Me parece MUY MAL que no sean claros con el pago por mascota . La información dice que aceptan mascotas , y que se pueden aplicar cargos.. pero la información te la dan solamente DESPUÉS de pagar el total del alquiler sin devolución ni cancelación . Al pagar todo y preguntar por las cuestiones de la mascota te dicen que tenes que pagar 150 dólares MÁS tax 170 dólares . Por un cachorro de dos kilos, la noche. Quisimos cancelar pero no nos querían devolver el dinero. Más caro que un ser humano , no son claros ,me parece un robo. Sin mencionar que el departamento es VIEJÍSIMO.

Hotel völlig abgerockt. Ist nicht zu empfehlen bzw. nur wer für ein paar Stunden etwas zum schlafen braucht.

Would be a better experience if WI-FI wasn't so spotty and if the TV had more than one channel. Also directions on how to use the various electronics would have been nice.

The location was perfect. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

I wish we had more towels.

The room was amazing. Very clean, well stocked. Would certainly be a great place to stay for an extended period. The pool area was very nice and well set up.

Reaching a human was entirely too difficult. Calling the number provided gets you someone located god knows where that really has no clue what is going on. The office at the location was closed and the other office was clear across town. We were having trouble finding our building and just happened to find an employee to help us the second time we went to the office. The call number on the door was "disconnected or no longer in service" when we tried to call. The whole layout of the facility was confusing, but once we got through all that it was wonderful.

There was nothing wrong. The check in was so easy and so was the check out. I would recommend this place to any body that wants to stay in key west best rates i found its located far enough from the wild life but still close enough for you to go play in the wild life.

Great location and amenities

Two bed/ bathroom. Sitting area and kitchen. Good value for the area. Communication with Vacasa was great.

Deck table had cracks in it and cigarette marks. And an ashtray, I thought non smoking. Kitchen had no flat pans, pitcher.
