The pool was super nice and it was really clean. I loved that there was concierge on site that helped with booking any excursions around Key West. Super easy!

It's right next to the airport, and they provide shuttle service. The pool looks amazing. Tiki bar was nice, but beware of mosquitoes. Close to Benihana, which was amazing. The room is spacious.

Bed isn't the comfiest. Room smells like Fabuloso, which I'm allergic to. Breakfast was okay.

Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The free drinks didn't include daiquiris. Couldn't get pool towels.

Everything was perfect. The room was large and comfortable, with a view of the pool and garden area. The staff at the bar/grill and the pool were friendly. The ladies running the lobby were very attentive and friendly as well.

Room too far from main lobby. We have drive our car to get breakfast. There is no coffe in the room.

Frühstück ok, Zimmer riesig (fast zu groß), gratis Wasser an der Rezeption, gratis Cocktail an der Poolbar, trotz Nähe zum Flughafen nicht übermäßig laut da nicht allzu viele Flüge ab hier gehen.

Rauchen auf dem eigenen Balkon verboten (250$ Strafe) aber am und vorallem im Pool gestattet???? Pool extrem dreckig, es wird gegessen, getrunken und wie gesagt geraucht im Pool. Teilweise Leute mit Straßensachen im Pool statt Badeklamotten. Kellnerin an der Poolbar sagt Nix dazu. Die Leute lassen ihren Müll überall stehen. Alle Blumenbeete voll mit leeren Behältern und teilweise Essensresten - Vögel und andere Wildtiere kommen bedienen sich an den Resten - die Hälfte fliegt denen im Flug wieder aus dem Schnabel und landet im Pool einfach ekelhaft. Sind neben chickenwings geschwommen. Zimmer zu weit weg im Nebengebäude, Busshuttle zur Innenstadt Rücktransport auf gut Glück. Nur 10 Plätze im Bus bei einem solch riesigen Hotel?! Vllt sollte man einen weiteren Bus einsetzen.

De kamer en uitzicht was spectaculair!! Bed uitstekend en een uitgebreide ontbijtkeuze. Reuze aardig personeel.

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property. The price was more than fair for what was offered. Take advantage of ALL the amenities! The staff are amazing & accommodating (Kim @ the front desk was so helpful!). The location was away from the hustle of downtown with gorgeous views. You still get the tropical feel without the crowd. Once we parked, we didnt have to move our car for the entirety of our stay. Parking downtown can get pricey @ $40-50 per day, so having the complimentary shuttle (@15 min ride) was such a blessing. The drivers were great & always on time. Breakfast at the hotel saved us so much money, also. The housekeeping staff were so quiet & courteous. We enjoyed this hotel so much that we ended up extending our stay for several additional days. Great job, Hampton Inn (KW)!

It wasn’t a deterrent for us, but I could see how being so close to the airport could be a problem for some. The planes taking off were pretty loud, but were mostly during the day hours. We only experienced one later @ 9:45pm. We actually enjoyed watching them. Wifi wouldn’t stay connected & that may be a problem for someone needing wifi to work while here. My husband works online & had a bit of trouble loading his work via on-site wifi. Not a deal breaker by any means. One suggestion: put additional towels in the room. I know we could’ve requested more, but we managed with the 2/2/2 wash cloths/bath towels/hand towels.

Return shuttle is first come first served, I wish you could sign up to return as many times it was full and we had to pay for an Uber.

Basen wystarczająco duży. Bar i personel bardzo przyjazny. Recepcja jest również zawsze pomocna. Pool ausreichend groß. Barbereich und -personal überaus freundlich. Rezeption ebenfalls stets hilfsbereit.

Hotel znajduje się w bliskiej odległości od lotniska. Dlatego widzisz i słyszysz samoloty pare razy w ciągu dnia. Co mi osobiście nie przeszkadzało, ale należy o tym wspomnieć. Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen. Daher sieht und hört man tagsüber das eine oder andere Flugzeit. Was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat aber erwähnt werden sollte.

The property was great. It offers great service, shuttle to town, variety of options for breakfast, and amazing waterfront views.

I disliked how I paid a resort fee when I booked the stay and then was charged again everyday until I went to front desk to inform them.

Laid back environment, great location and friendly helpful staff. Clean facility.

Maybe having 2 shuttle buses operating could open up more room for time slots that fill quickly.

The breakfast was delicious. Concierge was very helpful and pleasant. Beautiful location.

Some of the front desk staff could at least fake being more personable.
