TENGA EN CUENTA: hay un proyecto de pintura exterior en todo el edificio programado para principios de agosto hasta finales de septiembre de 2019. Nunca será necesario entrar al condominio, pero este condominio puede tener algún trabajo que se realice directamente fuera del balcón con algunos andamios necesarios. La piscina estará abierta y accesible con la excepción del 13 de septiembre al 16 de septiembre de 2019.
Fantástica ubicación en el corazón de la playa de Madeira. A poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes y deportes acuáticos.
El complejo Las Brisas está situado directamente en las playas y las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de México. Este condominio en particular está en el lado de la bahía (no da a la playa), pero aún así, solo sal por la puerta principal y baja por el elevador, y tus pies están en la arena blanca y suave.
Esta casa del segundo piso tiene todo lo que pueda desear para sus vacaciones familiares en Florida. Con más de 1360 pies cuadrados, hay mucho espacio para dormir cómodamente hasta ocho personas. Cuenta con dos habitaciones grandes, la principal con una cama king size, y la segunda con dos camas queen size y un sofá cama queen size adicional en la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada para estadías prolongadas e incluye microondas, licuadora, cafetera y tostadora. Lavadora y secadora estándar en el cuarto de servicio para su uso, tres televisores con cable para satisfacer a todos, y el condominio está equipado con servicio de internet WiFi privado.
El área privada al aire libre del complejo incluye una hermosa piscina climatizada con vista a las playas, cabañas tiki y un área de pícnic encantadora para un asiento en la primera fila de una de las puestas de sol más increíbles del mundo. Easy check-in and check-out process. Everything was outlined in welcome email upfront, and communication during the stay was quick and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The low action was amazing and the beach was calm and warm. The property checkin and check out process was easy. Only thing I had a problem with the parking- you have to park in your designated spot which was a little confusing. I also got a warning from the security on site due to them not seeing my parking tag. They also told me that they have never seen the type of tag I had. That would be my only “complaint”. It didn’t seem as if the security was in sync with the property owners.

Apon check-in walking into the unit, there was an horrible fishy smell. As if someone just cleaned and cooked up fish. Could not get rid of the smell the whole visit. Cleaning was truly bare minimum or non existing. We had not even brought our things to the room and my sons feet was black from walking around the floors. The sealing fans and water sprinklers had clumps of dust on them. Shower heads had built up scum or rust on them. Cooking appliances was bare minimum and had broken handles. Bedding was horrible hard as a rock to sleep on. The last 2 days the ac would not work. Maintenance came and left and still not cool down past 78. Needless to say we spent as much time out of the unit as possible either at the pool/beach or at our family condo on another floor. Condo is very outdated. Wish i would have spent a few hundred dollars more on another unit that at least we would have had a balcony with a view.
Very disappointed. Management did say they would send someone to clean and change shower heads but no one came.
No compensation for the inconvenience. For the cost of the condo i expected more. Just felt gross and dirty being in there.

We live about 50 minutes from Maderia Beach but had family in town and thought we'd rent a place on the beach. The location of this condo is perfect to park your car and walk to restaurants and activities. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the condo was. The rooms were all oversized as were the bathrooms. Everything was clean and in great condition. We had an issue trying to get the TV on and I text the host and they sent someone over within 15 mins. AMAZING! Was just the battery in the remote. The condo included all the linens and towels, including beach/pool towels. Which is an added bonus to not have to pack. As others have mentioned this condo does not face the beach so you will hear road noise at night. That didn't bother us. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us!

We loved our stay at Las Brisas. The condo was large with two rooms, clean, and easy to find. This is our second time staying at this condo and we really enjoyed our stay. The condo is equipped with all of the things you need to cook, for the beach and to relax.

We had a great stay at this property in Madeira Beach! The location was close to many restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed that the building was right on the beach and that the unit came with each towels,chairs and a umbrella.
The living room furniture could use an update...the sofas did not have any support left in them. But, overall, the rest of the furnishings met our needs. The unit is roomy and having 2 bathrooms was great!
We hope to stay again!

Unfortunately, I missed the fine print where it said this is not on the beach this is intercoastal. Which means it’s on the road side of the complex resulting in a lot of street noise. Our last day there the unit across the hall had their tile removed beginning at 8:15 in the morning and going until 6 PM in the evening… Jackhammering all day long. The furniture was not what was in the photos, but rather an old sofa sleeper that was so uncomfortable, we couldn’t sit in the living room.

Open arriving found pool heater not working. Was one of the main reasons I choose this property. Had 7 kids that I told could swim as much as they wanted. Pool was to cold to use. Would have liked to been informef heater was not working. I booked two units at this property.

I had such an amazing time staying here. Check in was a breeze and it was just as described. The location is great. There is a lot to do around the area and some great places to eat right across the street. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away. I had booked this place and a few others on my vacation as we moved around Florida and then up the coast. Madeira and this place was by far my favorite. I really wished I had booked it longer. I would 100% stay here again!!!

Slept well, showers worked, AC unit not too loud and thankfully no window units. Lots of great natural light (compared to a hotel we usually stay in that is pretty dark). Prompt and helpful communication from management. Definitely great value for the price we paid.
Any roaches/palmetto bugs we did see in the condo (2) and in parking garage (2) were on their backs but not dead. They were big ones but I know they are native bugs down there at the beach.
Only one elevator that is very hot and stuffy and takes a while when everyone needs it. But not as long as the Cambria elevator, which is in a new hotel down the street. Cambria hotel wait made me grateful for the wait at this elevator.
Parking situation stinks not only for the hotel but for the entire Madiera beach. You only get one spot for this condo, and there is NO GUEST PARKING. There are luckily 2 parking lots 2 blocks down (very close walk) but NO OVERNIGHT parking in those lots. One closes at dusk and the other closes at 2am. A 3rd (ParkMobile managed) lot in the opposite direction a few blocks down is closed from 12a-6a so no overnight parking there either. Don’t count on getting a parking pass from City of Madiera Beach either. The lot is very far away and $100 for the week which I guess isn’t too bad, but they don’t give passes at certain times a year. Supposedly, Johns Pass garage 5 min drive away has overnight parking, but we didn’t use it.

The property was great, very spacious and the TV had a lot of streaming options. The walk to the beach was effortless and the pool was refreshing and clean.

It was very spacious and clean great for our group of 4. Walked to many locations nearby.
Very clean and nice. Large rooms for our family. The ice machine was out, a bit of a bummer. Maybe some signs by stairway or elevator for guests to be considerate with the tone of conversations. It got loud frequently all hours of the night as people left and arrived to their units really yacking it up.

The property was very nice. Location was excellent. Contacting property managers was great. I would have liked the floors to be cleaner in the apartment itself, but all else was great.

Overall, this place was great! Just a few steps away from the beach! The condo is extremely spacious and bright! It could have been a little bit cleaner.. we found a few inconspicuous spots that needed a little more cleaning, but nothing major.

Madeira Beach Ocean Location
Nice condo to stay at. It was nice to have the ocean beach right out the back door. Parking was a challenge for a second vehicle and would be nice to have a second space. Everything we needed was provided.

The location was right on the beach which was great and the management agent was very available to help when needed; however, the couches and beds were very uncomfortable.
