooms were nice everyone had their own space and a tv overall nice place to stay

The location was great. Very close to the village and mountain. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. The living room/dining area was a lot smaller then the photos depict. It was a bit tight for our group of 4 couples. There was also a weird fish smell that lingered for the first 2 days. Overall I’d give it 3.5 stars.

The place was nice, but the downstairs bedroom (with the shower in the room) smelled moldy. Also, the stove/oven unit didn't work. Something was wrong with the control knob and you couldn't control temperature and it was hard to turn off. It made us worry about a fire hazard and it took a long time to deal with. This was unfortunate because we brought food with us to cook in the oven. Lastly, not the property owners fault, but someone parked in our parking spot so we couldn't park one of our cars on the property, was a real pain to deal with and we ended up having to pay for parking elsewhere.

I would give this property 3.5 stars overall. The spa is still "closed due to COVID" which was a disappointment to our group. The bathrooms were a little dirty and our one shower had mold. The property management company was very quick to reply - I wanted to let them know the coffee table was unstable and we didn't damage it, also their bucket of de-icer was empty for the first two days we were there. They did finally fill it up, but our parking spot was completely covered in ice and it was not the safest of walks.
One thing I would like to mention to anyone looking at this property, there is a long-term renter who is staying below. He was a nice guy, but after he came up to chat with me twice I will share his following feedback:
- the toilet next to the kitchen, the pipes run down in his kitchen and are apparently very loud
- our condos were built with no insulation, so everything you do on the second floor is very loud
- walking up the stairs in boots to get to the unit "shakes the entire condo" below
I am sharing because it felt like we really needed to be on high alert for the remainder of our stay (two more nights). This isn't a cheap rental, and there are many other options (that do have a working spa) and if I had known this while making a decision I would've chosen a different place.
I agree with other reviews - the kitchen is lacking (if you're looking to host over two people). The coffee pot, dishwasher, and microwave are working.

Great for a quick stay.
We loved the sleeping arrangement for our two family trip. The space was completely sufficient. Check in was easy. It’s right next to a shuttle stop that takes you to the village.
There were a few things that left us wanting more. Upon arrival the place has definitely housed smokers in the past, the smell isn’t intense, but noticeable through the strong cleaner smell. The windows in the main two bedrooms need to be replaced they both are covered in mold. All of the furniture is on its last leg, everything wobbles. There are 3 spoons and 5 forks, so while you will have enough beds for two families, there will not be enough utensils. We opted to eat out as the kitchen needs some TLC. Lastly, the spa is out of order until further notice.
All that and it was still a lovely trip. During the winter months mammoth prices are high, so this was a budget option for our group and it felt that way. Personally I would only book this place if your planning on being out and about for the majority of your trip.
Lastly I did reach out to the management company via email to address concerns and never heard a word from them the entire stay and still have not.

Very disappointed in this property
We have been coming to mammoth for 30+ yrs and this is my first ever negative review. The property was dirty, rings in toilets. The dishwasher didn’t work so I was hand washing dishes for 4 days. The built in microwave was broken so they had a temp one that was huge and took up entire counter. The upstairs rail was wobbly so instead of fixing it properly they had a support bar placed. This would be dangerous with young kids, glad mine were older. The jacuzzi was also closed. The kids were devastated. One of the reasons we picked this property. We called Mgt and they brought us a 3rd microwave and made no concessions for jacuzzi or broken dishwasher. The blinds for the slider were also broken with at least 4 slats sitting on deck. Overall the property has been poorly maintained. Even the stairs up to unit needed to be hammered down. Just a bummer for the vacation.

Comfortable & convenient
Spacious bedrooms with alot of storage areas. Easy access parking as well as access to the condo. Kitchen well equipped but could use a little more utensils.. not enough provided for our family of 7. Overall was a great place quiet with snowy play area for kids of all ages !

Great place
Property was conveniently located near pretty much everything. Unit itself has everything we needed. As noted, there is no air conditioning, however the ceiling fans coupled with open windows to get the air flow moving kept us comfortable the whole time.
Two notes for potential guests: the listing says there is a grill (at least it did when we were there) however there is not one. The second thing to keep in mind is that the hot tub and sauna are currently closed so if that is one of your “must haves” be prepared. Sign on door said it was closed for COVID-19 in addition to the spa appearing to be covered by plywood. That wasn’t a deal breaker for me but wanted to make others aware to check first if so inclined.

Mammoth Condo
The bedrooms were a nice size. Lots of windows for good airflow. Quiet location. The spiral staircase was a surprise since it wasn't shown in pictures. We are women in our 50s and 60s, and the staircase was difficult to maneuver luggage. The couches need a very good cleaning. They were a little scary to sit on. The rest of condo was very clean.
Management was very quick in providing a DVD player and clean towels. The lockbox is difficult to open.

Great condo with lots of storage!
This was a great condo for 8 of us! Plenty of room and great storage. Great location- took the shuttle to and from Eagle everyday. Kids had a great place for snow play right outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Mammoth condo
Condo is close to public transportation and in a great neighborhood. We did arrive to a poorly cleaned condo with very little supplies such as trash bags, toilet paper, towels, soap.. however when we contacted property management about these issues they quickly responded. Kitchen table also completely collapsed on us while using. Living room and kitchen area are very small and do not accommodate 8 very comfortably. Probably would say 5 comfortably.

Was a great place, very close to everything, everything worked, kitchen was well stocked, TV in every room was nice, and I would highly recommended the place.
